I just took delivery of a 2022 Porsche 718 Cayman GTS from champion Porsche. It was the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had. My salesman, Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It always strikes me as bizarre when honestly the employees can’t afford the brand, but then come off arrogantly to those who can. I will never ever shop at champion porsche again. I was referred by a GM of a large dealership that I do business with that owns a 2020 911, that this was the place to go. Other Porsche dealerships refer to them as the walmart of porsches. Because they dont care about customer service. Too add insult, they hire unqualified, untrained and not experienced people to work in financing.Still Got My Dream Car Else Where 😁

SALES: About 10 months ago I bought a Pre-Owned Macan S with James Giniewicz and it was a really smooth buying experience. He helped me during the whole process and took the time to explain to me all the features at the delivery. 5 STARS FOR JAMESSERVICE: My vehicule was due for service (30K) I called Champion Service they told me it will be a 2-3 days job max. I schedule the appointment, they send a truck to pick-up the vehicle. 3 days later no news from service team, when I called they said the car is still not in-line to be serviced and about 100 cars were in-front of mine. I ended up without vehicle for 10 days, and had to go pick it up myself because delivery would take 3 more days. bottom-line of my service experience; they will say whatever you wanna hear at booking but they cant honored their promesse. 1 STAR FOR SERVICE DEPT.

Fabulous service as always. Several people greeting you and asking if you want bottled water. Fantastic wait room with candy and soda drinks at your disposal. Service with a smile and they get it done properly the first time too! Cant beat this kind of customer service!

I order a Porsche 911 from Sales Paul Householder and put down a $10,000 deposit. Before I put the deposit I asked if theres a possibility that financing could be an issue. Paul told me over the phone that they would refund the deposit and would not take me as a hostage if financing turns me down. I was living in Georgia back then and verbal agreements are legally binding in Georgia. Also I considered them to be a reputable dealer, so I did not suspect when they did not send me a written confirmation of the deposit.When the car was delivered to the dealer in June, Porsche Financial did not approve the loan nor allow me to lease the car. I was noticed on June 18, Friday, by another staff Mark Chue because Paul was on vacation. I was told the only options are to pay cash or finance through my own credit unions. So I applied to multiple credit unions right away and texted Mark that I was waiting for the decisions as well as preparing for a full cash amount of over $130,000 in case credit unions may not work.However, the dealership sold the car over the weekend without telling me. Obviously they could earn more by selling the car to another person at or over MSRP because I was offered a 3% discount. Whenever I called to talk to a manager, the front desk refused and transferred me to Mark. But he did not answer my call or reply my email since June. I am simply asking for the refund of my deposit, but I do not understand why they make it so difficult . As the largest dealer in the nation, please do not behave like a fraud.

After 1 year and a half of the car being serviced. Porsche decided to send me an invoice of 9,000$. Mind you the car was brand new when it was bought and with low miles. cars lose value, thought a dealer like champion Porsche would keep that in mind. Absolutely love Porsche as a car maker and brand but this dealership has to be the worst and most corrupt. Buyer beware

I purchased my last two 911’s from Champion, the best thing about them is their service. . Doug Parman the head of service is always responsive and there for you no matter if it’s a major problem or just routine maintenance. They pick up your car and provide a loaner if you need it. Also the sales staff is superior to other dealers in the area.

We got this car from Champion Porsche delivered to Detroit Michigan sight unseen. (we did have a couple problems with the transport company but that was a company I contracted myself) I purchased this from a sales guy James A. He sent me pictures and assured me it was in perfect condition. When it arrived it was exactly as described this was the first vehicle Ive ever purchased like this. It was a demo but as good as new. I would highly recommend this dealership everybody was very professional. I will be calling them in the near future to see if we can trade in and get a new car

Here is my experience with Champion Porsche.Champion listed a beautiful classic p-car on CarGurus recently at a pretty reasonable price. Despite me living on the opposite coast, I was interested and started communicating via the CarGurus portal. For the right 993 in the right color, I’d happily spring for the shipping.They emailed me back that car is available. I spoke with a very nice salesman today and he had satisfactory answers to all of my questions, and even mentioned that this particular car was owned by an employee at the dealership before being recently listed both on the dealership’s own website as well as CarGurus; with servicing taking place at Champion itself for the past many years. He reassured me that as a dealership, they only sold cars in great mechanical condition. He agreed to FaceTime me around all details of the car and it starting up and driving a bit- after all, it’s 25 years old and I was not expecting cosmetic perfection. He was ready to take my deposit.In the meantime, I arranged via Yelp for a very local (3 miles away) and highly rated independent Porsche shop for a pre-purchase inspection this Fri, after my deposit. Told salesman was fine with this as well, including the shop picking up the car. He Stated my deposit would be 100% refundable if I didn’t go through with the car due to any big finding that the Indy shop found. I of course would be paying for this PPI, as well as arranging my own coast-to-coast shipping.What came next was appalling. I cannot blame the salesman for it because I got the feeling that he was earnest and honest about the whole encounter. But in our follow-up conversation a few hours later, he told me that when he told the manager that he was selling the car to a CA buyer and taking deposit today, with an outside PPI this week, shipping next week, the manager told him that actually the car had (a) four rips not seen in ad photos in the soft top; (b) two spots on the front and rear bumper needing paint touch up not seen well in photos; and (c) a large engine oil leak. They also communicated to him that they were NOT planning to fix this oil leak before sale, and that it is reflected in the ‘good price.’ I was fine with (a) and (b) which I considered par for the course for a 25 year old car w/ 50k miles on it. But I was blown away by (c). How can a licensed Porsche dealership knowingly sell a non-roadworthy car without repairing the major known engine flaw? This violates the letter and the spirit of consumer protection laws. It would be one thing to buy a car with a major engine flaw FROM A PRIVATE PARTY as long as there were full transparency and the price represented the needed repair; but not from an actual Porsche dealership. And would anybody at Champion even have told me about this if I hadn’t requested an independent PPI? Or would they have just shipped me a known lemon to CA!The salesman confessed to me that he was in a tough spot and felt uncomfortable moving forward with the transaction on these terms dictated by management, at least showing integrity. But management needs to know that this type of bait-and-switch behavior is completely unacceptable.

My salesperson was a really nice guy and the cars are really nice, but they are not transparent in their negotiations. They offered me a firm number on my trade and even said it could be worth more when they saw it. They never asked for pics. I am in the car business so I know wholesale value on cars and they offered me less than wholesale. When I got there the appraisal went down by 6000 and when I got angry they adjusted it up 4000 still 2000 less than the original number. I was 4 hours from home so they had me stuck. After the deal was done I called the GM Mike and he offered me an oil change and free cleanup knowing that I live 4 hours away. That just shows me that he didn’t care about me as a customer. After talking to others this is a known practice at this dealership so be careful in doing business with them especially if you have a trade in.

What every dealership experience should be like...Mark Chue was phenomenal every step of the way... incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful, and just a great person all in all.

I am very disappointed at the service department at Champion Porsche, took my Vehicle to get the side door panels repaired about 2 months or so, they said they will order the parts, I have called at least 7 times and left messages and they don’t even bother to call back at provide status of the parts or at least say they are working on it . Last call was yesterday and of course nobody called back. I expected more from them and the way they treat their customers. And at this point still waiting to have the Boxster fixed and for them to call back !

I came to inquire about a Porsche Macan S and Manfred treated me with professionalism and a sense of hospitality you do not find anymore. Great customer service dealer. We bought a 2018 red and blue macan with JC, the best saleman i have seen. He is really patient and flexible. He helped me to install 2 free front license plate frames. However, in a few days, the car has some noise issues on steering wheel, and vibration with windshield blades when it is heavy raining. I brought the red Macan back to see BradleyJames who is the best advisor, he took his time, he tried to figure out in a second and try to squeeze me in without an appointment because i just bought a car last week and they did not check well before delivered to me. he fixed problems and replace windshield blade front and back without charging me Their warranty is so great, i will bring my blue Macan next Thursday for check balance and alignment becuase the car did not get alignment and balance well before delivery to customer, but i don’t worry at all because they will fix it and also replace same issue for front and back windshield blades as my red Macan for vibration issues. We are happy to make decisions trade and change my Mercedes to Porsche. We will be back for another Cayman yellow which is on waiting list. Highly recommended this dealership to everyone, especially J.C in sale and Bradley James in Service.

I purchased a used 911 and felt confident regarding the dealership’s 122 point inspection before delivery. Unfortunately the brake rotors were warped causing a significant vibration in brake pedal and steering wheel and the inspection report overlooked this condition. I wasn’t able to fully test drive before purchase. I brought this to Mike Peters attention after delivery and he graciously remedied. Only dealership I never get a loaner; this past time it cost me half a day having to get a ride to rental car agency. Never had the problem at Ocala or Orlando dealerships getting a loaner. Just feel like if they are selling expensive cars they should put customer service first

Paul Householder is the consummate professional salesman - straightforward, knowledgable, honest and highly efficient in his handling of a car deal. I havent even finalized my deal yet but my inclination is to pay a little more and continue making the trip from Texas to Florida to buy from Champion because the difference is worth it! Went to buy a $170,000 car, the joke of a sales rep wouldn’t take my number I asked him to test drive the car and he said they only test drive if you buy one 100%… Took my business to my car broker and ordered one brand new. I’ll wait 3 months for a mine but would rather do that than give my money to them!
