Ive had an ongoing issues with the way my steering wheel lifts up when I exit my car. I believed the steering column was NOT going up or the steering wheel was not going up enough compared to other Lincoln models that Ive driven.I wrote Mike my service advisor and explained my thoughts, well after this last visit, it now goes further upward which makes getting out of your car much easier. No one was able to fix this issue, Mike read what I wrote him, and passed my suggestion onto the technician who worked on my car. After 3-years, I can finally get out of my car comfortably .... THANKS.

Google was incorrect for Sales they were open on Sunday. And I am so happy I called to check because buying a car during the week is impossible. Beautiful dealership and great sales person. Joe with the body shop handled my vehicle from a fender bender. Amazing the customer service Joe and his colleagues provide as soon as you walk in their door asking if youd like water coffee, or tea. They also worked closely with Enterprise car rentals right across the street. The entire experience was flawless.

Basic service on our vehicles should be made by appointments. That way no one would have to wait for 5 cars ahead of them. No basic service should take more than an hour! including a car wash unless you clean the inside,And no appointment should take more than a 5 min phone call. Not a 3 day phone tag.Being courteous with excuses is only being polite–– not professional.

I can’t say enough about Jose Rivera. I walked into Pompano Lincoln and asked to see a preowned vehicle, Jose worked with me from the point of go. He allowed me to test drive and once I returned, we completed the paperwork and now I’m walking out the door and driving off the lot with my MKC. Jose made sure that I was well taken care of. Jose and the finance guy Andy worked together and got me financed and out the door. The overall atmosphere of Pompano Lincoln was beautiful..Thank you so much Jose Rivera, God Bless You!!!!

My Service Technician, Mathew went above and beyond to make my experience very positive. There was an unforeseen problem with the service being done, resulting in a 40min repair job turning into an all job. Mathew was very involved with the service team, kept me up to date with what was going on, provided me with a loaner, and gave me an extra service for free to make up for what had happened. 5 star service from him!!!!

Ive been going here since 1998 and the service is always excellent. Recommend. Service people are super friendly and care about getting you in and out. Theyre always busy, which tells you something!*Update*The staff here are amazing. They have become friends and greet me by name when I arrive. The service has been wonderful over the 22 year period Ive been bringing my car there. The only downside to Pompano Lincoln is their chronic understaffing. I think it is hard to find people who want to work, but it has always seemed to be a problem here.

WOW! Friendly and efficient. I received a video reviewing my car, tires and brakes. I was told of the slight misalignment and asked if I would like that work performed. And of course I did. Matt also offered to deliver my car to my office once he found out I would not be waiting at the dealership for the car to be serviced. Nice touch and much appreciated.

Ease of scheduling for vehicle to be serviced across x2 days while immediately offering red cap concierge to initiate the process. Pompano Lincoln (William Raymond and Matthew Voll) understands the needs of myself as a customer and they both accommodated with tenacity, to suit my every need/request/question, with ease. Matt was astute in maintaining contact with myself throughout the entirety of the service and upon completion took the time to thoroughly explain the maintenance and services completed. Furthermore, he also communicated respectfully to/from myself (customer); which is rare to find in any business. Both Mr. Raymond and Mr. Voll made the experience comfortable, smooth, and exhibited integrity in their services while they kept to their word. The Town Car was my fathers car. I wanted the car to be checked out before I drove the car first up to Virginia and then up to NY so that I can bury my father. Not only was the car not checked out but then the car was accelerating. A friend of the family brought the car back to your dealership the Tuesday after my father passed and the next thing I know, I get a bill for $560 for fluids that Mike said that the car needed as the acceleration problem was not addressed. I called your dealership repeatedly to address my concerns and no one returned my calls. Originally Mike quoted me the works price page price and I agreed to that. On my way home after my fathers funeral, Mike called me and I pulled off of the Delaware Expressway to pay the $560. Mike also told me that in order to address my acceleration concern, it would have cost me another diagnostic fee. I refused because I felt completely taken advantage of, especially in my emotional state after burying my father.My father was a customer of your dealership from.the time that he moved down to Coconut Creek from Long Island and referred many people to buy automobiles from your dealership as Charlie was his salesman. One of those people was myself as I bought a 2009 MKZ from Charlie back in 2010. As I have aged and as my friends have aged, many of us are now moving down to your area and I will tell them about the service that your dealership has recently provided me and if the acceleration problem is not taken care of as to my satisfaction, rest assured that I will tell my friend to NOT go to your dealership for their next automobile purchase.Bruce Kaserman

I was informed about a recall which I said I would do at another time. I decided a day later that I would go ahead and have the recall work done. I called in my request. My service rep, Matt Voll, was extremely polite and accommodating. Your shop was very busy and although I had an appointment, the wait time would have been longer than I was anticipating being there. He quickly suggested and arranged for a ride home for me which made it easier to go about my day and return for the vehicle later. I also noticed that any other employees that I encountered all said hello as they passed by me, which is nice.

Laura was truly wonderful to work with. I told her she gave me the best car experience i have ever had at a dealership! She could not have been more friendly and helpful, she made it all easy and enjoyable. I wasn’t happy to have a $400 bill from enter life because that seemed insanely high for a rental that I wasn’t supposed to paying for, but besides that it was fantastic. I haven’t taken the time to call enterprise and find out why it’s so high so if someone wants to ask about that for me, that would be great, but no worries cause I’ll find some time next week to get to the bottom of it.

Jolano (sales) was rude, obnoxious and difficult to work with. Clearly, he’s inexperienced and lacks the slightest bit of finesse required to deal with customers. I was prepared to purchase a vehicle - full cash, but he was so difficult that I walked out. I see other reviews about this dealership, so I’m not surprised someone like him works there. The whole place had a bad vibe. Stay away!

I leased my vehicle here and it was the best leasing experience I had ever had. For maintenance, I used the Pickup and Delivery Service. Both drivers were on time and friendly as well as professional. The service team followed up every step of the way and I received a video showing the vehicle and informing me about all of the work that was completed. Overall, it was a very easy and professional experience. I will be using Holman again. Lincoln for life.

Stay away from this dealer, they just want to take advantage of you. I had brought in my truck to get some wire harness replaced and I asked for a estimate. They told me that I had to pay a diagnostic fee, but I already knew what the issue was and explained what needed to be fixed in detail; to top it off, the woman that was helping me was rude and awful about it. They couldn’t give me a estimate unless I paid the diagnostic fee. I called the manager and left a voice mail to discuss what had happen and he never got back to me. I went to ford on margate they gave me a estimate and got it fixed. Their customer service was great. Stay away from this dealer, half of these reviews about their “good service” are fake.

My car is less than a month old. I was told I would have premium customer care. This car has been there twice now. Just picked it up and now it has to back in for the 3rd time for the similar problem. If it wasn’t for Mark the service manager I would have had to wait two weeks to bring my car in because you do not have enough loaner cars. This is my very first Lincoln. I did not lease I purchases this 80k veichle. Which is plagued with problems. I have owned genesis cars for the last ten years and never experienced these type of problems or such a low level level of service for a car in this price range. Even when you call this supposedly upper class service center you can’t get anyone on the phone. If it wasn’t for Mark this car would still be there. I would not buy another Lincoln based on this level of service. And if I need to go back again for the fourth time i will have no choice but to get rid of it. Between the quality of this car and your service department of would not purchase another Lincoln.I am not one to do surveys but you asked.Alex Caccavale

I have always had good experiences at Pompano Ford/Lincoln. Mike Akel in the past and Amy Barr on this visit, have personalized the experience each time. This time my car was picked up, I was contacted at each step 1) how the car looked and what did it need done and the cost. I had the unexpected cost of a new tire, however, by having a familiar-dedicated service rep. I have trusted them and I haven’t been disappointed. Work was done, car was washed and I received a text saying my car was being delivered. Invoice and payment were done by email. Very convenient.

The vehicle defect goes back years. There was never a clean and clear definition of the problem. I had the Lincoln in for planned and unplanned visits. Work was done under warranty on multiple occasions put never fixed. The warranty expired and I thought the work being ineffective would allow me to get service. I could not get an estimate of cost and eventually contacted Lincoln Concierges and spoke with a Supervisor and she authorized $2500 for the extended service. I spoke with Mark Franklin and since a real expert was out of town the car was delivery upon the techs return.. Still concerned that the issue has been defined and absolutely FIXED. For refence - this issue surfaced about 5 month after I took delivery - I don not park under trees or even use the sun roof. The real caused if undetermined. The Lincoln Concierges was the real Customer Advocate Here... My thoughts about the Corsair is on Hold..

Matthew Voll was the one bright spot in this debacle. Apparently Sales did not activate my modem when I first leased my new Lincoln Aviator. So when I drove it in for my first scheduled maintenance, I was told there was a problem with my Lincoln access rewards points not being applied to my account in error. I spent a lot of time on the phone at the Dealership at your staffs direction, and finally hit a dead end with Lincoln Rewards telling me I was S.O.L. since it was more than 60 days from my new lease. I drove home WITHOUT getting the service done, and went through many more phone calls with Lincoln Concierge and others to get this fixed. I think everyone in Service had great intentions, but the bottom line is I was saddled with the ball that LINCOLN dropped. (I dont care if it was Sales vs whoever else.)This problem started with a Holman Lincoln ERROR or oversight, but you didnt take ownership and just fix it. You put it in MY lap, and frankly I believe that the only reason it got solved eventually was because of Lincoln concierge getting involved.I received a return call from Svc. Mgr. Mr Franklin, and then another call from Matthew to reschedule my service for the next morning. I was assured the service would be completed same day. Dropped off the car on time 9am. Didnt hear anything by 4:48pm, so I texted, then called Matthew to make sure I could pick up the car and until what time. He said 5:30-5:45pm. The 2 services were completed, but unfortunately not the resetting of the modem. They tried to get Sales to come and do it, but no one showed. So finally they had some guys from service try to do it, which they did.

My experience wasnt good from when I scheduled my appointment until when I dropped off my vehicle. Concerns that I had regarding my Amy told me she wasnt aware of them. I came to pick up my vehicle around 5:50 p.m. The two gentleman that was there was rude. They didnt tell me anything about my vehicle. When I told one of them I was there to get my Lincoln MKX. He replied What your Lincoln MKX as if he was acting sarcasticed . I wasnt treated as a valued. I wont return to Pompano Lincoln.
