I recently purchased a 2012 Porsche 911 from Southeast Auto Showroom and was beyond satisfied with the experience!I found the car I bought on Autotrader and sent a message to check availability; Rich from Southeast Auto Showroom responded less than 5 minutes later! Not only were his responses quick, they were always thorough and helpful. I asked dozens of questions and Rich was able to answer all of them without making me feel like an inconvenience. Since this was a long-distance, sight-unseen purchase for me I wasn’t able to inspect the car the way as one normally would in-person. But the excellent photos on the the Southeast website were helpful in building the confidence to make the purchase. The last step before committing to purchase the car was arranging a pre-purchase inspection at a local dealership, which Rich had completed within 24 hours (impressive, given that this was just two days before Christmas). The inspection came back clean, and I sent Rich a reasonable deposit to hold the car until I could travel to Florida to pick it up.A few days later I flew to Ft Lauderdale, and Rich had arranged for a car service to meet me at the airport and drive me to his building. When I arrived I was blown away by the car – it was just as pictured, no surprises! Rich’s building is really clean and nice; he runs a tidy operation. All of the cars in his showroom were really nice too; he is very selective about what he sells. My review is probably extremely similar to the rest that have dealt with Rich and his team. I live in the panhandle of Florida and was looking at the Audi RS5 they have. Due to covid I wasn’t able to get down to them in southern florida. Long story short, rich made everything super fluid and simple; he arranged all the transport, financing, etc. I was nervous since I had never walked into the dealership and generally have terrible experiences with car dealers anyway. Not only that but the price of the car and not even seeing it in person had my wife nervous, haha. The car was as immaculate as it was presented in the pictures. I have a problem. I cant stop buying cars. As a result, I have bought a lot of cars. I can say that my experience with Rich at Southeast is the best out of all of them. His cars are curated and in excellent condition. He prices the cars fairly and is open and honest about the condition of the cars. Negotiation was painless and there are no usual dealer tricks, no doc fees, none of that garbage. Met me after hours on a Thursday and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Again, not the typical dealership experience and very little paperwork as all of the unnecessary frivolity is removed from the buying process.

Rich is the real deal. Top notch service. Can’t begin to tell you how well we were treated. To make a long story short - we drove 3 hours to pick up our amazing vehicle. We arrived with a tire that was damaged and it was a low profile tire so not like we could go to any shop and get a new tire. He made one call and got us a new tire at 5:30 on a Friday! Then our credit union gave us a hard time for financing last minute and he was able to get it worked out with his own finance company with the same deal.
