Great store, although staff doesnt show to be friendly and very poor customer service.

I was shocked by the way the young lady at the counter treated me. I shop here alot. I get the 20% off cupon in the mail every month . I went to buy a simple huma trash pail. . I forgot my cupon . I was snubbed and offered no help obtaining another cupon . I went to Home Goods and got my pail with a smile along with it .

Associates were great. Store is very empty. Not alot of inventory at this location. Others might want to check online first before going. Chances are they wont have it.

Where else can you go to see and feel fabrics for bedding, drapes, towels etc. Large selection of k cups. There are so many things to choose from. Miss the large selection of Tervis though. The coupons are great always like to feed like I saved money.

Went here for a last minute Christmas gift and one of the employees directed me to where I could find it and I was taking my time looking at other things when she comes back with the gift I needed saying It was the last one I wanted to make sure you got it I was blown away that level of customer service is not something you experience often and I greatly appreciated it. I later found out it was the store manager who assisted me but did not get her name!

Simply not a fan over there over priced goods. The bathroom had no soap! I explained this to a sales associate who told me to tell the manager.....not my job. The register experience was good customer service.

Who doesnt love this store however the girl at customer service was a little...lets just say bossy. I went to return some curtains I didnt need afterall and she asked if I was going to purchase something. I was actually going to but I asked why and she said Do everything at the same time. After that ..what I thought was a rude comment I left. What happened with customer is always right kind of thing?!Telling me what to do? See ya!

Employees were very helpful in trying to locate an item and then ordering it for me when it was not found in-stock.

Good selection and very competitive pricing. Should be you first stop so you have a good baseline to compare with when you shop around. We ended up returning to Bed Bath & Beyond in the end because we couldnt find a better deal on what we were looking for, which in our case was a lot of curtain rods and associated hardware.

There was continued assistance in finding other items I wished to buy. After checkout, there was someone available to lift and load my heavy items into my car. Couldnt have been treated better! NOTE: This Pompano Store on Federal is difficult to find because name on store is behind a large tree. Need better signage on store.

Clean, friendly staff, easy parking, and I love their coupons. I had seen a comforter online and fell in love with it. I was looking for some new bedding locally and didn’t want to wait so I went to bed bath and beyond.This location has so much to choose from and I was so happy with their selection. Not only was I able to find a perfect comforter, but I found incredible sheets, Pillows, and more.

The Pompano store was well stocked, had what I needed.

Nice as usual. I came in for an item on sale which was sold out. The salesperson went on the computer and ordered it for me. Will receive in 3 to 5 days. Great service.

Oh, dear. The staff, the store, the sheer friendly feel of yet another BBB is a reason to give it four stars. It loses a star for having carts that look like they might have held corpses in them, but its a minor quibble. Great staff.

Just purchased a house, needed a great deal of things & nik nacks! Found almost everything my wife needed to get the house the way it should be & thats happy, comfortable & done with! The staff inside the store seem slim to none, in other words you are on your own. But when I called ahead of time, the young lady who picked up my call was extremely helpful and very kind. Her name is Anika, she deserves a raise or something up there. She went above and beyond to acquire the information I inquired about on the phone. This store is no where near the store in fort Lauderdale is. Horrible selection of bedding and pillows. I have it 3 starts because the staff is amazing.

No one was there to help me find what i was looking for. Not a single employee asked me if I needed help. Not nearly enough employees working and the ones who were there did not do their job at all. When i finally went to go check out, there was only 2 people in the front. 1 was stocking drinks not paying attention to me at all and the other was on the phone and did not even look at me until they hung up. Then they had the nerve to ask if I found everything ok... Obviously not. There was no one working. Horrible customer service! Would not recommend this location.

I walked around the store 3 times, couldnt find any help. Cashier was by herself and had 5 customers. Finally went back to the storage room, knocked on the door 3 times, finally open and asked for help. A lady asked what I wanted, not happy I opened the door, when I asked her where to find an item, she said she couldnt understand, after another try she told a man to help me because she couldnt understand me. He could understand me and told me if they had it that it would be in a certain place. I looked couldnt find it. Went to Walgreens, asked a lady for help, she took me to it, I bought it, $89.99. Couldnt get my 20% off but at least I got helped. Next time Ill order from Amazon.

Soda stream refillsIt’s like a joke since bed Bath and beyond reopened, getting a soda stream refill is like having elective surgery in a COVID-19 I see you, they look at you like you’re crazy I’m gonna throw that thing out because you can’t get your canisters replaced.
