Today my son came in to purchase his first gun. Obviously he’s a man so it had to be a Glock. What better place to come to than Glockmeister! Sean not only explained everything as simply as possible but the prices here are the best in Arizona and we were sold immediately just over the phone. I wasn’t expecting to feel so comfortable in a gun store.... but not only will I be coming back to buy hollows myself but me and my family will come here for all firearm supplies moving forward. If Sean isn’t already a manager he should be, and if he’s the manager please promote him again. It’s hard to find genuinely good customer service and have someone be knowledgeable at the same time. As a business owner I tip my hat off to whoever owns this establishment. Thank you.

Very shady. Went in to purchase a G2C. They ran my FLL application it came back delayed. They never gave me a date and when I called about a week later and asked for some more information they said the manager told him he is not able to give that info out to me. They never called and kept telling me to go try “other” places if I wanted to. So I went and tried another place and there were no issues. This place is terrible terrible terrible. Shady.

As far as the quality of the retail shopping experience, I would shop elsewhere. I cannot speak to the quality of their gunsmithing services; I hope I dont have to find out!.

Deshawn and will are honestly amazing! First to start out they fixed my glock 48 within 15 seconds and im not even joking! I originally took it too a place down the road and they messed up my brand new glock… so after a week of tinkering I found these guys and they immediately told me to stop by! I’m not one to leave reviews but honestly the way they saved my day off was amazing thank you! Will and deshawn you guys are the people I recommend and will be coming back to!

I purchased night sights from an online retailer prior to doing any research of what options were available in my locale (big mistake). I emailed Glockmeister asking if they perform sight installations and received a response within 24 hours indicating that they do - I appreciated the quick response.Stopped by the shop to have sights installed on three slides - I was done within 10 minutes and the price was fantastic. In hindsight, I would have saved more money and completed the installation faster had I purchased my sights at Glockmeister and received the free installation. Lesson learned.Great selection of parts at the store and the team was competent and helpful. I did not experience anybody being rude to me whatsoever. In fact, the team was kind to me and it was evident that were very focused on ensuring that my needs (and the needs of the other customers in the store) were met. I suggest taking the negative reviews with a grain of salt.Installation was perfect and as mentioned, turnaround time and pricing was minimal. Im very glad I came across Glockmeister, who I will use for all of my future needs. Thank you again to the team for your help!

Years of hearing the name, I finally ventured to their store. Dont be deceived by the humble surroundings. These guys are the gold standard. They know their s***, no nonsense, and shoot straight with you even about modifications. These guys embody what most of the world loves about Glock. Reliability you can trust your life on.

My background check was put on hold for some reason, not sure why, was trying to buy a gun that was priced very well. that was on saturday, they tell me to come back on thursday, i come back and they sold the gun, then they offered me $20 off of a gun that was way over what i was going to pay for the first gun i was trying to buy that they sold behind my back.EDIT AFTER THEIR WEAK RESPONSE: I said those things, AFTER you guys sold a gun from under me. yall NEVER asked for a deposit, never even warned me this was a possibility at all. OF COURSE IM GOING TO POP OFF. its all good. i got one off the street for cheaper anyway. gotta stay strapped when you on the left! SMD

Unbelievably bad service! Waited ten minutes to even talk to somone just standing around, had parts in my hand ready to buy and couldn’t even get anyone to ring me up ! On top of completely rude staff, put the parts back and walked out, pretty rude people, won’t come back

I dont know what others are talking about regarding them not answering the phone. Both times I called, call was answered on first or second ring.Had exactly what parts I needed and seemed highly knowledgeable about differences in Gen4 vs Gen5 part interchangeability.Will visit again.

I hate writing reviews... time is money.These guys know their business and they get right to it. Own some tools I brought in, able to get them running smooth as possible. Crisp clear reset and no tug on the trigger shoe. Polish job plus a connector = awesome. Add a trigger shoe and forget about it. Recommendations for third party appendix holster was spot on. I’ve been on a holster hunt for 11 years and I finally own one that I’ve worn everyday for a month without having to switch.Just worth it... guys there are sincere and direct, not jerks like other grumpy old gun store managers.Thanks Gentlemen!

Came in today 7/11/2020 intending to purchase two of the CAA micro conversions for Glock 21 but left without purchasing anything because of the rude and pompous employee who identified himself as one of the managers. I’ll take my money elsewhere where I can get good customer service.

Ive been going to Glockmeister sporadically for several years. Today I went in to get some iron sights installed and the customer service from Dylan, the Assistant Manager, was absolutely above and beyond. He is knowledgable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He is exactly what a gun store worker should be. I will definitely be back to Glockmeisters Phoenix store for all my Glock needs.

I have made a couple purchases at Glockmeister and everything was fine. The guys there seem knowledgeable and approachable. Its a small shop and if there is more than 1 or 2 customers ahead of you may have to wait a bit but they acknowledge you and try to work with you as fast as they can. I like the fact that if you buy an accessory they install it for you.

Went into the store to look for some things and I did not even get a hello or how can I help you. He did ask what I was looking for so he inda asked, but he was not friendly at all. Very cold and more concerned with sitting down back at the computer, as he kept inching his way back to the seat and waiting for me to leave instead of engaging me. They may be Glockmeister, but they are not the master! Too bad they are the only one like that in Phoenix, I guess I will look elsewhere.

Got the TruGlow TFO sights for both my Glock 40 and Glock 41...the guys had them both installed in about 10 minutes...these guys are awesome!!!

Latest Update : I now send people literally just down the road from glockmeister. They say friendly efficient service ! UPDATE : they refuse to answer the phone ! Downgraded to 2 stars.Taking my business elsewhere yet again. Ive been in four times and sent 4 sets of people there over the course of 7 years at the old bell rd location and the new one on cave creek. Unsmiling, businesslike service and they do not acknowledge anyone walking in if previously engaged. Just someone looking up and saying hi, be with you in a moment would help reduce the atmosphere that has always been present to date. This atmosphere of awkward coy customers who know they are not welcome but have to go thru the experience....I dont have a problem with them or anything, as gun owners we have been successfully beaten down to accept surly average uncaring service and be grateful for it, thats fine I know my place. One of the people who I sent there said it was okay. The others said overly businesslike. One said feels like they dont want you in the store.I have never yet got an answer to a phone call. I am at the stage where I will not return. 3 stars because being a gun store is tough these days and they are there with parts and guns so dont take them for granted. But seriously if you find customers so annoying, why bother ? Arent there other industries or vocations or business models to pursue ? Only sayin....And lastly its not just Glockmeister... 90% of gunshops are the same or worse. Except bass pro shops which doesnt do that so much but is overpriced and they wont answer questions, you have to drive there. Anyone know of an actual friendly gunshop in Phoenix ? Exactly. These guys that run the store or always busy they have lots of customers and lots of things going on for everyone that comments about their voicemail and phone just like it says send them an email and they will respond theyre more on the computer then wasting time asking dumb questions over the phone if youre serious about an inquiry go there show up talk to him ask him theyre cool good people they helped me out a lot with my Glocks and theyre experts on every first gen second gen third gen fourth gen Glocks so take into consideration a small shop and big orders and Custom work orders going in and out there should be no stars under 3 unless you got mad finding the store should be your only excuse all I got to say is A+ +

I am one of the few people in the world who have a Glock pistol chambered in .44 magnum. It was given to me by researchers who work on the planet Mars. Mars has a very different atmosphere than Earth and ballistics work rather funky on the red planet. This is why a team of highly skilled individuals developed the .44 magnum Glock. On Mars .44 behaves like 9 mm does on Earth. Because I am such a special person I was trusted with this information and a Glock in .44 magnum. If you do not know these things it is because you are not as special as me. If this is a blow to your self esteem I apologize.I had to call Glockmeister to get some information on barrels for Glocks. These people know their stuff and are happy to share information. They are not just mindlessly trying to push sales. They gave me honest, strait forward, advice. I think the workers here pack a wealth of information and I would trust them as a go to place for Glock related matters. They are not as special as me though. If they were they would have a freakin 44 magnum Glock from Mars.

These last two 1 star reviews are from people who do not seem to know what they are doing. I bet Heidi failed to remove the copper based paste that comes on all brand new glocks and did not even CLP it. Ive bought two guns from this store and always received top notch service. Also, the best prices around. I will be referring friend over and I certainly will be back myself.

Bought multiple guns here at different times. Would use again for any glock. Checking around on my G19 No one could match their price. Helpful people, knowledgable.

After speaking with someone on the phone the previous night and then driving almost an hour to pick up a new glock, I get there to purchase it and they will not sell to military with orders even though I have an AZ CCW. You guys should seriously take a look at your company policy and either make it clear that you will not sell to active duty service members with orders or educate your employees to give the right information. If I could give you less than 1 star I would. Pathetic.

Was really disappointed after a previous good visit. Went in and bought a set of truglo pro sites. Explained to the salesperson that I had vision issues and needed super bright front sites for low light applications. He told me these were what I needed. I bought for ($150 knowing Amazon was $115 to support local business). He came out and set my Glock on the counter and just walked away, no thank you or having me check sites. Stood there waiting by myself for 3 minutes before I got the hint he wasnt coming back. Got home and tested in low lite and they are HORRIBLE. Combination of bad service and sub par sites equal one star.

On Nov 12, 2016 I purchased a new Glock 19 Gen 3 for $499.00 at your 2848 E. Bell Location. I took the gun out for the 1st time with friends on Dec 11 and after firing the 1st 15 rounds the gun hung up every other round and also it was not throwing the casing like it should. I took the gun today to the store and the guy behind the counter said there was nothing wrong with the gun and I was not holding it proper. My husband and friends having been shooting hand guns for over 30 years and I am sure they know how to hold a Glock and they experienced the same problem that I was having. I am very disappointed in the way that the sales person handled this situation. He said I would have to send it back to Glock because it would cost me more money to have him ship it and there is too much paperwork involved or cost me even more money for one of there staff to take it out and find the problem then for them to fix it at my expense (this company does not stand behind their product). I wish he could have at least checked the spring in it. No one wants to buy a gun that they cant use or have fun with while getting together with friends. Now all my friends and other shooters at the range dont want anything to do with the Bell Rd store for not giving good customer service! I cannot believe that they state they are a armor company and they could not fix my gun, send it out for repairs if it has a flaw, or replace it. The customer service in buying the gun was great but thats all they want to do is sell not take care of a problem in there own stock of new guns they sell. Very dissatisfied customerI was going to buy my husband for Christmas the the 10mm Glock. I will purchase from a company that ensures the gun owner has a pleasurable experience in the future! I recommend when if you make a purchase from them you get it in writing that they will fix or replace at no cost to you (for the first time you use it) and if they are not willing to do that go somewhere else. Sometimes it pays to go to the bigger retailers for a few more dollars than to go through all this hassle! One unhappy customer!

I generally avoid gun stores. That being said I needed Glock specific parts and Glockmeister is the place to go for that. They had what I needed and I was in and out within minutes.

Dont expect them to answer the phone 90% of the time...but I could care less. They will put what you want on your Glock and do it right.

Great advice and product understanding... Theyll do what you need versus trying to sell you something.

The GF went into GlockMeister on Bell Rd to pick up a common Glock upgrade, 3.5 lb connector, for her Glock 19. She is a smaller girl and does not do well with the stock trigger, STD connector. The gentleman was on the phone and ignored her, asked What do you want. His responses were short and told her what she was looking for did not exist. She asked two questions about the trigger pull and extended mags +2 w/extensions. No help from the gentleman and he stayed on the phone while on hold. She called me twice, because of how uncomfortable/dumb she felt in a gun store. Overall he wanted, Bring the gun in and I will polish the trigger. Nice up-sale on labor, $$$. Not what we were looking for buddy.She did not ask specifically for a Ghost Inc. 3.5 lb connector and asked what the extended magazines do. Responses were: no help/does not exist.I would not have taken the time to write this except for the fact it upset her and she did not feel like shooting this weekend.We/She was going to buy several +2 mags and a belt hook holster. Needless to say we only bought the connector, so we could shoot this weekend. Love Ghost Inc products. Will buy my parts elsewhere, will not do business again.Can not give high marks on anything due to the ways she was treated, could have easily sold her anything off the wall, she likes guns and has $$$

I personally have not been to the GlockMeister store on Bell Road, but there is another location on Stapely and the 60. I have been to the Stapely location twice, and each time i have received nothing but perfect service. The first time I purchased a new guide rod and spring for my G19, and the second time a Pachmayr grip. Each time the prices were dead on, and actually really close to amazon prices. They even installed the stuff i purchased and in a timely manner, so i didnt have to leave my self defense weapon behind for weeks on end like some places. I highly recommend this store, and will possibly even be in soon to grab a Lone Wolf barrel for my glock.
