Overall Experience: Poor.As a heads-up, the advertised $59.95 oil change is really $69.95 after the 6th qt of oil, taxes and shop supplies. I thought the convenience of no appointment, as well as the complementary car wash, would be worth it. The truck was not washed nor was a wash offered. This Superior Service special is supposed to include a fairly thorough inspection of the vehicle - maybe this was done, maybe it wasnt. Absolutely nothing was talked about. The receipt included a checklist that said that literally everything was fine. I just noticed today that theres a sticker in the windshield that has a yellow X next to the Brakes, but I have no idea what that means as nothing is noted on the checklist. Also, Not a single person acknowledged me as I waited in the showroom.

I asked for full synthetic oil when I drove my truck into garage. It was as if the service manager didnt listen to me at all. They started filling my engine with the blend oil. I had to tell the person doing the service that they had to drain that oil and fill it with full synthetic. They did so without any issue but it did take extra time to do the change and readjust the bill so I wasnt charged for both oils. So if you want something specific, make sure that you impress on them what your specific wishes are.

When I arrived at the Quick Lane Tire & Auto center, I presented the greeter/attendant with a coupon that I had received from a previous vehicle purchase at this dealership for a free oil change (up to 5 quarts of standard oil). The attendant stated that he “had never seen one for free before”, so I asked if he would like me to bring it to the cashier, or if he would like to take it to verify. I also stated that this coupon had been given to me when we purchased my wife’s previous vehicle from this dealership, a 2015 Ford Fusion that we had purchased a few years prior. He declined taking the coupon or having me bring to the cashier, and asked me to take a seat in the customer area while they performed the oil change on the car. When he came to inform me that the service was complete, he also stated that he had “just found out” the coupon was only intended to be used with the vehicle it was purchased with, and that they weren’t going to be able to honor it. I once again presented the coupon, and showed him that it was not stated anywhere on the coupon which vehicle it was to be used with, and that it specifically stated “No Expiration” on it. When I suggested we go speak with the cashier and show her the coupon, he stated that they “should be able to get me something off the total”. The cashier asked if the coupon had been okayed by “Bob”, who I am assuming was the manager on duty for the Quick Lane center at the time, since he never once came and introduced himself. The attendant stated once again that Bob said we cannot honor this coupon with the new vehicle. At this point, Bob suggested that the cashier go bring the issue up with the current Sales Manager on duty. Once again, I was never introduced to this manager, but I am assuming that he instructed the cashier to honor the coupon, as she returned and informed me that “It’s your lucky day.” As if I had somehow duped the dealership into bending the rules in my favor, just to have them honor a coupon that they themselves had given me for a free oil change. Keep in mind, this all took place AFTER they had performed the service on my vehicle. I believe I did everything right by presenting the coupon upfront, and stating that it was not received with the vehicle I was having serviced today, and giving the attendant plenty of opportunity to verify the coupon prior to them even touching the drain plug. If I have to jump through this many hoops, and have not one, but two managers refuse to speak with me when resolving an issue with their own coupon, then I will have no problem bringing my vehicles elsewhere for service in the future.

QuickLane is anything but quick. And youd think that the fact that youre having work done at the dealership would imply a certain level of workmanship. But youd be wrong.First, QuickLane (at least this one) doesnt take appointments. First come first serve. Which wouldnt be a problem if they actually had enough people to staff the bays. But every time in the last two years Ive been there Ive burned at least 1.5 HOURS waiting for my vehicle. There is nothing quick about that.Second, every time you go in, they try to upsell you on maintenance items. Even when theyre not needed. Your 2014 battery is old, you should probably replace it.. Excuse me, its not getting replaced until it starts starting slow. Unless you can show me that the capacity is low, it isnt getting replaced. And third, and this is the big one... the staff is incompetent. I had my oil changed there. After waiting for almost two hours, I left frustrated but at least the truck had fresh oil. About 2 months later, the truck started leaking oil. After doing some checking myself, I discovered the oil filter was a full one and a half turns LOOSE! I called Superior Ford Quicklane to let them know about this. Their paraphrazed response: Oh yeah, we had someone working a couple months ago that wasnt tightening oil filters. At least they owned up to it. Now they write their employee numbers on the oil filter so if someone screws up they know who it was. It was dumb luck that I caught it before the oil filter got loose enough to dump all the oil and damage the engine. And what do I get for my trouble? $20 off my next (overpriced) oil change. In short: avoid like the plague, unless you like getting upsold, incompetent work, sitting for 2 hours waiting for an oil change, and overpriced pricing.

VERY MISLEADING BUSINESSDo NOT go here for an oil change if you dont have a Ford. They make their website look like its for everyone because the Ford logo is nowhere to be found. Hey theyre called Quick Lane and its right by my work. Cool!NOT COOL.I brought my RAV4 in and they upcharged me by saying that it needed special oil. It doesnt. I double checked the owners manual right after I left and its SAE 5W-20, which I knew. They could have EASILY made things right by charging me $39.95 - customer service 101. They chose not to and I wont be going back.
