Went to go get a new tire and have nothing but great things to say about Mavis tires and breaks! The customer service is exceptional, and I left there extremely happy with my service. My car was done quickly and the wait seemed short. Everyone is kind and friendly and treat you like one of their own. Will be back in the future!

I needed my own new tires installed. Tom at Mavis was welcoming and able to install my tires at a very reasonable price. I made an appointment and my vehicle was taken in within minutes of the appointment time. Garrett(?) came to greet me and inquire about my specifications and Mike, the installer, came to meet me about my request for the aftermarket TPMS. All went well and tires were mounted, balanced, and installed (including my TPMS) as requested. Great knowledgeable people, Tom even provided guidance on coil spring helpers and such. I definitely recommend and definitely will return.

They are the nicest people i have ever dealt with! I am in a cast for my broken ankle and they rushed to help me carry my tire in the door even held it open for me ! They were able to help me put a new tire on right then told me it would be about ten minutes and they were so fast i was back out the door happy as can be with my car all safe to drive again. I couldn’t be any happier i wish i could give more than five stars they definitely have a customer for life !

I had a flat in Plymouth, and a officer kindly put my donut on and it was 40 minutes before everyone was closing and I called Mavis and she said they werent sure if they could fit me in, and they did, excellent and super fast service for a tire change in a short term notice of a flat tire for our travels!!! Come to Mavis if u need service!!

They repaired a tire I’d been worried about for weeks and they bent over backwards to make sure that and the other parts and service I needed didn’t break my budget. They take good care of you. I’ll be back!

This place is pretty good I brought the car obtained an appointment online which was confirmed the day of early morning. Has very minimal employees, they are hiring, I was told around 1:30 that my vehicle would be completed however about 2 hr goes by and finally we are done. But the car is in good working order, they did discount my vehicle due to the wait which was pretty cool. All in all I believe I saved money compared to other places.I will definitely be a return customer!!!

I was stranded in Plymouth in need of repair to my vehicle. The service manager, Mack, did everything he could do to analyze the problem as soon as possible and provide me with a solution. He explained everything clearly and with my approval, he promptly ordered the necessary parts. Mack even stayed after hours to complete the job in order to get me back on the road and not have the expense of an overnight stay. Mack was courteous and accommodating (allowing us to store things there so we didnt have to stay at the service center all day). My car was repaired correctly and it is safe to drive again. The service provided was above and beyond. It reflects the care and pride that the manager had with respect to providing quality work and customer satisfaction.

These guys Tom and Jarred are the best! Supposedly corporate didn’t schedule me into their shop so I first I thought I was gonna have to wait or go to a different place but they took care of me ASAP and got me back on the road in no time. Really likable people and love to crack jokes, all in all definitely a good place to go and get your brakes or tires done!

This place treated not only myself but my family with respect and took care of us through the hard times of car repairs. Tom (who is the head manager there) was the guy who helped me and I recommend him to anyone who ever needs car help. Limped in there with 7lbs. of air left in my tire. They were booked up solid for the day and offered to put air in it for me. Once the technician saw the leak, I plead with them because I had to get my daughter at school. They brought it right in and fixed it for me very quickly. Everyone was super friendly. Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change with no communication until I showed up because of no phone call. Was told when I dropped off it would be 45 minutes. Told them I will shop around until phone call . Apparently they didnt have the filter (a very common type) and didnt realize it until they went to do the oil change. They said it was because of another vendor. Thing is this is the 2nd time this happened. They are super pleasant clean and professional. They did comp for the time in waiting at least but I would call in advance to make sure they have everthing or plan to do a lot of shopping.

This used to be N TB . Mavis bought out NTB. Now the Mavis in Plymouth has rude employees that make promises they dont keep. I am a customer that stays with honorable companys for DECADES. Prices go up & down with anything, but people you deal with count more then a dollar amount to me.They lost my business.Dont trust them.

Had a great experience with the crew at Mavis. From the front desk, to the technician who worked on my vehicle. Very personable, upfront and honest. They worked with me as I explored my options for tire selection and suggested a set that suits my vehicle well, and at a very reasonable price. The crew identified some additional maintenance needed with my older vehicle during their inspection, and then presented estimates breaking down each repair. They are thorough & professional. I’ll be going back there for future work.

Terrible customer service. Told to arrive at 10am. Two calls to confirm time from them. Arrive at 10am and told to come back three hours later. Then told that the later time was communicated. I had the voice mail to prove 10am is what I was told. Didn’t care. Didn’t flinch. When I said I’d be going somewhere else, didn’t seem to care.

As soon as I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and received A+ service. I will be returning with my 2nd and 3rd vehicles

I showed up today, day after Black Friday, busiest day of the year. With an appointment that I made online just 24 hours earlier. The manager John checked me in and told me it would take @ 2.5 to 3 hours because they were so busy. It took @ 2 hours and 45 minutes, exactly what i expected. I got the buy 2 get 2 free BF Goodrich special and could tell just from the drive home that the ride is smooth and quiet. Very happy with the service and the black Friday special. Every employee I dealt with is knowledgeable and friendly. Had my other Cadi here a month ago for a alignment, they did a great job there as well.

These guys were awesome, I’ve purchased tires here multiple times and always get a good price and great service. They performed the work in a timely manner and made time to mount and balance tires I didn’t even purchase from them even though they were booked up for the day. Friendly staff make it easy to want to continue using them for my tire needs in the future.

My wife hit a curb and shredded her tire on a Saturday. While they didn’t have our specific tire (AW), they ordered what we needed on Sunday and made it easy to pick up during the week. Sean and crew are great and very customer friendly. You will be happy with the service and price.

Sean was absolutely amazing! I was in a pinch where my car tire popped three hours from home and I was stuck on the highway for two hours until I was able to get the rusted spare tire on the car. It was 7pm when I was able to finally get on the road and I was frantically searching for a place to get a tire because I have work in the morning and Sean answered the phone and told us he would stay open just to help us out. He is beyond reasonable and helpful. He lightened our mood by joking around and making us feel better and safe. Thank you so much for everything! Highly recommend, definitely will tell everyone to come here for help.

First off they are no longer NTB despite the asthetics on the building. They are under new management and mostly new techs out back. One of their mechanics has been there a while and both seemed well polished. Scott was more than willing to work with me on tires and pricing which was excellent. I brought my car in at 0800 and it only took a few hours. My sway linkages were shot which was going to cost me another $250, but they were very upfront about it and even took me back to show me. Tom and his staff were very professional and honest. Best part... military discount *Hand Salute*

I got a flat in the late afternoon 2 hours away from my house, and after getting told by several different places that they couldn’t get me a replacement the same day, NTB came through! Sean was efficient and wonderful to work with. In addition to getting my tire dealt with, he helped me find where to get a spare as my car doesn’t come with one. I’d highly recommend NTB in Plymouth!!

The service is always great and products fairly priced, I drive all the way from orleans on cape cod just to have my tires serviced here and it’s always worth it, staff is always friendly and greets you from the moment you walk through the door with a smile. When the staff actually cares about the customers they service I make it a point to do repeat business with those who treat me well and I’m telling you Tom the manager here is way before the curve and leading the industry when it comes to treating his customers the right way. Even after lowering my price to the lowest possible pricing available Tom still helped me cut cost on labor and get a steal of a deal. I have never in my life received better service!!!!! Their New General Manager (Sean Rork) is unbelievable as he worked with me on pricing, he catered to my needs and fit my budget. Prior to stopping in for a set of rear tires I received a call from Scott Martinelli the manager of Mavis. He informed me that I would probably have additional wait time due to the high amount of customer demands that afternoon as my visit was a last minute scheduling.I didnt have any extra time to wait so he scheduled me in for the following day with the promise to get me in-and-out in 90 minutes.Ive been doing business with NTB for years. Under the new management as Mavis Tire and Brakes they are still just as professional and courteous as ever. i believe they are also competitive as any of their competition, however the honesty is what matters the most to me.I brought my daughters car to Scott two days latter for two front tires.Again he got me in-and-out in about 90 minutes.Thank you Scott and crew for your great work.Respectfully,Dennis HogelandPlymouth, MA

Its super sketchy that they need to collect license plate, address and phone number data just to buy windshield wipers. I asked to just pay for the wipers and two separate employees told me that wasnt possible.As a side note, maybe they were right, but they also wanted to sell me windshield wipers where the part number didnt match their flip book or computer system. They showed me the part number in their computer terminal and insisted the one that didnt match the screen was still right.Not recommended. Google says this is the listing for the NTB next to the Walmart at Colony Place.

I wouldnt even give them a 0 star. I ordered tires with them didnt hear from them in a little over a week, so I called them and they tell me the tires I ordered are discontinued. Ok we ordered new ones only to get a call the next day to find out those tires were discontinued. Ok what can you do for me I need tires they said they would call me right back with a tire and price, 3 hours later I called back and they could only discount $15.00 per tire. That is no discount considering the price went up over $150.00 from the first set they had ordered and $75.00 more than the second set they ordered..

This is a wonderful business. Very honest, hard working and great prices.

My tire popped on RT 25. 3 hours later I finally get the spare donut out of my trunk that was rusted and bolted into the metal. I called up Sean and he was closing but stayed open for me and gave me a beautiful deal on a tire change and balance. I am giving them a five star rating because of the exalent customer service that I have received from the general manger I had made an appointment for Thursday unfortunately the call center over booked but Sean stepped up to help me out by rebooking me a time slot that would work for me and because of the inconvenience he took care of me, even though I ran into a small inconvenience I would still recommend ntb in plymouth for how willing they are to work with you to make sure that you are a happy customer

Have been a customer for years. Always great service. I am an older customer and had some tire issues over the weekend and with James Broadbent my favorite mechanic and Sean Rork super nice service manager got tires (bought there) straightened out. No charge!! Thank you so much guys.

We utilize this store for all 4 (used to be 5) of our cars needs and have always been completely satisfied with service, recommendations, timeliness, product quality and cleanliness of store. I wish negative stars where an option. Worst customer service ever. Had tires replaced. They replaced the wrong tire. Went back spoke to the manager. Who and no concern or could careless that they screwd up. I asked for the district managers name. He laughed and gave it to me. I called corporate spoke to a very nice and concern gentlemen Andrew. I explained the situation to him. He was shocked how rude the manager was. He said hed call the store. He did and called me back. He said they had the same attitude with him total disregard for customer service. I asked to have the district manager call me just to find out why this store is run the way it is. Ive called back 3 times to speak to the district manager. Still no call back. Now i know why the manager laughed. The district manager must be just as incompetent as the manager.

The gentlemen at NTB were so amazing. They accepted my vehicle from being towed, looked at it immediately. And had an idea of what was wrong. My car was back on the road the following day! They were honest and very nice to deal with. I will be using them from now on for all my cars needs.

Called in here after a tire warning light came on. Wasnt sure which tire needed attention so needed some guidance. They took it in, advised the tires can deflate a little in colder weather (I drove from California), and pumped them to the correct pressure. They even checked the tread and condition and all without any cost. Customer service at its best. I will definitely go back if need be.

I was very happy with my recent visit to NTB. The women working in front (Julie?) was very helpful and courteous. They explained what needed to be done and it was completed within a reasonable amount of time for a fairly good price. I am very satisfied..

Clean facility, the staff is nice, understanding and keep the waiting area clean. When I held off on replacing my filters and battery they didnt push which was nice. It was noticeable they checked the whole car over for an oil change which is important to me.

Under new management, not good as it was before.

I booked my appointment a week prior, calling the shop by phone and doing it the old fashioned way. I called the day before my appointment to verify time and was told I didnt have a scheduled appointment. I was insistent that an appointment was scheduled for me and the NTB rep finally said I had an appointment, but that it was on standby. I remained insistent stating it was not scheduled for standby and that I had an appointment scheduled for either 9:00am or 9:30am. Unfortunately, as it was explained by staff who spoke to me that there is a glitch in their booking system. When a customer books an appointment online, it automatically kicks out any customers appointments that were booked by staff. Luckily I called in to verify my appointment. I had made special arrangements for the car, and took off time. I wont come back and have sought out direct competitors. This would have been my first time doing business with NTB. I was going to schedule an appointment for my other car based on the experience.

Was in and out in no time for an oil change....but it was 4pm on Fathers Day and I made an appointment online beforehand. Employees are always nice and courteous. Good price for an oil change with their coupn.

Bob was great! I shopped around for advice and prices in the Plymouth/Kingston, MA area and was sold on NTB after my conversation with Bob over the phone. Competitive prices and Bobs knowledge about tires sold me on NTB. They got me in on short notice, they were all polite, professional and courteous and timely. Bonus...lifetime rotations and balancing which I didnt expect. They earned a customer and there is a ton of competition out there for tires. Excellent Job NTB Plymouth and thank you. I called this morning to ask if they had an opening to take a look at a tire that was leaking air - Its a Sunday and nobody near me was open. The CSR said that I could just bring it in and that they dont take appointments. I assumed that meant Yes, drove 25 miles, walked in, and was told that it would be at least 2 hours, or maybe a few hours, or maybe a day. I asked why she couldnt have given me this information over the phone, and she said that they were very busy and I could make an appointment.Im realistic and expect that Ill have a longer wait at one of the only repair shops that are open on a Sunday, but some common sense could have been used when I called.

Came in to have a tire looked at. I had been told at another shop that it could not be repaired. Julie & Dan were so nice, got me in and out within an hour. Very honest people. I will be back.

Best tire place and customer service in town! I had a flat tire on a Sunday. I called ahead and they were very busy but told me to go in. I had my roadside assistance come change my flat tire for my spare. When I arrived an hour later, they took a look at my tire and said it was a new tire and that it would be a shame to waist it. I left it there for them to try and get it plugged. Though they were so busy they called me a few hours later, I brought my car and they put the fixed tire on getting almost at closing time. This type of customer service and honestly you cant really get everywhere. They could of pushed for me to purchase a new tire or/and make me wait at least a day to come back. Im very happy we are a frequent customer here.

Only pleasant person was Julie the lady in the front. They couldnt find the hole where the dipstick belonged... and the guy changing tires moved at a snails pace.

Called this location to inquire if they would have time available to check a tire. The person who answered the phone had no phone etiquite, and sounded irritated and/or frustrated telling me hes still working on 10 AM appointments (I called around 2) I have no issue if the shop didnt have an opening but sounding like he didnt want my business is something different. This person did not sound like he represented this location nor inspired me to come back in the future.
