Taylor is super helpful and nice, and explains everything clearly. Came in for my scheduled maintenance and one small repair. I work remotely and was provided a nice quiet office so I could Zoom with my clients while getting my car taken care of.

Very friendly - my concern is the oil still looks a bit dark after a change. Calling to confirm that the tech let it fully drain and replaced the filter. I’m also a little upset that the fluids are not topped off for a $130 oil change. I’m a former mechanic.
