So far so good. I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to these guys with the hope of running it far beyond the warranty and more recently had them do the regularly scheduled maintenance on a 2017 C300. They seem highly competent and more affordable and convenient than the dealership.

We had a terrible oil leak. For one year, we had been taking our car to mechanics and they didnt care about our car--just taking money for nothing. This shop correctly diagnosed and fix our multiple oil leaks, and they also put new left and right control arms on and aligned our wheels. Our car literally drives so much better. We will definitely be coming back here for any future repairs or maintenance!

All the staff here is very friendly and honest. Had my state vehicle inspection and it was done within 30 minutes and it was a busy day. Knowledgeable like no other, and you get what you pay for.

Stellar Autoworks is my go-to place for service for my Audi A4 for the past 8 years. Everything from oil changes to rewiring my trunk, clutch replacement, Nuespeed exhaust repair, Bilstein coil over install, all mounts replaced. SOTA alignment equipment and very honest. Oh, and they pick up and drop off and usually have loaner cars.

I received an estimate from Stellar Autoworks. They were professional and gave me a detailed free estimate without being pushy about what needed to be done. They answered all my questions.

I like this shop because of their use of technology. I really appreciate 1. the thorough diagnosis. 2. The pictures that were included with the results of the diagnosis. 3. The link to review my complete diagnostic. 4. The explanation of each item under review, the function of the parts, and the general recommended timeline of service for each part. It was so great to have it all spelled out and listed by items that need immediate attention verses those that do not. I feel this is a very honest system which I really appreciate being as I know pretty little about cars. And finally, the fact that they let me use a loaner car for free was awesome. And Gabby was super great and very responsive.One suggestion for Stellar Autoworks is that they need a bigger sign. My friend, who picked me up while my car was being worked on, drove past the shop twice cause he couldn’t see the sign.

On a Friday late afternoon on the Interstate we got a flat tire and thought it was a major issue with the rear of the vehicle. Stellar took great care of us and was extremely fair with their pricing! They caught an issue with a CV boot on another wheel while looking the car over. So happy our flat tire was close to your shop!

Honest. Dependable. Excellent value.I have taken my car here for several issues and they exceed the quality of work at both BMW dealerships in town. In fact, I took my car in to Motorwerks to get my A/C fixed and the dealership told me that the compressor needed to be replaced for $4800. I then brought the car to Stellar Autoworks for a second opinion and they said the compressor only needed a belt for $206!!!! They earned me as a lifelong customer with that. A/C works perfectly now and I saved $4600.

Great work all around from this crew. Ive had quite the problem with the cooling/heating system in my car and now all of it is a thing of the past! They gave me explanations on what is being done and why. As others have already mentioned, they are reasonably priced for what they provide to their customers (which is a lot). Theyre also incredibly fast with their repairs. Most importantly, theyre honest people when talking about your vehicle. Sadly, my car had to go back to the shop for a small issue, but since it was tied with previous repair work it came with no charge. I know plenty of other mechanics that wouldve exploited something for a quick buck in this same situation, but they didnt do that which definitely gained my trust. This is why I will continue to bring my car back to this shop with whatever work needs to be done.I also appreciate the online system they use with pictures, pricing breakdown, recommendations, payment, and being able to look back at previous repair work.Now I can go back to driving my Chrysler with no worries!

Had to get both of my front tie rods replaced and I work a tight work schedule so getting it done in one day was a selling point for me. The overall cost was not low or high, but with the quality and speed they did on my repair I wouldnt expect to pay a lower amount. When I was getting my oil changed at another auto shop, they told me I needed a new battery so I called Stellar Autoworks and they got me in that same day to check out my battery. Thankfully my battery was still good but they brought me back into the shoppe just to show me. They do great work, I highly recommend them!

We recently purchased a used car for our high school son, and have now brought it in twice for some excellent service keeping it running well even though its an old used car. Just brought it in for a bunch of work on struts and other things, and really appreciated the service. Very friendly and accommodating, and they were even okay with it that I was a few minutes late past when they close arriving to pick up my car. I dropped of my Mazda 3 to have some work done after reading some positive reviews online. Everybody in the shop was nice and they provided me a loaner car while they looked things over.The issue I had with Stellar is the prices they tried to charge me on the parts. I needed to have a upstream o2 sensor and a abs front speed sensor replaced. The quote was 350 for the o2 sensor and 100 for the abs sensor. All total over 700 including labor and tax just to replace 200 dollars worth of sensors.I understand the shop needs to make money and I am willing to pay extra for good service but I left feeling like they were trying to take advantage of me. I had the exact parts quoted at two different auto parts stores to confirm I received the correct price which was 150 for the o2 sensor and 50 for the abs sensor. To top things off they charged me 120 dollars to get my car back for diagnosing it and nothing got fixed .

I went to Stellar Autoworks for a used car pre-purchase inspection. I was looking at getting a 2011 Subaru Outback that had a salvage title, but had been rebuilt and the dealer assured me it was in fantastic shape and had passed the states inspection along with their in-house inspection... taking it to Stellar they got me in right when I needed to, and they did an extremely thorough check and listed out all the problems in detail w/picture evidence. Long story short they saved me from a massive headache down the road and provided me with a list to show the dealer. I obviously ended up not purchasing it, but I honestly probably would have if I didn’t get it inspected. They also were extremely informative in issues to be on the lookout for in my search for the Outback I would like. Overall 11/10, incredibly helpful and informative, plus while we waited they took us to a local taco spot which has fantastic queso!

I received updates every step of the way and was involved in all the decisions regarding the work to be done on my car. Received a detailed report with pictures of each of the inspection points that required attention. It is really nice that they show in this report whats going on, you dont have to just take their word that something needs to be replaced or repaired. Very happy with how Tim treated me as a customer and will be going back for future work.

Had our 9 year old Highlander inspected for any required maintenance, in preparation for a road trip, and they did a comprehensive inspection including photos of what needed attention. They called to review the report they emailed me and provide repair estimate. No up selling of additional service. Honest service shop that appreciates you as a customer. Did I mention they have your vehicle washed and ready when you pick it up.

Ive been taking my car to Stellar since 2016 and have found their claim to take the hassle out of car repair to be true. If I cant wait there for my car, theyll pick up & drop it back at my office or give me a loaner if I need a vehicle for the day.The pricing seems to be less than a dealer and more than if I were to coupon-clip my way to Tires Plus, Valvoline, Jiffy Lube etc. in search of the best deal for each individual repair. They give an up- front estimate of what needs to be done, get the work done in the stated time, and provide detailed inspection reports with recommendations at each visit so it seems fair pricing in context of the service.Their communication is great and their customer service is miles better than the dealer(s) Ive been to. If something goes amiss, Tim is responsive and helpful and will put it right. I dont feel like Im ever downgraded because I drive a Mazda, not an Audi.Generally, they seem like an honest, solid local business that Im happy to support and would refer my friends to.
