I took my car in to take care of several issues, including warranties and checking the breaks. They charged me 200 just to look at the breaks and tell me itll be 1300 more to fix everything.Obviously I declined, but the WORSE part is that in the following days, Ive had several new issues arrise that were not there before. The clock no longer works, the air conditioning only works on full blast, and I got the old issues fixed for half the price elsewhere. When they asked me about their services via text, I told them about the problems and they never responded. Id sooner sell my car for scrap metal than take it back to this dumpsterfire.

Superior Ford is the best. Needed a seat belt replaced. I didnt mind waiting in their lounge area. Big screens with cable, huge comfy couches, and fresh to order coffee machine filled with Caribou Coffee. The seat belt works great!

I had an appointment scheduled for early morning on a Monday. I dropped my car off on Sunday night so theyd have it right away. I called the service department at least 7 times throughout the day before finally giving up and calling the sales department and asked them to walk to the service department so that I could talk to someone on the status of y vehicle. It was nearly 4pm on that Monday and my vehicle had still not been in to be looked at. And they were busy so they didnt have anyone returning calls. My car had been in their shop a week prior to this appointment for a transmission fluid leak, I was charged over $500 for that repair which I had no problem with, except that my car was still leaking... so I made the second appointment mentioned above. On Tuesday late afternoon I was finally contacted by someone in the service department and they said they had several technicians look at it and it looks like it will be $700 plus tax for the repair. This was frustrating due to the fact that my car had been in the shop for 2 days with no contact to the customer and had already been in the shop for a repair. My business will be taken elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

When I called to make an appointment to bring my car into the shop the woman on the phone was very rude to me and cutting me off to speak over me. I am generally very patient but eventually I said I would tell you what you want to know if you would let me speak and stop speaking over me! She apologized and seemed shocked but let me speak finally. When I brought it in the mechanics made me wait in line completely ignoring me and helped someone in the next line that arrived after me without even acknowledging me. They checked me in with no enthusiasm, took my keys and went into my car with no forewarning or permission. They told me my car would be ready in a couple days. 3-4 days later I was called at 10am to be notified that the car was ready but to wait to pick it up for another hour or so because they needed to check it over one more time. I said that I would not be able to come until late afternoon and they said thatd be perfect. When I arrived, the manager saw me come in and asked me what I needed. When I told him which car was mine his face fell. He said Didnt they call you this afternoon?! I said no, just this morning, why? He explained to me that they needed another day to fix it because it did not work the first time and they should have told me that. He told me it would be ready the next day and it took two more days to fix it.

Disappointed they dont have a diesel mechanic. I will have to take my business elsewhere.
