Arrived at 7am….didn’t open the doors until almost 730. Damaged one of the lug nuts on a car that was just purchased and inspected for any damages. Refused to accept blame and said it was like that when it came in. Would not complete the job. So now the Plymouth Walmart has cost me 2hours out of my day and likely several hundred dollars getting my car repaired. Who has a tire shop that can’t do lug nut work? Not worth the savings, go to real professionals. Guess there is a reason they are “mechanics” at Walmart and not a legit shop.Updated 9-11-21Just left Firestone in Hingam, absolutely no issues removing or reinstalling my lug nuts. Got better tires for less money too. Never using Walmart again.

They would not install 2 front tires that I purchased off Walmart.com. They said I had to change all 4 tires. This was not the service technician, but the manager that made that decision. I took my business elsewhere. They had no problem replacing just 2 tires.

Called to see if they could fit me in for 4 new tires. I was told yes they could fit me in if I came in within the hour, was there in 15 min. Once there I was told they were booked solid and could not accommodate .

Hours listed on Google, despite being recently updated, are incorrect and when I called and finally reached someone, they were super rude.**update: a month later, try calling to make an appointment, AGAIN... listing says the hours were updated my business 2 weeks ago... yet, surprise surprise, I get told at 11:30 a.m. on a Thursday, the auto center isnt open today!!!!

They broke my valve stem on my tire replacing it and now my tire pressure low sensor keeps coming on. Thanks guys.

Ordered tires through them, they said theyd install that day. Hours later they canceled the appointment an hour before I was supposed to have the work done and made it so that I wouldnt be able to get it done anywhere else before close of business. Avoid at all costs this place is horrendous!

Ive used this shop in the past - the work was always adequate, and the prices decent, but they take forever... today, I stopped in just after noon and was told were not taking any more cars at the moment - you can call back around 4pm, if you feel like it. and was handed a business card as hed already moved on to the next (cashier) customer.

Very poor experience wont come back man at the front Don rude and condescending . Dont waste your time.

How is the auto center not considered essential people still have to drive to work well Walmart dont worry because you lost my business and families business for car related needs because I know have to spend twice as much to get new tires

Most useless auto center. First off my battery is leaking after three years. I went two days in a row to get my battery replaced and no one could accommodate it in a timely manner. The first day I got turned away all together. A battery change should take them about five minutes to complete. I would recommend going to any other auto center. Now I have to pay full price for a battery somewhere else since they couldn’t help me when it is under warranty there.

Shopping with family and talked to the tire center guy. Told him I would drop off the family and be right back to get four tires mounted and balanced. When I returned three hours before closing he said he couldnt do it today and laughed.

All the 1 star reviews are accurate. Bottom line, dont plan on waiting. Plan on leaving your vehicle or getting a job at Walmart so they can have it done by the end of your double (if youre lucky).

My car was in desperate need of an oil change. Took it in on Saturday, 8/11. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and this was a guy with “trainee” on his name tag! The place is usually busy, and the wait time about 3 hrs, but I’m okay with that. Plymouth, MA Walmart is awesome.

Some of the best tire prices youll find. If its a sale price you order tires and have them sent to store for installation

Great expierence! Got new tires and an oil change, Dawn helped me out when I first got there and was extremely friendly and helpful. Walked me through everything that was going to be done and when asking about additional services if I didn’t fully understand what he was asking he would explain it thouroughly. Was extremely nice so I didn’t feel weird asking questions. Didn’t feel as if I was getting scammed into additional services that I did not need like other places I’ve been.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy at the desk announces loudly 5 hour wait as you approach. It was the same story the day prior but I had no options as I bought the tires from walmart and no one else would install them. I had 4 people before me and literally waited all day long on the lobby. Worst experience with a tire shop ever. Never again will I submit myself to that bull. Go to another stop.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the second time I have been here in three days. The first day, I was told it would be a two hour wait bu the manager Don. After two and a half hours, I was told it would be at least another two and a half, again by Don. Upon returning today, I was second in line. I was told an hour and a half. After an hour and a half, the first vehicle (ahead of me) isn’t even halfway completed. These employees are rude, incompetent, and have absolutely no sense of customer service or work ethic. Simple oil changes take over an hour and putting four new tires on a car will take close to two. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!

Hard to understand this business and its failings. Why no management to fix the problems? Kick the can I guess. Went three times to get A tire put on....the only reason I went back there is that they carried the tire. Yesterday at 4pm they CLOSED the shop, why? because their techie went home sick.....wow.They seem to discourage the work as they tell you its a 3 hour wait, not describing the issues behind that. Caveat Emptor....Buyer Beware....Try BJs tire and auto, nearby.

Place is a joke just bought 4 brand new tires took them six hours only to wake up the next morning to my two on the left side practically flat they were so low!! Place needs to stop the tire center if the place cant handle doing there job.

I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. From the very rude OLD staff that they have working there, to the lack of knowledge and cocky responses they give when you ask a question. They hire the most incompetent people and should stick to selling the other junk that they sell in that store. Feel free to try if you want, but be prepared to wait about 8 hours to have your tires mounted.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had tires purchased from Wal-Mart online installed here. They were only able to do 4 of the 6 (rear dually) on my toyota rv. They snapped the wheel stud on the drivers side rear, and then kicked me to the curb saying that they could go no further after having broken my vehicle. I was left driving my home on 2 bad tires until I could find my own shop to do the repairs at which point they said I could come back and get the last 2 tires put on, ha! What a joke, never going here again, and lucky to have escaped with my life. If these technicians were any sort of trained they would have known it was reverse thread and never have snapped it in the first place. The 4 tires they were able to get on werent even mounted properly, with the yellow dot on the tire nowhere near the valve stem. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE OR YOUR LIFE.

Terrible!!! I should have went to Towne Faire Tire or any where else. I Had 4 new tires put on my 2015 Toyota Corolla in Dec. 2017. Went back 2 days later cause car was shakey my car had to be re-balanced cause they didnt do it right the first time then a about a week or 2 later I had a screw in my back passenger side tire brought it back to Wal-Mart cause I did pay for road hazard when I bought them, they patched my tire after many hours waiting in Wal-Mart. When I finally drove home that night I parked my car in my drive way and when it was time to go to work in the morning my tire was flat again the same one they supposedly patched. I went back to Wal-Mart that day and they told me they couldnt fix until next day cause they were booked so I made an appointment for the next day aggravated as I was, I went in next day to see why the tire went flat and was told they never fixed the screw hole right in the first place. So they gave me a brand new tire cause you cant patch a hole twice. Low and behold after another long wait to get my new replaced tire I went home that night and when I woke up next morning and went to go out my new replaced tire was flat again. This time I called Wal-Mart told them what happened again and they wanted me to bring tire in, I said no and how frustrated I was and then I went to Towne Faire Tire in Plymouth. Towne Faire fixed my tire the right way they had to seal it which Wal-Mart never did and also had to tighten all the bolts on all 4 tires. Please never go to Wal-Mart for tires..... sorry this is so long just think before you go there please.

Went to do headlight restoration and they were not busy, was told two hours wait. More than 6 hours and they are lazy people do not care about time. Will never use this place again
