My car had damage to the left rear quarter panel, which Walsers professional technicians repaired perfectly. And, they cleaned up the car so that it looks really nice inside and out, plus it even smells good. They were fast, and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Horrible service my husband took our Hyundai Santa Fe sport SUV over a month ago, that place was recommended by the dealership they said the car had a lot hail damage including the roof and the windshield was cracked . they said needed to order the roof, then almost 3 weeks ago they said they got the roof and it was going to be put up then the car will be send for painting 3 weeks ago they would suppose do that. We had not other car and for over a month me and my husband we are sharing one car and this it’s interfering with our work schedules. Every time we call the shop the person there tell us the same thing over and over that they working on the roof and will be done on Friday then again Friday for 3 weeks they are been telling us the same but it does not happen. We are so stress out with this people that we will never ever use them for our cars In the future and Walser dealership will lose us as customers since this it is a lease they are getting their lease payment monthly and we cannot pay for an extra car.

Overall a very good experience and I would use them again. I had initially chose them because I called Hyundia dealership asking for Hyundai auto body and they referred me to Walser, but for the mechanical portion they didnt use the dealership but a local closer mechanic. I was slightly concerned but the repairs all have been really good. I did ask that they repaint the front bumper because it was not well color matched and they agreed without any fight. It took an additional day but the result was a perfectly matched bumper. Everyone at the shop was responsive and easy to work with including the car rental office attached to them.

My vehicle was recently rear ended and I wanted to have it fixed at an actual Dodge dealership so I would get Dodge parts. I found Walser Collision and Glass and worked with Brad. He is extremely knowledgeable, has many years experience and definitely knows how to deal with insurance companies. I sent the insurance companies quote to Brad, made the appointment and had my SUV back in 24 hours! I couldnt have been more pleased with the results. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend using Walser! Ask for Brad!

This was an amazing body shop! They were friendly and quick. They also helped me out in a sticky situation. I needed a ride from my home to their shop to pick up my vehicle since I opted out of the rental car from insurance. They actually had one of their employees come pick me up from my house so I could get my car. It really helped my situation that I lived only 2 miles away!

THE WORST SHOP TO GO TO! I Called December,26/19 to make un appointment they made January, 6/20 they said ur car will be ready on 01/15/20 I called 1/13/20 they said ur car will be ready on 1/15/20 I went there to pic up my car they said we haven’t finish yet I checked my car they haven’t started yet the manger told me they need another 10 days to fixed I took my car to a different shop even though I paid 2 weeks of rental car.

My 2013 Mazda 3 was rear-ended in December 2013, and I needed to get some work done to repair the car. I called Walser Collision & Glass Plymouth MN and from the very first phone call I was blown away with how friendly they were, and with how well I was taken care of. I received excellent customer service through out the entire time. I had the pleasure of working with Dave Peterson. He was able to answer all of my questions and calm all of my worries, and he was able to reassure me that everything would be taken care of and my car would be just like brand new again. From the moment I dropped it off to the moment I picked it up I was kept updated on what was going on with my car, and how long they needed. There was more damage to the car than expected, and so they had to do more work and I was called and told that they would need a little extra time, but that they had already taken care of contacting the insurance company for me. The only thing I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. I would highly recommend taking your car to walser collision & Glass in Plymouth MN. They are very friendly, and give excellent customer service from the start to the very end. I will for sure use them again and again if I ever need to. It’s taken around two months to fix minor damage from a rear ending. By far the worst car repair shop I’ve had the displeasure of working with. I recommend you take your vehicle literally anywhere else if possible. I’ve been given 7 different pick up dates and the car is never finished in time. I still have yet to get my vehicle back. Lazy and inconsistent workers, awful service.

I BROUGHT MY CAR IN ON A MONDAY AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE DONE THAT FRIDAY, WELL FRIDAY CAME AND THEY SAID MONDAY, MONDAY CAME AND THEY SAID TUESDAY AFTERNOON, TUESDAY AFTERNOON CAME AND I WAS GETTING READY TO COME PICK UP MY CAR AND THEY CALLED AND SAID WEDNESDAY. WELL I FIANLLY GOT MY CAR BACK BUT HAD TO BRING IT BACK 3 TIMES WITHIN 2 WEEKS!! THE FIRST 2 TIMES I BROUGHT MY CAR BACK IS BECAUSE MY TWO WINDOWS ON THE DOORS THAT GOT FIXED WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE THIRD TIME WAS BECAUSE MY PAINT WAS CHIPPING OFF THE DOOR THEY FIXED AND TRIED BLAMING IT ON ME AND SAID I HIT SOMETHING WITH MY DOOR! I NEVER ONCE HIT ANYTHING WITH MY DOOR; I DONT EVEN PARK NEXT TO ANYTHING! ILL NEVER COME BACK AND WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND OTHERS TO GO ELSEWHERE! THE EMPLOYEE I DEALT WITH WAS MIKE PESKEY

I was rear-ended and brought my SUV to Walser to have my bumper repaired. I spent way too much time on the phone between Walser and the Insurance company to get this repair completed. After over 3 months of Walser refusing to make the appointment without insurance payment and the insurance company stating they werent paying until the repair was completed, I finally went to Beurkle Hyundai. Beurkle got my SUV in right away after the bumper order came in (2 days after I contacted them) and repair completed over the weekend. Walser was a Tremendous waste of my time.***The General Manager has reached out to apologize to me about my experience with this shop. The call was appreciated and I have added back 1 star since he has gone out of his way to personally apologize for the handling of my service. I do understand that mistakes happen.

Best autobody service Ive ever received. Charges were extremely reasonable, and they even gave me for free an extra part they had on hand instead of charging me for a new part.
