Very knowledgeable and professional. The crew there has done work on my CRV to my F150 and my wifes Subaru. They take pride in their work whether it is an insurance claim or an individual pay. Would highly recommend to my friends.

Awesome work by the guys here. Insurance wanted to use aftermarket parts (no surprise) but they were able to work with insurance to get all OEM parts! They even detailed both the exterior and interior of the car upon pick up. Highly recommend these guys. Theyll take care of you!

Absolutely overjoyed with how well my car turned out after an accident and Minnetonka Collision fixed it. They were easy to work with, worked well with my insurance company and actually had my car done before the estimated date. They were referred to me and I will absolutely keep referring them on.

Do not expect superior or even average customer service. This service center is only looking to make money on insurance payments and your out of pocket deductible. If your expecting the good old Mom and Pa customer service with call backs and decent face to face customer service you will not receive it here - particularly from Joe. Try City Collision in Fridley that is where I got everything I expect in customer service and then some.

I have been here a few times and they are always so wonderful to work with. The work was done quick and looks amazing. The best part was the detailing of both the interior and exterior of my car!!! Seriously made my day since I am a mom of 3 messy children :)

Quick and painless. From start to finish, everything was done well. 10 minutes for the estimate, they dealt with the insurance company on payment, arranged the rental car and fixed the car in 2 days. The final product was awesome.

If I could give ZERO stars I would, this place is horrible. They are good at fixing the outside of the vehicle to make it look good, HOWEVER they are HORRIBLE AT ANYTHING ELSE, JOE IS A TALKED WHO TRIES TO TALK HIS WAY OUT OF EVERYTHING. THEY TRIED TO FIX MY VEHICLE FROM A ACCIDENT THROUGH STATE FARM, MY VEHICLE HAD TO GO BACK 3 TIMES AND IT STILL WAS NOT FIXED, STATE FARM FINALLY HAD TO TOTAL THE VEHICLE AFTER GREEDY JOE RECEIVED ALMOST $15,000 AND NOTHING HAD BEEN FIXED PROPERLY EXCEPT THE OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. MOTOR MOUNTS PUT IN WRONG, CAR VIBRATING UNCONTROLLABLY AND JOE SAYS WE DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG, HAD TO BE TAKING TO SUBURBAN CHEVROLET TO TELL THEM THEY DID IT WRONG. I HOPE STATE FARM COMES AFTER YOU FOR ALL THE MONEY THEY PAID FOR NOTHING. JUST HORRIBLE

So far I find the customer service to be great! They appear to be very helpful and goal focused on repairing my car. No sure how these other two 1 star reviews could be true at all.

Got rear ended which luckily only affected the back bumper. Looked around at auto body shops.I’m super happy I went to MCC, insurance covered the cost, minus my deductible. The price was right around what I thought it was going to be and Aaron kept me updated on when the car was going to be ready. The work itself looks great and back to factory standard. Even gave my car a wash! Would recommend if you need any auto body work!

If you have a European car, this is the place to go! Joe and Chris rock. I had few cars fixed there and they are always very honest and accommodating. Thank you.

My garage door opener put a deep gouge in my tailgate door - my fault - and left alone, it would have rusted. The repair they did looks flawless, their price was very fair and they were easy to work with!

I was recommended from a friend about this place. Staff were extremely friendly. I told I want to do an estimate on my car scratch/dent repair. It was in within 15 mins, they were able to clean and buff the scratch area and it was gone. Love this place will certainly back again if I need any auto detailing.

I went to Minnetonka collision center to fix scratches on my car that have been accumulating for years that have began to rust. The employees were so nice and helpful. They gave me an estimate in a short amount of time and gave me the “perfect” (I.e. expensive) option or the “budget friendly” option. I went with the budget friendly version but it turned out great! It’s not perfect, but they were up front with me that it wouldn’t be because I went for the cheaper offer. I felt like I was being given honest information and they weren’t trying to just make sales. They got my car done in 3 days. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Fantastic work, looks just as good as when I bought it. Plus, they cleaned the inside and did a great job doing that as well. 100% recommend them to anybody.

Poor customer service, and not willing to fix issues they created.I was rear-ended and had a small (4) crack in my bumper. No big deal, right? Well, I would rather still have the crack in the bumper than had it fixed at Minnetonka Collision..After I got the car back everything seemed to be good. Upon first inspection everything looked to be repaired correctly. Good, I could go about my daily business. A few days go by and the inside of my car started smelling horribly! It turns out they assembled my car together wrong, and water was getting inside my hatch whenever it would rain, pooling around my spare tire (Im talking 4-5 inches deep of water..). When I brought it back for them to fix their mistake, they were completely unwilling to do anything about it. They tried blaming my aftermarket tail lights for the issue (which I have since completely sealed, and found to not be the problem). I was very accommodating with them, but they were HORRIBLE to work with. I even called my insurance company to try to get some resolution, or to be able to go to a different shop, and it was a no-go. I asked them to at least clean up the interior of my car so it wouldnt stink, and Andy just grabbed a bottle of Febreeze and gave my car a couple sprays.. It did absolutely nothing. I ended up drilling holes under my spare tire so the water at least drains out the bottom, but I could not be more unhappy with their work. Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT GO HERE.

Customer service is the number one thing that will make people go back. I got into a no fault accident in May of 2016 and took my car to Minnetonka Collision for repair/body work because they were close to my home. When I got my car back I noticed the right side of my bumper at the pointed edge was sticking out. There were big gaps around the headlights I can fit my key in it. The hood of my car was on crooked and I also noticed paint was chipping on the bumper (I will post pictures). I took my car back in and Andy looked at it and told me my car was like this before and I probably never noticed it. Nothing was done to my car. I called my ins company who verified that the shop did a bad job and told me that the owner Joe will be contacting me, that never happened. I had to call him. My experience with Minnetonka collision especially Joe was incredibly horrible. Ive never been so disrespected and treated so poorly as a customer like I was dealing with Joe. He continually lied to me and kept blowing me off. He told me will call me back to make arrangements to fix my car and never got a phone calm from him. When I finally got my car back in to the shop he spent 15 mins on it and told me to come get it. When I picked my car up the gaps were still there, all he did was add a clip to the edge that was sticking out. He didnt fix the other things. This company dont value their customers and dont care account their customer service either. My car still isnt fixed.

Ive been in twice for minor repairs. Each time I worked with different people but received the same great service and sensible pricing. I will return for future work if needed!

Wow, what an experience!!! Not only did they look at my car and attempt to find the least expensive repair, but ordered everything that they would need even if it was a Worst Case scenario, just in case. I went in for a non-functioning Driver Side power window, and they finished in with 2 hours. When I dropped it off, they gave me a ride back to work as well as once it was finished they even came back to my work and picked me up. They came in well within their estimate and I cant tell you how much I appreciated the ride to and from work. They made this very easy for me, and I will definitely be a repeat customer.Thank you so much to Ben for the ride and Chris for the outstanding service!!!John McD.
