Love it i been a custumer at metro since i was 15 years old now im 28 and i just love the service.

We went in for a new number and transfer of phone. The place was full and Eric was managing the workload and the customer flow like a pro. My wife and I were very impressed with his knowledge and felt we had to comment on his good work ethics.

Went in to get a better phone I knew which one to get and the last time I went in they could set up autopay when I asked the young women whose nails was too long she said call customer care which i knew the last time the guy had said sure let me set that up for you. She looked like she didnt want to be there thats my honesty

Shopped here for a phone because we lost one. I had one picked out before I came in and I liked this store it was very easy here the young man didnt try to upsell me he just told me about the phone then he got it set it up and we were on our way it was quick and easy and painless and I love that because I just hate the stress from havi g to change a phone so thanks for making it so easy.

I needed to upgrade my phone, so in the past week I visited5 other Metro PCS stores. This was the best of the 6. The young man was friendly and knowledgeable about his job. He was patient with all of my questions and actually knew what he was talking about! Needless to say, I finally found the right phone for me. I believe it was because of the salesman!

I like this Metro PCS store .. The employees are always polite and always very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your services with Metro.

These guys lack with any help that you need with your phone. Unless you’re gonna buy a phone or pay a bill they’ll quickly tell you to call costumers service

Horrible! It says they open at 9 am. Its 9:30, no ones here. Several people have come. Theyve lost customers. No apology signs that they had to close.
