Came to support Gamestop for obvious reasons, even though its more convenient to buy games online. Was told I cant enter without a mask. I said well I guess thats why youre going out of business. Only store in plant city still doing the mask thing. Were kinda done with that down here in Florida. Bought my game across the street...

If I could give negative stars I would. They lie about getting coupons for money off future purchases just to get you to buy big tickets items. They tell you to call in everyday to see if your coupons are applied to your account then after a couple weeks of calling they say the coupon is not valid anymore when there was no coupon in the first place.

Had a wonderful chat with the manager-on-duty about the future of Gamestop and its potential! Excited to see whats coming! $GME to the moon!

Employee with blue hair was just BSing with some people for 30 minutes while he had a line, he was still talking to that guest when we left, which means he didnt ring out one person in half an hour. We sat in line until it was too frustrating.

Fredericko was awesome. Very helpful. Young lady behind the counter was very rude. Wasn’t even speaking to her when she lashed out. Surprised corporate would hire someone so unprofesssional and immature.

I love speaking to the staff here. Theyve always been courteous and polite. I usually come in a few times a month to buy pre-owned 360 games with their sales and Pop Funko figures. I love how I can pre-order upcoming games and merchandise.

It’s a great place to buy new and used games it’s awsome and it’s my go to if I need a game

I want to another game stop looking for a elite series’s 2 controller and they didn’t have it so the looked and found out this store had it. They took down my Info and said they would hold the item.I drove the 15 min to this store when I got to this store they had already sold it. And they then proceed to blame it on me and didn’t seem to care. The staff were horrible. If I could I would give it 0 stars.

12-18-19 5:00pm walked in with the Mrs to purchase our daughter a Nintendo Switch $299 and 2 games. Stood at the counter, credit card ready to easily spend 400 dollars. One employee was helping some lady trying to trade in what looked like some boot leg system and the other employee is rambling on with an older gentlemen about how the Xbox system works, which turned into a personal conversation. So as we leave they want to save face and ask if we needed help. Nope went to gamestop at Lakeland mall and they got my business.

I go here for my kids I dont like it you have to wait too long

Great service. Great selection. Why 3 stars? Because they put their bloody paper preowned stickers on a paper box for a collectors edition I bought from them and it’s a pain to get it off. Otherwise great all around.

Excellent selection. The. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell in the store. They are always willing to help and make sure you leave the store happy. They are extremely nice and pleasant to do business with. I only shop at this Gamestop.

We go every month and have been going since they were EB games the staff is wonderful and we always get amazing deals

The people here are pretty chill and it smells like subway, but like in a good way. Has more room than the mall stores and usually has a bit more variety for some systems.

I actually take my son here at least once a month Ive been to the one on Causeway the people there are not that bad Ive been to the one in Plant City the prices are a lot better but a couple of them are a little on the roadside whatever I mean Im spending money there my son wants to ask a question he stood online just like everybody else and when he gets up to ask a question youre going to rush him along because you have paying customers thats why we didnt buy anything that died because the gentleman behind the counter gave us a vibe that he didnt want to help he just wanted to bring up the customers

I bought my son an Xbox for his birthday that’s in December! I haven’t opened it at all and he told me he changed his mind he wants a PlayStation. I went in and explained this to Bill who was working and he said nothing he can do for me because it’s been over 30 Days! Needless to say I won’t be back to Gamestop EVER again!! I stick to my word because I told sprint this when the screwed me in 2005 and I haven’t given them a cent and won’t GameStop either!!!! You treat people like this there will eventually be another Gaming store that puts you out of business!!! Karma!!! You got $310 of my money but could have had more with us buying games ... stupid business move in my opinion!!!!

I wanted them to test my Xbox and they said I needed to buy a power cord for them to test it when I wanted to test it before I bought it so I didnt get stuck with a power cord I didnt need and a junk Xbox.

The place is great for games and swag, employees are usually decent and friendly, its best to subscribe to be a powerup rewards pro member if you buy games often, as there are some good deals now and then and free rewards to earn
