My individual experience with customer service was unheard of and unmatched. The staff went above and beyond with only my best interest in mind. They double check, triple check then cross check to make sure I got the best product for the best price in the best zones for products best services. They were knowledgeable and patience. The best AT&T store around, let me start with this guy David... He knows what authentic customer service is all about. I never felt more at home. He is by far the best sales person I ever met. He took the time to go over all my options on my plan, helped me save money and got me an awesome deal on the new Galaxy S10. Im gonna recommend this store and David to all my friends and family!

Recently went to this AT&T in plant city. Cory did and amazing job had me laughing and entertained during the entire time I was there. I was initially very upset and wanting to cancel because of slow data and switch to Verizon but cory saved me as a customerHe switched me away from prepaid and got me a new phone for only 5$ more.I waited a few weeks to write this to see if my data is actually faster and it is way faster.I hope AT&T actually reads this because cory needs to be a trainer or something.

Stopped in the other day on my way to Orlando and had a great experience with the help of David. He helped my wife and I get into a new plan that fit our needs better and with two new phones. Would definitely recommend for anyone around that area.

Today came into the the plant city store. When I arrived at the location a young lady by the name of Daniela help me. I love how there is fluent Spanish speaker at this location. She greeted us and explained everything to me. I love how she makes me feel more like family then a customer. Daniela went above and beyond with her customer service with making conversation asking where we from etc. The best part is that I told her I just arrived from Mexico and she was giving me advice on things that would make my life easier in America. By telling me to save some money and open a bank account so I could put my account on autopay to save money. Honestly she is beyond the best and look forward to coming in to do business with her.

Really need more workers.Went in to find out about military discount on a Saturday . Only one person working helping a customer.Spent 20 minutes there waiting. Left for about 20-30 minutes. Came back same people being helped. Waited another 15 minutes asked about military discount. Was told it would take awhile and he still had to finish with the first customers.During this time 2 other customers came and left after waiting.I understand waiting your turn but who has hours to waste at an undermanned store?

I switched from TMobile to AT&T. About a month ago I went to this store. I thought it was great. Thought everything was fine. Like I said, Thought. I was charged twice. The people in the store will yes you to death. But cant do a thing for you, except take payments. I ended up calling 611, which was stellar. This stores manager Joe is all he would tell me, I had given him all my info, SS#, everything.said he couldnt verify my account to discuss it because he said How do I know you are who you say you are? Are you serious??!!! How does Customer Service do it??!!! With the info I gave him, thats how! WHAT A WASTE!!! I NEVER GOT CALLED AS REQUESTED, ETC ETC... DO THE OWNERS KNOW? DO THEY CARE?Ive gone to other AT&T stores in Brandon, they were/are great. I avoid this place like the plague. You should too!

Came into the store in plant city switching from sprint to att. The Rep Daniela was great help she explain everything to us on the bill and got us two free phones whitch were the LG g8. However, when I entered the store the first girl who tied me up I think her name was Veronica I can not say the same since she was grocery and has an attitude problem with saying that I almost left and Daniela gladly approaches us and He tells us what he can help us with.
