Glad I found these guys. Very hard working, honest, and stand behind their work. When they were working on my vehicle and ran into problems that was going to take longer than expected the contacted me immediately. Here’s the thing, they were closing the next week for vacation. They worked VERY LATE the last day they were open and still couldn’t finish. Instead of making me wait until they got back, they made arrangements for another shop they knew and trusted to complete the work. I was allowed to pick my vehicle up without paying from the other shop until they reopened after vacation. Rare to find a shop that has that much trust in their customers. When faced with a repair beyond what they are comfortable with they will admit it and recommend someone who specializes in that repair. It’s obvious they take pride in their reputation and the couple times they have recommended another shop I have been pleased with that shop as well. Did I mention they are reasonably priced on their labor and are usually a bit less than other shops? These are my first go to guys here in plant city. Don’t let the small location fool you.

I made a mistake when I posted a review of this dealership. A friend Of mine purchased a car from these people. My mistake was reading a car fax report that showed odometer fraud. It was not plant city motors that committed the fraud. It turns out that it was the Zephyrhills Meineke auto service.The techs at Meineke kept entering in different information into the system and reporting it as if they had done work when they had not. This mistake is not the fault of the dealership.I want to thank PC motors for reaching out and doing their best to clear things up. Their professionalism in the face of something that could have been even worse was far and above what one would expect.

Chris immediately emailed me back and answered all questions I had and helped me get into a car very quickly. Any questions you have or concerns you may have with a used car he tells you and makes sure that you are well taken care of and happy and vehicle is in great shape for even being a used car. He is willing to help you rebuild your credit so you can get into what you would like to drive and have. He is amazing to work with great attitude and always seem so positive. We had the pleasure of working with Chris.The whole process was so easy. After a recommendation from a friend at Dixie Station Tattoo I decided to give PC Motors a shot. I contacted Chris with a specific make and model I was Interested in (Honda Element). Not only did he find me one but he found one with low miles and in fantastic working order. He also found it way under my budget! Chris was also able to find me a bank that would work with my financials and I got a very low APR which makes me as happy as a clam! Over all the buying experience was very easy and Chris is a very polite individual to work with. I would recommend anyone to visit the lot and talk to him. If he does not have what you are looking for.....He will find it!

After reading the negative feedback made me wonder about going here. But with all the good post I took my chance. 8/10 people post about their bad experiences and not the good. So with that being said. I will recommend anybody and everybody here. Very nice and helpful. He tries to make buying a car as fast and easy as he can. You have to keep in mind your buying a used car. You have to maintenance the car. No dealer ship is going to do a full maintenance before they sell it. You want it to last take your steps to make sure everything is changed regularly.

About a week ago, I went to PC Motors after seeing one of their vehicles listed on Craigslist. Ive been looking for something bigger than a sedan due to our expanding family and what really made their ad stick out among others was their transparency. Everything, good and bad, about the vehicle was listed in the ad itself. I didnt have to worry about going up there just find out it really was too good to be true. It was refreshing to deal with someone in this business who still values integrity over a quick sale. I was also able to get a warranty, which is typically unheard of for an older vehicle with more than 100k miles on it.Since the purchase, I discovered the A/C wasnt working. Even though the sale was already finalized and they could have easily told me it wasnt their problem, instead they had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Not only do they value integrity before and during the buying process, they also value it after. They thought the A/C worked when they sold it to me and made it right by getting it fixed the moment it was discovered that there was an issue.I would definitely purchase from them again and will gladly refer anyone who needs a vehicle to go see them.

The guys here are friendly, they are salesmen thats their job. I thought I found a truck I had been looking for a worked with them for a week to purchase it from them. I am not mechanically inclined so most of this rant falls on me. I was assured the vehicle was in good condition no defects etc and that they had disclosed all problems with the truck, supposedly just needed a paint job and they fixed the power Windows before the sale.. well as soon as i drove it off the lot I found out that the turn signals did not work. Then I took it to a mechanic who proceeded to tell me that it is leaking not only oil but from a part of the engine which would cost me close to 1200 to repair. A transmission fluid leak and come winter I found out that the heater core had been removed. One wouldnt think heat is essential in Florida, but try driving without it. So sad to say others may have had a good experience with this company, but I feel they concealed important information about the vehicle that would have effected my decision to purchase it.so this place does not get a good rating. Not from me. Thanks a lot and always remember that if the dealer wont allow you to take the vehicle for a diagnostic inspection from a respectable mechanic than you should probably check elsewhere. This time I trusted the wrong people and am financially reaping the fallout.

Chris and George are honest and fair. I was drawn to them looking online because they show the prices of the cars and trucks online and have them on the windshield. Most places wont do that because they want to charge you more if you finance with them. But these guys do it right. There is a CARFAX on every windshield and on every page online when looking at the cars. Even though I have not-so-great credit, they were able to get me financed with one of their banks and in my range of money down and monthly payment. It even included a 2yr/24 thousand mile warranty. I have been meaning to write this for a couple of months, but it really made me do it when I checked my credit score and IT HAS GONE UP because as promised going through a bank has helped me with building credit rather than throwing my money away with a buy here pay here place. I love my new car and cant thank them enough. I will be back

I was looking for a specific truck and PC Motors had it. I met George and he showed me around and the deal was done on the spot. He even drove me to Tampa to return my rental, I didn’t even have to go to the DMV. The truck had a piece of equipment attached to the bed with they also removed for me GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Yet again an amazing, EASY, truck purchase !!!! Ill NEVER buy from anywhere or anyone else

Just purchased in february. They said they had the vehicle checked and whatever problems it had was fixed. Couple weeks into it engine light turned on and the truck started shaking once you hit 40mph. Then finally, it died. Obviously took it to get it checked out. Service technician said that the truck was so bad that the entire engine needs to be replaced. $7000! I do not know about other people but i sure as heck do not have 7 grand on hand to pay such costs when just 2 months into the truck. Please consider all options

Great service and great care

My girlfriend and I purchased a 2006 chevy Silverado 2500HD over memorial day weekend. I took the truck for a test drive and everything seemed to be in order. An hour after we left the lot the transmission started acting up, shifting into gear extremely hard. I of course immediately called them about the issue. ( of course I was livid, I just paid thousands of dollars for this vehicle) theyre response was a bit unexpected, they said please bring the truck back and theyll have it looked at and repaired immediately, so we brought the truck back the next day. They apologized repetedly (which caught me off guard also. I mean seriously, these guys are supposed to be used car salesman) well we left the truck there and my girlfriend and I continued on with our vacation. They called me later on that day and said it had too much transmission fluid in it thats why they didnt know there was a problem. They said it shouldnt be difficult fix it was probably the torque converter it would most likely be ready late the next day. They called the next day and said the problem was a little more serious than previously thought. So the had their mechanic take the transmission completely apart and inspect it thoroughly. Turns out the transmission was shot, and at this point I was extremely nervous, because the friends we were staying with were leaving state and we wouldnt have a place to stay. So they offered a loaner vehicle and even offered us a hotel until the vehicle while the transmission was being rebuilt. They didnt want us to brake down on our way back to ohio and insisted we call them when we got home to make sure we made it safely.Long story short this isnt a typical car lot. Theyre great fellas, that care about their customers and doing GOOD business. As far as Im concerned they went way beyond what the had to do. I will be flying down to purchase my next vehicle from them.I just want to thank you guys again.
