All repairs were done correct and timely.NOT very sure why Stingray finds it necessary to add a CUSTOMER PAY MISC DISPOSAL FOR REPAIR ORDER to the invoice. It looks like just an additional 33.36 charge for no known reason. At least the cashier was not able to explain it.
Easiest car buying experience so far. From finding the car online at 5pm and rolling out with it at 8pm, quick and painless experience. With how the used car market is currently, we felt the pricing was fair and decide to move forward with ease. As for the customer service aspect, everyone was very nice and super down to earth and made it seem like we were not even in the dealership. Also if you like classic cars, or race cars, or Italian/German sportscar they have an amazing showing in the showroom ALWAYS. Salesman, Shawn, at the Plant City location, made the experience so much better. He actually listened to my preferences and advised of the different models that could provide what I wanted. His knowledge of the vehicles and their amenities is second to none and I felt very comfortable working with him to find my ideal vehicle. The amount of time it takes to write up the paperwork, do the financing, and getting out the door is still a long and tedious process and I dont know anyone who relishes that part of it but it is a necessary evil. Over all I had a wonderful experience, especially with Shawn at the helm who made sure I was aware of every aspect of the vehicle.
I had an awful experience here. I drove a great distance to purchase a vehicle that I was told was available for purchase and upon my arrival, the dealership had sold the vehicle. I never received a phone call to inform me that the vehicle was purchased. I was led to believe the vehicle was waiting for me, but it was purchased days prior. The sales rep that I spoke to had no clue of the vehicle I was there to purchase as it was not communicated to him from the person I spoke to on the phone. I was offered another similar vehicle, but I would have to wait a month for the Vehicle to arrive. The sales agent, I believe to be named Ferman, was not helpful at all he was annoyed he had poor customer service, and I will not return to this dealership.

I spoke with the dealership over the phone and they gave me a price, I live 2 hours south of them and was really worried about getting there and it not being the same price or not being what they said. To my amazement everything was perfect, the price was actually a few hundred dollars cheaper than what they said. And they had the vehicle ready to go and I was out of there within an hour. They had a great selection considering all the other dealerships I dealt with didnt have much and their prices were much more. If youre in the market to buy a vehicle definitely consider the drive because its well worth it. All my future vehicle purchases will be with Stingray Chevrolet. Definitely check out this dealership when purchasing a car. They made it so easy to buy. I honestly thought we’d return to the other dealership where we purchased our first Traverse, but we just stopped in to look at prices and they were significantly lower than most of the Chevy dealerships abs they had more in stock. So, I walked out with a brand new Traverse and a great deal. Their trade in deal was really good too.We already had one and we knew what was reasonable and what wasn’t. We had done our research. They were great here and even though it was far from home, I’d return again. Now we have two Traverses and are set for awhile. Thanks, Stingray! The radio computer in my 2019 Silverado LTZ, keeps doing the same thing where the volume buttons will turn up and down on its own, then completely power off. If I am on a call when this happens it disconnects me then powers off on its own. This keeps happening while I am driving. This is the fourth time I have had it in to repair, and think its something I am always going to have to deal with. I am a long time chevy man, (6 trucks), but am thinking of switching soon. As this problem is persistent, and no one has a solution.

Everyone knows inventory is hard to find right now - the salesman (Raul) worked with me to locate a vehicle that met my needs. I was not able to pick up on my first visit, so the salesman made sure the vehicle was ready when I returned a few days later. He went as far as to pick me up 45 minutes away to make sure my experience as smooth as possible.
All our options were explained and negotiated the trade in amount. Was pleasant experience and sales man treated us as we were important to him and the dealership. Price was fair and fit comfortably into our budget. So glad we chose Stingray Chevrolet.

All I can say is that I had star quality customer service at Stingray Chevrolet. From the moment you step onto their property you are greeted by someone in the parking lot. Inside there is a awesome representative at the front desk and she lets whoever you are looking for know that it is urgent and that they have a customer waiting out front. It truly gave me the impression that customers come first. My husband and I were looking for a car a few months ago and visited stingray and spoke with Michael Allen and though we we didnt get the car that day but we had such a great conversation and built up such a rapport that when we were ready to go car shopping again we did not hesitate with coming back to Stingray. When we came on Saturday Michael was busy so we were set up with Raul Valle and he was just as awesome. I got everything I wanted in the car and then some. The tech support guy who set us up with our my Chevrolet app sat down and had a conversation with my husband and I like we were old friends while getting me all set up. He was busy but he did not make it seem like he had to rush us. Our finance guy was great and also sat down for a good conversation while we signed paperwork and he even gave us some parting gifts after signing. So many times you go places and spend your hard-earned money and dont feel like you are appreciated or valued but over its Stingray I can honestly say I had an awesome experience and will suggest others to go and get cars from them. I could have got a car from anywhere but that experience I will remember for a long time.
Phenomenal experience with Sean! For 15 months, he kept me informed about progress on car, spend 5 hours to explain everything on my corvette.
So far I dont have a single thing about Stingray that I dont like. The buying process was smooth. Any service needs I have had have been met with friendly, fast, fair responses. They even have cookies sometimes.
I told my service representative about my transmission shifting irregularly at low speeds. She informed me that this has been an issue with chevrolet and is covered under my warranty although there has not been a recall. She then informed me that the dealership would need to have my truck for 2 months and the dealership could not provide a loaner. I find this to be UNACCEPTABLE. I will be taking this into consideration when buying my next vehicle in the next few months. GM needs to do better if they expect customer loyalty.
Mario was my salesman, he was a really nice guy! He didnt pressure me at all! Then going into finance you always worry but Deb made it fun, exciting with no pressure. My overall experience was great, I would definitely buy again from Stingray Chevy!

My experience was excellent!! I wasnt sure who to speak with, as a salesperson, so I went onto Google for reviews and saw Rick Collins name repeatedly as great to work with. We were there when the doors opened, I requested to speak with him and he showed right up. Boy am I glad we got Rick ... he is fabulous. He took us on a test drive and explained the vehicle features in detail - it even turns out we know several of the same people from the car world which was cool to catch up on. Upon coming back to the dealership, I was ready to start the purchase process. Several salespeople were outside the front door anxiously waiting their first customer - Geoff was one and even Steve, the GM. We all chatted and they made me feel like family. The purchase process was seamless and thoroughly explained, my new SUV was detailed to the MAX and off we went pleased as can be. This was my first oil change and check up since I leased so it was free! The staff were friendly. As I looked lost entering the part where you leave your car, the guys waved me in. They said they wait was about an hour but I think it ended up being shorter than that (-: I asked for the pricing for next time and it seemed competitive to other oil change places, so that is a plus!
I really enjoy going to this Chevrolet location because I know my car will come back the way I took. I mean, the problem will be fixed for sure but I dont have to worry about going home and finding new problems that the mechanic did so that way I can go back to fix something else. Im giving this example because that happened to me before when I used to go to not certified mechanic service and I learned my lesson. Now I just go to whatever my car brand is. As I have a Chevy I go to Chevrolet, if I had a Toyota Id go to a Toyota certified service. Its a little more expensive but its 100% worth. I sure recommend this place because I have been coming here since 2018 when I moved to Florida and no regrets. Im very happy that I found this place. Mr. Joe Platt is the best, I sure recommend him to anyone. He is the one that I always talk when I go there because besides of been 100% professional, he is very kind and understand all my needs whenever I take my car there.
We waited a month for a service appointment. When the appointment arrived we were told that it would be another month before the car could even be looked at. We called to confirm our second appointment only to be told that it would be at least another two months before the car could be seen. We do understand that these are challenging times and that many things are taking a little longer but it seems ridiculous to string people along like this!

I was told I had a warranty I only had 35200 on my car after the exam on my car I was then informed I no longer have warranty and that my part needed to be replaced would not be covered . I will not be using stingray again and I will not recommend it to anyone
I got the car I wanted at a fair price. The associates were very friendly and easy to work with. The only negative was the very slow responses to my emails during the buying process that lasted about five days.

I paid almost $200 to have a new key and fob made since my anti theft mode locked my old key and the dealership has the key made but after 4 hours of waiting for this to be done, they tell me they are not able to get the fob to program, but key works. I should have got a discount or something. Key fob buttons used to work before anti theft mode locked everything down, so now I have no buttons working.

Went to get a oil change was in and out with no problem the only thing that kind of made me feel some kind of way when I brought my car they told me that they were going to put tints on it then never put it on there when I called and asked about it they said it was they were going to call me back in a month no one never called back so I guess I have to go somewhere and have tint put on my car

I have been a Stingray customer for about 13 years. I planned my car buying and provided all of my information before visiting the dealership. When I got there, Joe Brown was ready and did a great job for me. I was also impressed with Paul Braun, who handled my financing paperwork.The day after my purchase, I had an inside panel that covers the center brake light fall off. I took the car to the Service Dept and they promptly ordered a new one.The only other issue is that I have not been awarded My Chevrolet Rewards Points for my purchase. I always use those points towards the purchase of the all weather floor mats to protect my investment.

During my first visit I was given a loaner car. The work I eventually needed done could not be completed in the time frame that I would be in Florida so we postponed doing the repair. I brought the loaner car back and they said there was no charge for even looking at my car. They had no guarantee that I would even come back but still did not charge me for looking at my issue or for the loaner car. I was impressed. Super happy I chose to get services done here due to the smooth process rather than going somewhere closer and missing out on the customer service I recieved. Lisa Rice set up an appointment for me to get an oil change and a tire rotation. She was contagiously cheerful which set the tone for the entire process. Matt in the service department helped ensure I received all the required services for my truck in a timely manner. And I also had the privilege to work with Chuck in the parts section to discuss new upgrades. Chuck was very knowledgable on the parts available and made sure I was getting a good deal. Honestly, the story started a bit rocky when I was provided bad information (told the vehicle I was interested in had sold when it really hadn’t) but the team there really pulled off a great turn around for me. I live almost 4 hours away and surrounded by dealerships that honestly told me that I was wasting each other’s time because the truck I was looking for did not exist and was not going to show up. Well, a week later Stingray had it and a true team effort by Fermin, Ryan and Deb had us in and out in about 2 hours Saturday morning. My wife and I definitely noticed a different and sincerely positive attitude with the all the staff we even casually interacted with and will go out of our way to tell folks to drive a bit to Stingray as the culture there is different and worth it! The sales representative that helped me was very helpful. He took the time to make very friendly small talk and made sure to explain anything that I was confused about. Wow!! We just our day wasted!!We are a small business owner, we select a 15 passenger van on the lot. Used, overpriced, rough shape, but we need something in a pinch.Turns out… the rear air does not work. We tell them we will take it as long as the air is fixed. They wanted to “investigate” the issue before signing the paperwork. Our sales person says they will call us back.Our call back comes to tell us it will be sold to someone else because we have no money down. We are now told the air can be fixed and picked up tomorrow. We are told to come down and Make the purchase. We immediately get in the car and arrive in 15 minutes. Upon arrival, they are showing the van to a new buyer. I explain we are buying this, in which we are now told by the manager, 4 people are wanting this. We get the hint that we are competing against other people. They still at this point still have not said… its your if you are buying now… which i told them… WE ARE HERE TO BUY IT!! They obviously want us to bid each other up???Poor customer service… waste of my time and gas… selling cars that need repairs…. Just run!!If your going to tell people something, follow through.

The car salesman, Joe Brown did a great job making me feel valued as a customer, ready to assist, and communicating very honestly. He helped get me to the price I was comfortable at no questions asked. I could tell he loved his job and loved to help his customers with whatever he could. I was very glad to have him help me with the purchase of my new car.
Raul was amazing, he never pushed me to get something I didnt want, and just showed me what I wanted to see and test drive. Other places kept trying to push me to get the cars they wanted. Raul also helped me figure out what to do because my car had a signal come up and so he hooked me up with getting my car serviced and borrowing a car. When I drove out to pick up the car, I got there later than when the service area was open because I drove immediately after work. Raul found my keys and helped me get my car, after all he did, I would buy more cars from him specifically in the future.
