I couldnt have asked for better service!! Kenny was absolutely wonderful! My college age son and 6 of his friends were headed off on a road trip when an hr and a half from home had car issues. Searched for a mechanic that was still open at 8pm and found G&C. Kenny quickly determined the problem and fixed it! Thank you for the excellent service and kindness!! I would recommend G&C in a heart beat to anyone in the area!!

Does anyone know how to contact this business?Traveling for business. My alternator apparently died. Had car towed there by AAA for repairs last night at 6PM, recommended by AAA because they were a well-regarded local 24 hr business. Called them through the evening. No answer, no voicemail. Started again today at 7AM. No answer, no voicemail. Had tow company go to pick it up at 11AM to take to a dealership in Lakeland. They arrived, and no one is on site. My keys are apparently in their drop box.Help?

Called the shop to get an estimate on a repair for head gasket and they recommended their mechanic Joey who does side work for a better price. Spoke to Joey on the side as recommended by the shop and decided it was better than in shop because it was a better price than they offered in shop. Came to find out that this employee who started the repair on the vehicle and then disappeared for a couple weeks after first starting the repair had disappeared to drugs.To add onto it, it became apparent that in this time when he decided to tow our vehicle to some random lot that we later found out it was on that he was in the hospital currently on drug withdrawal from an overdose according to his wife who gave us back our car after we filed a police report.Long of it, we ended up having the vehicle towed to a shop after getting back our vehicle and off the lot it was on and at that point we found out he had destroyed our vehicle because the wiring was installed and all put back together improperly making it now a fire hazard. Out $1,000+ later and would never recommend a place that recommended someone who is on drugs or unstable to do any work.

Called in the evening with a flat tire. Told me to come right over. Fixed it quickly. Very friendly and a great attitude. Very reasonable rates. Am a traveler from New England, but I would definitely recommend his services.

I worked there,bought a truck there interesting mechanics. Honest mechanics. Take your car or truck there. Also windshields.

SCAM !!!! STAY AWAY !! Absolutely the worst place to take your vehicle. I took my vehicle before about 2 years ago and did a great job on my CV axle. Recently I took my vehicle again I needed a slave cylinder replacement and they charged me about 1000 !!! And guaranteed me the job and not even a week later it started doing the same thing I took my vehicle multiple times for the same problem and still kept going back I asked for my money back and KENNY WENT ISNANE AND REFUSE TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK ! Completely unprofessional and absolute worst way to conduct business DO NOT GO THERE !

I was in town visiting and discovered I had an oil leak. I choose this place based off of previous reviews. They diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to get it fixed and got me out the door with a fair price.

Kenny and his crew are absolutely amazing they’re very honest and will give it to straight. They’re extremely helpful and will never over charge you for there services which I love because, being a woman a lot of mechanics seem to take advantage of that but, NOT them AT ALL. They always do good work and will have you in and out in a timely manner. Myself and my family have been coming here for about 7-10 years and, we don’t like to go anywhere else but GnG. This is were we know and feel we’re being best treated. I advise and recommend anyone just driving through or living in the plant city area to come here for any car trouble, they may have. You will not be disappointed. 🙂

Honest! Thats such a deal changer for me. If he doesnt know or cant do it he will tell me. I appreciate that so much.He knew what was wrong with my CV joints before I even got out of my vehicle. Unlike the dealership who took 6 hours, and told me the sound wasnt under my hood, and took apart the overhead light instead. Thankfully, I got my car back, and drove straight to Kenny. He knew what it was within 5 minutes, was able to replace the joints for $600 less, and only took 2 hours.My Equinox, by the way is driving like a dream for the first time in 6 months. I have already gotten a quote to come back to do a bunch of preventative maintenance.

The owner of this shop really goes above and beyond. Two of the bolts from inner CV to drive flange sheered off and I contacted several shops around Plant City and no one would touch it.. Kenny? He sees it as a challenge. It may have taken several hours and everyone in the shop but they got it done, fixed it right and gave me a great price. Ive always taken my truck to the dealership were I buy it until about four months ago when my service engine light came on and my wife took it in and the dealership said i had a bad sensor in the fuel tank we need to bring it back with the fuel tank close to empty. to make a long story short I painted some spots on the nuts so i could see if a wrench was used to take the nuts off. and after $1,600.00 and a fuel flush they told her I needed, I checked and the tank was never dropped so when my traction and brake lite came on and I took it to G & G and met Kenny. He had a mechanic on it in less than five minutes and said he would call and let me know what was wrong and the cost, in less than four hours my truck was fixed and he let me know it was time for an oil change. he did the oil change, fixed my sensor problem for under $100 dollars. he will get mine, my wifes from here on. there Friendly, Honest, very Professional. I will support an Honest mans shop before I will a dishonest dealership any day. They are a five star repair shop and highly Recommend.
