Gentleman at the desk was phenomenal… He told me his name and I am horrible with names so for that I apologize… I called right before closing on Thursday to see if they had a particular tire in stock. I was informed they did not but he would be able to place the order for me and tires were there before my appointment on Sunday. The technician took my vehicle back about 30 minutes after my appointment time, all bays were filled when I arrived so naturally one must wait until those services are finished before they can start on yours. Not even an hourly after they took my suv back it was finished and ready to go. My SO swore I was going to be stuck there for hours waiting for them to get to my vehicle and to his surprise they were completely finished before he even Predicted them to start… So on top of fast service I got to tell my husband he was wrong. That always makes ones day better right… but ultimately our car is safe for my kids once again and that all in all is what mattered most. We found great tires at a good price with a wonderful company. Extremely great full for their service and efficiency. 10 out of 10 would recommend them!

Stopped because my low tire pressure light had come on. They promptly told me to pull into the second bay and two guys checked the air and added the required amount. Very nice, polite gentlemen. Great experience!

So impressed by the great service received today at Mavis Tires & Brakes! Low tire pressure revealed glass had caused the problem. The gentleman said there could be a long wait but was able to get the problem resolved much quicker than anticipated. Fast, friendly and efficient. We will definitely be returning for future needs.

These poor guys had a morning to remember. They had a lift go bad, the power go out (my car was on the lift), and who knows what else go wrong but they kept trying and really went an extra mile to make up for my extended time there. I can’t say enough about how they handled a terrible start on the day. I love the new tires at a fair price too.

It is a rare find to locate a business whose primary objective is to keep their customers happy. Bernie and Paul at Mavis Tire in Plant City is such a find. This management team goes way above and beyond in in treating their customers the way we all wish to be treated when doing business with a local vendor.I am not easily impressed by customer service and rarely write this type of review. There are over a dozen tire / automotive shops within a 3 mile radius in town. I called Autozone, Advanced, and Napa for recommendations of a good tire shop, All 3 recommended a few different shops but one in particular they all mentioned was Mavis Tire!! I admit I was a little reluctant at first because I’d never dealt with them . The parking lot and shop always appear full but the amazing service you receive from Bernie and his team is top notch.I do suggest dropping your car off as they are extremely busy.

Would rather wrestle a full grown bobcat in a McDonald’s bathroom with lamb chops tied around my neck and my hands behind my back then deal with store. Go in sat make an appointment for sun. Show up sun, they can’t get to the car for 5 hours. Pretty sure that defeats the purpose of making an appointment. Tech says they have 3 broken bays. Should probably get to fixing the bays before taking more vehicles. Great at wasting time. Not so great at service.

April2021 - Ive been here previously and it has been wonderful, but this time it was terrible. I made an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait as long; when I made the appointment, I even told them I could wait a few days if I needed to fit into the schedule. They said I could come the next day. I got there for my appointment. The man who has always helped me in the past (Paul) wasnt there. I wont get into all the details but just say that I had an appointment and had to wait 2 hours for a simple tire rotation. Customer service was very bad. I dont know if they changed management or what, but this experience makes me not want to go backUPDATE - Sept 17Yesterday I went by to use the air machine. A valve popped off my tire and it went completely flat. I had 2 toddlers strapped in the car and was supposed to be across that afternoon. Bernie came out, took a look and tried to help me contact my warranty people. He told me to come in, bring the kids, and they would start on getting it fixed while we tried to workout things out with the warranty company. Ended up, the warranty wouldnt cover what broke, even though they said it would in the initial phone call. Bernie again was amazing and gave me more than an amazing discount on the repair.Absolutely amazing customer service - patience, attention, and kindness. I had also already had a very stressful morning and had just lost a regular income of about $300-$400 a month just an hour earlier. Bernie knew none of this, but was the biggest blessing to my day. This was the kind of service I had here in the past and glad to see it back.Thank you Bernie and Mavis Tires!

They are way under staffed. They did an alignment incorrectly. Staff said theyve had multiple vehicles come back for the same reason, pulling right. I scheduled a realignment. Now they dont have enough technicians, but theyre going to try to get it done asap.They technicians are doing their best and the prices bet the local competition.

This shop is amazing!!! I thought I needed a brand new tire and they found out it was just a bad valve stem and they got my fixed in 5 minutes. It was like their only purpose was to serve customers and nothing else. It wasn’t the products or services they sell but helping me (the customer) make the proper decision through the buying process and that’s what benefited me the most. It gave me the confidence satisfaction and peace of mind that I was happy with my decision. They were the guide in the process and I was ultimately satisfied that I have gained the wisdom to make a prudent decision for myself.

Made an appointment for a tire patch and dropped my car off- super friendly staff, checked to make sure i actually needed new tires versus just going off the fact i said Ive been told i need new tires and told me how to make my next appointment easy- overall super pleased with the company and their customer service.
