Great customer service today, I believe the gentlemans name was Paul, he tested the battery in my daughters car, determined it was bad, and installed a new battery, which was not an easy task on her car. He was polite and professional during the entire encounter. Give him a raise!

Steve did everything in his power to help me find a retention clip to help secure my front bumper. He went out of his way to troubleshoot my issue over the course of the visit. 3 stars, walked to the counter, had to wait for the guy to get done texting on his cell phone. Asked for 2 sets if wiper blades, 1 set correct, 1 set not. I always go here. The staff, in my opinion, are the best. Always offering help even when not asked for help. The prices are also reasonable and if they dont have the part, you can guarantee they will get it for you as fast as possible.

I needed my headlights replaced and bought some HID for my Hyundai Sonata 2006. Bought them and this gentleman Alfredo helped me and was super polite!!! It was complicated to put them in because my old lights were not properly installed but he stood out here to help me until he figured it out. Thank you for your amazing customer service! Worst place to go if you want respect .Edit: this happened a while ago, but I tried returning a brand new battery here that had never even been used (it just wasn’t the right size battery after all) and they legit called me a liar to my face and tried saying it was used lol. All because I kept the plastic caps on to VERIFY it wasn’t even used at all, but they tried saying having the plastic cover caps proves I used it? In what universe does it mean I used it? Long story short it resulted in a heated argument to the point where we were both exchanging words cussing one another out for him being so rude, I can’t remember the guys name but it was a bigger stalky guy. All I know is that’s not how you run a business, ended up taking the battery down to advanced auto on 92 and they happily refunded me.

For starters didnt carry the tool I need it I basically asked them if they had it and he told me that what they had was on the Shelf didnt help me didnt walk me to the Shelf where they were at left it upon myself to find it. Then I asked for a specific antifreeze and he argued with me that I had the wrong antifreeze for my vehicle were clearly states on radiator cap what color and what type of antifreeze I should use and he turn around recommended the wrong antifreeze for my vehicle.

I went in to have my battery tested, so I stood in line and spoke to a rep. He said hed be with me when some other employees got up front to check out patrons. No problem. Three other employees showed up, but no help for me. I stood there for thirty minutes while he proceeded to check out every single customer in the store, even though three other employees were present. As his line cleared, I figured it would be my turn but no... another customer walked into the store and he proceeded to focus on her. The other employees paid absolutely no mind to me whatsoever, as if I werent even there. I would not recommended this store if you are limited for time as they seem to prioritize customers by what they need instead of who came first.

They did the free engine diagnosis what helped me to select the right mechanic and I was able to research my issue and save money

Had everything I needed. Just be sure to watch your prices. Their prices on anti freeze, and out are very high. Even on sale you can save money going to Walmart to buy those items. If you can wait always order on line and save anywhere from 10%-25% depending on the sale that is always going on for ship to home purchases
