I shop at Kroger for children’s birthday cakes! Yes, Kroger! The best prices and the best looking cakes. My daughter recently turned 3 and wanted a big cake. Well I took her to Kroger she looked in and saw a huge cake beautifully decorated and screamed that one. We got home and this 25 dollar cake was the perfect addition to her little party. This could’ve easily been a hundred dollar cake.

Today I bought a cake from this store. Shiva Kheiri (Bakery) had excellent handwritten skills to write name on cakes and polite with customers. Appreciate Shiva.

This Kroger manager does not care that non EV’s park in the EV spot. I have never been to this store and seen an actual electric vehicle parked in the electric vehicle spot. Not once. I’ve mentioned it before to customer service. I’m going to start just posting their pictures every time I come to the store.

Kroger has gone nearly entirely self checkout. One register open on Sunday at noon. The only reason they get two stars is for the helpful employee that scanned her card every third item when the self checkout machine broke.Open up more registers or adjust your prices to reflect the money that Kroger is saving by not hiring employees.

I like the grocery pick up option. veggies and fruits are always good. the cheese cake is my fav.

It is a big Krueger but hardly has any stocks . Always empty shelves or thinks not to be found.

Overall a great place to shop. However, purchased a pack of canned tuna and found it had bugs between the cans and rust.I may not be shopping with Kroger anymore. Definitely not at this particular store unfortunately.

Location and item availability wise awesome. Everything is in correct order.Only concern, one of the staff was very rude upon to asking item location in the store. I am not sure, why she replied like that. I hope they do respect the customers.

I find a lot of expired food on the shelves and I dont mean by a day or 2. This Fairlife kids milk in the attached pics has been on the shelf for weeks. Week after week, I take it off of the shelf and put it on the floor. I come back and its back on the shelf again. Pic taken October 20th so its over a month past date.

These guys at the deli don’t know the difference between sliced ham and shaved ham. The manager doesn’t care. This place is Pathetic.

Our #1 Kroger store as we drive 4miles just to buy there. Clean store, friendly staff, multicultural work place! Their bakery racks are always stocked, their deli staff super friendly.

Grocery store employees are part of the unsung heroes during this pandemic. Every time I visit, the store has been clean, the cashiers are always swift and kind, and everything I need has always been available. I have been enjoying the pick-up option and havent had an issue yet. This location has always adhered to my specific requests on items and there has always been a substitution available. Im notified in a timely manner about substitutions and the pick-ups have been swift and easy.

We have been shopping here every week for years (or one of the other locations). Often they have better items at less cost than competition. You need to shop the ads weekly to find the best for you. We like this one best due to its larger size compared to another one on Independence Parkway/Legacy Dr in Plano. What keeps us coming back is the points program which adds up to discount at their gas stations. Also the gift card promotions sometimes giving you 4-times the value when buying the card towards your gas points. UPDATE Aug 2016. I have never had a pickup order that was right. Got up early so I could enjoy my day. Picked up my groceries at 7:30 am. Found chips that were reduced and expired on Jan 8 2021 today is the 12th. No one answers the phone. If you are open answer the phone. I’m so sick of this stores pickup. Produce is not always the best either when they pick it. Very disappointed!!

Ehhh not the best Kroger

Needed a couple of mini pumpkins for my kids school project. You now, the very small pumpkins that are the size of oranges. I called to make sure they had them before I arrived. I had just been to Walmart and they were totally out. Those little guys go fast!Got transferred to the produce section where the gentleman said stop by to check to see what they have. I had asked if they had the mini pumpkins, you know, the ones the size of oranges. He said, eh, maybe, just come and check. Im thinking why cant he check for me because he is already there?? I asked if he could just take a sec to check. Anyway, he hangs up on me. Rude!Kroger is all trick and no treat =(

Online ordering is a joke here. Their substitutions are bad and they have no stock. They are too lazy to get your full order and will just say its unavailable but if you walk in yourself theyll have plenty of the item. Also the staff are pretty rude about the whole thing. Im gonna stick to online ordering with Walmart. This is one of the worst Krogers in the area, Id avoid it.

Produce is terrible. Mold and flies. Some of the staff dont seem mentally stable.

Definitely would not recommend curbside pickup from this location, our produce was awful and covered in mold. Had to go grocery shopping again for the week at Tom Thumb. Really disappointing.

Not only do store employees fail to enforce customer mask wearing, but I saw an employee (older white man, maybe in his 50s, grey hair) with his mask down stocking shelves. This behavior is irresponsible and idiotic.

I shop at this store at least twice a week, sometimes more. The store always looks clean and the store usually stocks everything I need. The employees are very courteous and helpful. I was alarmed on July 4 when I was shopping to see an employee in the dairy section where the eggs and butter are WORKING WITHOUT A MASK! I mentioned it to the guy at the self checkout station who said masks aren’t required by the store. If this is your policy, I would like to know if this is your policy. All of your other employees were wearing a mask. Not wearing a mask is putting others in your store at risk.

Great store.. clean and bright..they always have lot of options to choose in each category and bakery items are made every day & very fresh.. Our go to place for birthday cakes and pastries.. most of the times atleast one self checkout machine wont work and may see a queue during peak hours.. apart from that everything is good.. never had a bad experience..

Produce has gone downhill. Employees are rude. Repeatedly make mistakes on order pickups. I’ve twice come home with groceries that aren’t mine, missing my own items. I’ve also twice had my pickup time changed after the start time began, when I was already driving. This Kroger has sadly gone downhill and corporate needs to hire more people! Switching to a different store after today because I’ve had enough.

I was always told this location was good, until I had to bag my own groceries because the person would not understand that I was not requiring my own bags. The store should talk to this employee because she showed more racism toward me than misunderstanding. Even when she saw me bagging my own stuff, using only the store bags, she looked at me and walked away.

DO NOT ORDER THE UNICORN CAKE...IT WILL NOT LOOK AS PICTURED! This cake looks horrible. If they couldnt do it why offer it! Your bakers are not trained professionally so why have them attempt this. Thanks for running two 6 yr olds birthday!

Wont ever visit that particular store again. If you are black, and you do self checkout, they’ll make you feel totally uncomfortable by literally leaving everyone else and standing right in your face (like im some kind of thief). It is a selective treatment and disgusting to say the least. (This is based on my experience 3 out of 5 times)I shouldn’t be treated like a thief for just being black and trying to pay for my groceries. Very very unfair.

Nice store. Clean. I’m they are rarely out of stock of popular items. I don’t have to wait in ridiculous lines. I can’t say the same about some of the competition.

Twice this calendar year the Pharmacy has ran out of my medication. And say it will be filled in 6 days! Nice staff, but how does this happen twice.

This is the best grocery store Ive found in this area. Huge selection, reasonable prices and helpful staff. It does have the kind of darker lighting that was more popular years ago but I do prefer a brightly lit store. If thats my biggest complaint than they are doing just fine.

The store itself is nice enough, nothing fancy, but well maintained and stocked. I took one star off because it seems like every time I shop there, there are non-electric cars parked in the EV spots. EVERY. TIME. Ive mentioned it to the staff several times, but still...

This location is very convenient for me. While I appreciate the convenience, quality of products, and the prices at this store, the front staff (cashiers, managers, etc.) is THE MOST UNFRIENDLY group of people. The deli clerks and produce staff provide great service, but your front end clerks need a lot of work! Even Walmart thanked me for shopping the last time I was in their store. Maybe I should just start going back there.

Prices are OK, but items frequently have incorrectly priced tags. This makes the pricing integrity poor, and it is disappointing to pay full price for an item that was expected to be on sale.This has happened to me enough times at this location that I have elected to shop elsewhere. Bye, Kroger!

Good place for shopping. This is way better than Walmart in terms of varieties. Price is pretty comparable.

Huge store with a great organic section. The sales are a big help during weekly shopping. Make sure to get a kroger card for discounts. Would be nice if there was an actual deli besides a meat counter.

Great location and large selection. Excellent housewares and deli selection. Unfortunately they cannot slice or grind raw meats.

The employees were helpful with locating an item for me that had been repackaged and relocated to a different aisle. After I stop an employee whom immediately call the manager on radio located and located the item I was searching for and I was in and out no the store in minutes thank you Kroger employees.

Just observed a young woman with cancer (her head was bald from chemo and her face was flushed) bagging her own groceries - about twenty-five bags - while the cashier stood by and watched. After I went to help, he was finally shamed into bagging two (2) bags for her. Are there no baggers here at this store? I have always bagged my own groceries here, usually six or seven bags, but then I dont have cancer. After seeing this - I am done with this place. Will drive by and go elsewhere. Shameful.

Absolutely terrible now. Not sure if it’s under new management or not. Tonight there were two lanes open and at least 15 people in both lines waiting. The produce had flies swarming all over the place. Half the shelves were barely stocked. Don’t waste your time.

I love this grocery store. Their deli, bakery, and produce are the best. Walmarts prices maybe cheaper on some items, but Kroger has more variety for not much more. Excellent store overall!

Always mens restrooms are not clean and if i report it on customer help desk the lady on the customer support desk is laughing instead of fixing the issue :( The store was great with clean environment and produce and not anymore.

Nice Kroger with easy access off highway 121. Helpful and friendly staff. They have great coupons and savings offers that are personalized to you with a Kroger account. A must have for advertised sales prices. The best kept secret? Free Friday Downloads. Each Friday you get an email to claim a free product. You only have that day to claim but usually two weeks to redeem. Recent offers? 6pk Nestle Flavored Water, Annies Mac & Cheese, Welchs Juice (full size) and much more!

Very long check out lines and the cashiers were not friendly at all. They seemed kind of annoyed that customers where there. My coupons didnt get applied and i had to go back to customer service, the lady was very quick and nice about processing the price adjustment, this is why Im giving three stars instead of lower.

Staff friendly and always willing to help. Tip, if you want fresh sliced pineapple, go early. Seems as if they cant ever keep it stocked.

Pretty big store. I stop there for organic, local and fresh produce which seems hard to find in this part of the country. I also like the bakery at kroger in general. Its good and fresh.

Self check out clerk rude and unprofessional. I requested a manager and no one responded. Avoid this store as they are understaffed and not willing to help self check out customers as I was attempting to weigh and enter produce! Prices are not low and I have no idea why they have so many self checkout lines and few regular lines which are always long. I will no longer shop at any Kroger!

Never can find anyone to help you with anything at this location anymore. I shopped here because of the WiFi but like everything else here it doesnt work. The Kroger on independence and legacy use to give bad service and the Coit was the go to location.maybe they switched management because its a complete role reversal. I have to recommend the other location not this one. They are larger and have more stock but it s not worth it without good customer service.

Vickey is an absolutely nasty cashier. I have been a loyal Kroger customer for 15+ years and have never had a Kroger cashier speak to me in such a rude and condescending tone, as if I dont know how to speak proper English (which I do) or know how to check out in an Express lane. It was even more insulting that she would treat the two Caucasian women in line behind me with respect, but treat me, an American (born and raised in the USA!) of a different ethnicity, with such disrespect. Save yourself the horrible conversation with her and go through self-checkout.

Not my usual kroger, it was during the holidays and it just wasnt the usual vibe I get. Everyone seemed a little annoyed and ready to leave...

Up till today. This place had been decent. I purchased 35lbs of their live crawfish today for a cost of $110. Just to find out that over 75% were not live but dead. Worthless in fact. I contacted the seafood and meats department and they told me to bring the recipe back for a full refund. So, later today I did this. When I return they called the manager who told me I was basically a liar. Asked me where he dead crawfish were and why I did not separate the died and alive ones and bring them back... Lol. The manager then informed me I was like speaking to a fence post. Not only do I plan to contact corporate regarding her but this was ridiculous. I got a 50% refund.

This location no longer sells Moulin Francais Artisian bread. Asking a store assistant why, I learned that customers (do not know how many) had complained and wanted The Brea bread instead. I am surprised that the store cant keep both kinds for us customers. The Moulin Francais always sold out really fast and I often didnt get my favorite Walnut Cranberry bread because I shopped later in the afternoon. I had to choose another Moulin Francais type bread, which was ok - they were all lovely. It was freshly baked in the store - a true delight. Kroger: Help your customers to both kinds please! Removing the Moulin Francais was a big mistake.

Today I went in to purchase a brisket and Martin in the meat department was a HUGE help! He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for and I could not be happier! I will come back to this store solely because of the customer service from Martin in the meat department!

The new black girl at Starbucks always seems to have an attitude. She rude and seems like the customers bother her texting time. She needs to stay at home with that attitude.Love the store its great.

Theyre always out of or dont carry the things I like and the store is laid out so weird. Why are the milk alternatives (ie. Almond milk) in the produce department and not with the rest of the milk products like every other store???

9 pm no checkers anywhere not even at self check out when nothing works. No customer service. Ringing myself out while the phone next to me constatly rings and no one answers. I will make the effort to just go to walmart. Why pay more here and ger no help.

I am very disappointed that they do not promote bringing your own bags. Why would they support plastic bags? Not environment friendly. The setup at the self checkout does not allow to place your own bags. I will no longer visit this store and will go to Walmart who has a much better self check out setup.

Had to wait 15 minutes to check out at 5pm on a Monday. I go to Kroger and pay a premium so I don’t have to wait on checkout. If I wanted to wait I’d go to Walmart and save more money. You have a business model based on selection and service, lose the service and you’ll lose your battle with Walmart...

Lots of Inventory on outdoor. I had been looking for the African pot and found 2 at a discount!Visited Starbucks and Casey was truly delightful.

Everything is fine but their is always a wait time. Always.

Went to order a cake. Lady in the cake counter took 35 min to take the order and she wanted two days to confirm the cake will be made or not. But luckily picking up the cake was not a hassle and also cake was good.

Felt old but fine as a Kroger.

Large selection in a nice large size grocery store makes it a great 1-stop shop.

Excellent Pharmacy. Very efficient service, super competent employees and competitive prices.
