Well stocked and tidy place that makes the shopping experience pleasant. The aisles may be dense but the produce area has quite a bit of breathing space. The Bakery section appeared to be short on Artisan products but the cakes appeared to be better than the average.

While I do appreciate this stores cleanliness I think its safe to say the customer service is very much lacking. Ive noticed for the past 5 months this is the only store that forces customers to shop with a cart. No baskets whatsoever. Finally I asked the manager Trina. First of all youd thought I insulted her by her attitude and bottom line rudeness. Asked what their policy was regarding carts...what are you talking about? Well you have about 75 baskets sitting here unused. She explained they were only for delivery order which makes no sense. That cart can only hold ten baskets max. She confirmed that customers must use a cart with wheels. Wont be going back. Just completely illogical.

Lots of room in produce area for people to spread out. And it is a very good selection. This store is laid out a little different then others I go to but still had everything we needed. I like using the on line and reward program, saved a lot on meat and other stuff.

How often do you go to a grocery store and have a positive experience? You normally dont think about it but the customer service at this tom thumb is outstanding. The have a gem of an employee, Kahari, who is always fun, positive efficient, and remembers his customers. I hope management knows how excellent he is and that he makes people want to come back!

I love this bakery department. Ash and Ann really helped me out big time today. They always have my items ready. Great attitude and so clean.

I just went there for buying some groceries for the week and it was (and still is) an awful experience:1. I wanted to buy a bag of potatoes, all the bag was completely rotten.2. I bought some beef BTM round, and the steaks were so hard and unflavored.3. Oranges Navel Bag, and all of them were so dry.4. Brussels sprouts tomatoes grape. Almost rottenI also bought some more groceries and honestly they are lacking in quality so bad and it’s a shame because Tom Thumb has never been affordable, but paying $260 for this kind of stuff is ridiculous.Please, to all the managers, as a customer I would rather to see less products on the shelves, but with way more quality.

This low star review is based on the Bakery Department lack of ability to produce decent looking picture cake. Picture cake at this Tom Thumb is $29. The picture was printed from CVS the same day we gave it to the bakery department. We were told that the black dress color might be a little faded. The picture cake we received had a faded picture that looks like a faded picture from the early 1900s. They could had not sold us a terribly looking cake, but they did it anyway. Very disappointed and fully lost our confident in the bakery department. We wont be using this bakery department again.

They have really made sure you feel safe and protected in there. They are consistently wiping down and cleaning all surfaces. If you have any questions theyre always there to lend a hand and help you find what you need. They have protective barriers between you and the counter attendant. They also wipe down the self check-out after every customer to ensure that you are safe. This is one of the few places Ive seen actually monitor this are and make sure it is done correctly. I will for sure be shopping again here soon. Just wanted to say nice job

A number of Quest Diagnostics locations inside Tom Thumbs have closed, but this one remains in operation. As of 11 Feb they will no longer accept walk-ins, so call for an appointment or book on-line.One nice thing about this location in the time of Covid is the space in the florist, bakery, deli, produce and seafood sections. Its easy distance while you shop.Friendly staff and a great selection of items in all departments

Good store not too crowded. It gets pretty confusing with using the Tom Thumb to see what price you pay for everything and the lines were somewhat long when we went. Other than that it’s a good store and gets a solid 4.

TomThumb is a good shopping store in which has much chocolate of fresh products. The service was nice and friendly. All store is very clean make people feel comfortable.

Clean, wide, social distancing marked, one way aisles. Great prices, good availability of items, easy self checkout, friendly customer service and cashiers. I am going here more often though it is farther than two other big grocery stores from my home.

Tom Thumb is my favorite grocery store. Carrying all name brands as well as there own signature line of foods. Fresh fruits and vegetables, good meats, poetry and seafood and delli. Excellent parking, clean, very helpful, nice, polite, friendly customer service. Rewards program with gas savings program

Great items, but for a little more. Slightly upscale grocery chain without insane prices. Good variety of brands including organics and local brands. Deli and cheese selections are fewer than the competition but wine selection is far better. Prices are higher than the bargain bin stores but availability of stock is excellent. Produce is very good and fresh. Great place to go for quality and harder to find groceries.

Meat market staff are very friendly and helpful, just dont go at night, the opposite! Everything in the ad, they have in-stock, even on the last day! Very clean and stocked!

Great place for Indian grocery and food items. Reasonable prices but i wish they start a loyalty program as well. You can get cooked curries, chapatis, and other snacks here.

The store is nice and clean but the employees dont always work in the department they are covering. It was my husbands birthday and I had to ask 2 times for someone to come to the floral department. I waited 30 minutes. Then when he did walk over I asked him to inflate 3 balloons. A 5, 3 and a birthday cake its my husbands 53rd birthday. He did this but he did not attach the 5 balloon or the cake balloon to the weights . As soon as I walked out the buliding the 5 flew away and the cake made it home but flew up to my ceiling in my living room. I was so angry this is not the first time I have had issues. I am not going back.

Among all the Tom Thumb stores in Plano and Frisco, the meat department at this Legacy store is the worst. One time I purchased ribeye steaks that had 4 pieces in that package. When I brought home I separated the meat and noticed that the piece that was intentionally tucked at the bottom was off colored and had foul smell. What a sneaky way to hide a piece of expired steak and tried to sell it! Awful way to treat your customer I would say! There are other times that the butcher would put wrong price tags on the meat packages that do not reflect the sale prices. Now I shop other Tom Thumb stores even though I have to drive a little farther.

This branch is very neat and clean.. i highly recommend it.

The store layout is good, produce so so, the meat and lunch meat selection seems okay, albeit expiry dates on a lot of packages were close to expiry, had to pass on that.

They have great donuts. Thats where the great stops. Overpriced groceries, workers on their phones, hard to navigate the store...that about wraps up the Tom Thumb experience. They used to be a good place to shop with competitive prices. Im surprised theyre still in business.

Very large and well designed store. Can find virtually anything you need. Staff is friendly and well trained. Competitive prices. Nicely landscaped outside also.

ETA: Much better now that theyve got the self-checkout lane. +1 star.Its got most everything youd expect from a store, but if youre unlucky, youll spend fifteen minutes in line while the local Karens run through the lone express lane with their 200 items. Theres nothing wrong with this place that two more cashiers on duty (or a self-checkout) wouldnt fix.

Yes, I could give sometimes less stars but after 18 years shopping here, I feel like I love and need this place. My true French bread can only be found here. We take care to leave the store empty of this bread every day.

Everything was meticulously well organized -sanitasing, cleanness and everywhere reminders about keepig social distance.The shopping shelves were stuck-up, prises were very reasonable and competitive.We love our grocery store TT.

Great deals especially when using the Tom thumb app. Good place to get staples and non perishables, but not always the widest selection of organic or freshest meats/seafood.

This Tom Thumb has a good selection of groceries. Lighting was updated about a year ago so its bright. The store is kept clean. Spills are promptly mopped up. The bathrooms are fairly clean and are located near the wine section at the front of the store. The bakery has a wide selection of goods. So does the deli for getting meats and cheeses. Staff is friendly. Four noticeable negatives. First, check expiration dates before buying. Theres a tendency to leave expired cans and jars in stock instead of removing. Second, the store is always pitching for customers to donate to the stores preselected charities. Third, the prices are too high unless youre using a Rewards card. Fourth, they rarely have enough cashiers working the registers. This delays checkout.

The customer service inside the store is pretty blah. Its Tom thumb so you expect it to be more pricey but they have a very small selection in produce. The gas station however... amazing. Has station 5 star grocery store 1. So averaged it out.

When another checkout lane is opened, please have the clerk asked the first person next in line to come over, not the jerk at the end of the line who races over there. My neighborhood grocery store. I am a regular to this place. Never faced any problem. We always got everything we wanted. Bakery section and meat section are the best. Another amazing fact is employees are very friendly. Last week we were buying fried chicken from live counter. Person in the counter fried fresh chicken and gave it us. He had the option of giving me the ones displayed there probably fried few hours back. Very nice. Appreciate it.

My daughter and I went to this time time and we found out that we had trouble trying to find items in the store. I understand every layout is different but this layout was the worst.

The staff is usually nice, but Ive unknowingly bought expired canned goods on three separate occasions. Yes, they let me exchange them, but I shouldnt have to check the expiration dates on everything in my basket. Id rather shop at a store with reliable stocking. Even in their freezer section, if there are three different flavors of something, but theyre running out, theyll just shove a few random boxes to the front of a shelf to give the illusion of full shelves, even when a flavor you might actually want is all the way in the back of the shelf, completely hidden.As a positive, their bakery made rainbow cupcakes for my daughters birthday, and aside from some difficulty finding someone to speak to initially, they were really helpful and made wonderful cupcakes.I shop here occasionally because they are the only store that carries an item that I love. I just assume that Im being overcharged and theres a decent chance that what I want will be expired, out of stock, or require standing in a freezer to reach.

Check your receipts before you leave the store. Last week I was overcharged almost $20 for items that rang up at the wrong price or scanned 2 times. Yesterday I was over charged $2. Waited almost 10 mins at customer service desk for someone to help get my refund. The store has some real good sale prices but if its not on sale the prices are ridiculously HIGHER than any other store in the neighborhood

A very good grocery store. We bought a large frozen turkey for Thanksgiving there when all of the local Krogers only had smaller birds available. The location at the 423 and Lebanon Road is not convenient to me in northwest Frisco, but it was worth the drive.

This Tom Thumb is always clean, has a great choice of produce, and is my one stop shop for almost anything. They have a decent selection of pet foods, hygiene products, and kitchen ware. The cashiers are always friendly and get you through very quickly even on the busiest days.

At 4 p.m. only 1 checker other than 15 or less. There were at least 8 of us lined up, before extra lane was opened.

This place is great for in and out shopping, always has available parking spots near the entrance and checkout lines are usually pretty quick. The selection of most goods is smaller than other super stores but you can still find everything you need. They have some great deals in their meat department, I got a buy one meat pack and get three free! The deli even has a small seating area so you can purchase some hot food and have lunch before shopping.

I bought 🎂 cake but the worker didnt know what is kosher.
