I work next door to the market at custer and parker, clean beautiful and fully stocked. So whats up with this location? The smell is disturbing and always a complete mess! Way too many empty selves! If the market by my work is stocked, I say its a management problem.

I was very surprised how beautifully stocked the shelves were. Weve been shopping at that K store and the local super walmart and have been having a hard time finding certain foods. This little neighborhood store had it all. It is definitely my go to store from here on. Im able to make my homemade Kefir because of the Great fruits I found.

Store is clean, staff is decent, I did notice management could definitely use some adjustment, Ive noticed when Ive been shopping a few times Judge making advances at the female employees making them visibly uncomfortable, and Ive noticed the store starting to downslide since the new store manager, and assistant store manager took over. Ive worked customer service long enough to be able to tell when theres a management issue, and not just the hourly employees.

Great selections, never really busy and no lines at the checkout! My go to for a quick grocery run!

I am very upset and will not go back to this location. I went a few days ago to pick up 2 things and found out they have removed all the checkout lanes with checkers and now it is 100% self check. I prefer not to check myself out. I feel it takes a job away from someone who may need work. I will say the lady at the self check out lane was great and checked out my 2 items. She said customers did not want someone checking them out. I figure maybe during the pandemic but forever....anyway that will be my last visit to that location.

I love how close it is to where I live and the convenience if I just need to pick up a few items

The gallon water is hard to get. I guess there are not enough staff to stock the bottom shelf. The creamer I buy was out of stock. I usually go to the one on east Park. I was hoping this store was better.

The first thing I noticed when I entered is the store is extremely clean. The floor was clear of liter and the stock is organized. This location is not a super Walmart so its smaller.I visited mid-day on the weekend and it was not crowded. It was actually very quiet inside, no music which I found enjoyable and helped my trip go quicker.Theres a tent outside the entrance where staff check temperatures. I was allowed in without the check though I think this was due to me being one of only four customers inside. I still wore my mask and stayed 6 feet away. There is clear signage throughout the store asking customers to practice distance.I didnt need help from staff though I noticed they were not just standing around while the shop with quiet. They were restocking, disinfecting checkout, or otherwise busy at work.

Pharmacy has very organized staff and fast service. Sometimes it is hard to find cashier to pay. After all it is nice place to shop.

Nice store. Clean, usually well stocked.No cashiers🙁. The 2 young men that were re-stocking stopped & helped me verify a price. The only reason it does not have 5 on this visit is no cashiers.

5pm. Stuffed full cart. No checkers. Self checkout only. Had one lady that was super nice help me find item. She was stellar. However, I will never do a big shop here again. I don’t recommend it at all.

For going in and out really quick to get groceries, as well as a few items as a larger Walmart, this works. Its not the hassle of a super store, but still is great. They also carry a number of clearance items in grocery, and that has proved helpful!

Standard Walmart and what you would expect. This is a grocery only Walmart with bakery stuff on the right side of the store if you were to face the main store head on from the parking lot.

We have shopped here for several years. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. The overall store experience has degraded during the last few months, however. Stocking is a big problem even for basic needs like milk and bread. Last week numerous shelves were only partially stocked. Another problem thats off-putting: many employees not wearing masks properly, over mouths and noses. So, we dont feel safe and we cant find what were looking for. And others have mentioned the ordeal of self-checking. Voting with the feet and shopping elsewhere for now, but hopefully this store will return to its prior operation.

I find most of the groceries I buy here. Its a very peaceful place to shop.

Prices are always low and the staff is always helpful. It doesnt hurt that I live in the neighborhood right next door.

Overheard a couple employees talking about manager messing with their paychecks, this is not the first time Ive heard something about this stores management messing with their employees paychecks, I will not be returning to this location anymore, and they really should stop screwing people over.

For the cleanliness, help, and courtesy I get at each visit, this specific location is one of the best Wal-Mart I have ever visited.

Clean and stocked ....well not today so much due to impending weather ...but otherwise always perfect anytime I go!

Worst store ever. The rude Mexican man couldnt be bothered to help me find what I needed and sent me to the wrong aisle. He appeared to be training 2 new employees as well. Great way to show new staff how to ignore customers.

I always regret picking up groceries from grocery pickup here. They are extremely slow and never answer their phones. I keep hoping they’ll fix the process but sadly they do not. The store is great to shop in person but never will do grocery pick up again.

A really great selection of international brands at these Neighborhood Markets. Huge selection of specialty products from vegan to gluten free. Not the same as the regular Walmart.

A sign out front clearly states masks are to be worn due to state ordinance. Half the employees are walking around without them and the manager is clearly aware as he stands there chatting with them.I expected better from this location.Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I like this Walmart store. Its small enough to get what you need without the giant store walkabout. Its just right, plenty of merchandise, food items, and plenty of variety. Clean and extra bright inside. Youll enjoy it. Registers are staffed well so no long lines.

Smaller neighborhood store, not as busy, wear masks easy in and out. Smaller selection since its a neighborhood store not supercenter.

Please hire more cashiers. I go to this Walmart very often and there is usually only 1 or 2 lanes (at the most) open. Whatever happened to service at grocery stores? It seems you are wanting the customers to ring up their own food. Please make the necessary changes to make your customers happy.

Quick on and out not a mega store just the local version

Sarika in the grocery pickup department was a great help! Very friendly and knowledgeable. My order was brought out and loaded quickly, which is nice compared to other Walmart locations that sometimes get very busy.

It is a convenient location, the shelves were fairly well stocked up considering it was Sunday after Thanksgiving week. Prices were pretty good for canned items and the produce looked good, better than most Super Walmarts. They were limited on the store brand sodas which was a little disheartening. The staff werent very friendly or cordial, when I did need assistance a customer helped me instead. They all seemed lackluster and worn-out. But then again its the holiday season so its not unusual. All and all not a bad location.

The store is clean and well organized. The choice of products is right, produce section is abundant. Recently they upgraded the self-service check-out which made the shopping experience even more enjoyable and the waiting time is always zero. Pick up for items ordered online is quick.Most importantly, the staff is very friendly and mostly competent.The parking lot has always available spots.

Friendly and courteous staff a well-put-together store

So, Ive been to a bunch of Walmart locations all over the Dallas area and quite honestly theyre all pretty much the same to me. The staff is helpful and they seem to always have enough registers open to support the amount of customers waiting in line. I primarily come here to go to the pharmacy and the staff there is always helpful.

They never have everything im looking for. The produce is always old & gross. Kroger is a better store by far.

Good selections.Clean and close to where I live.Used to open all night but now till 11pm.Lots of fresh vegetables at the produce section.Now they have self check outs.If I have few items i do self check out.Parking lot have sufficient place to park your vehicle.Overall its not over crowded and some what neat than bigger Walmart.

The remodel looks great. Now I have to relearn where everything is, but thats ok. Super neat, and clean. Also their self checkouts are awesome.

Checking out with a teller can be a tad bit hard, usually there are slim to none. Self check-out is typically the route youll have to go. A great little store to get in and put in a quickly manner.

This truly is a neighborhood grocery because no one seems to know its back there except those surrounding neighbors who are loyal to it. Which is nice because its never uncomfortably crowded. Its clean, well-stocked, and easy to maneuver around - and the produce is always fresh!

Only go here if I am in a hurry. As far as price goes this store has great buys on a few things. Bottled water,soft drinks, and the like can be bought much cheaper elsewhere. Produce looks tired. No bakery or deli on site.

Store was clean and well stocked, always a big concern of mine in places where food is handledThanks to an ample number of self service registers I finished my shopping quickly with no problems. I would shop here again. Recommended.

The store is not a supercenter but it has all the basic essentials and some. It has a pharmacy and all the general food you need plus supplies and electronics and an assortment of accessories. Not as cheap as the dollar store but similiar with more selection and better quality items. Plus the self checkout and cashiers are very helpful and friendly like Beverly, Jill, and Stephanie

Bleh! Not where I would go again.

This place was awesome! Basically an expanded version of Walmart Grocery section, and it really seemed like the prices on things were even a little cheaper. 10/10 will go again.

I just wanted some eggs to make me and egg sandwiches!! The lady said it was stocked this morning its only 11:05 AM their all gone!! I think you should limit on how many things ppl can buy!! Just saying

I actually enjoy visiting this walmart! The staff are so nice and are happy to help! I have not had a single negative experience out of the several shopping trips there! I hate they are remodeling and have to keep shuffling around but thats not too big of a deal.

I really dont like going into Walmart stores. In fact, the only reason I gave this location four stars is because of their Grocery Pick-up service. The team in their pick-up department are incredibly nice and considerate of your needs. Every time you go, they promptly greet you with a smile, hello, and how can I help you?

We typically have no problem with this neighborhood market location. But yesterday was a huge exception. If you use their grocery pickup service, learn from what we experienced.We arrived, checked in with their grocery App, and it asked for our parking space number and the color of our vehicle. We entered both and waited. After about 10 minutes an older gentleman that was delivering groceries to a car a few spaces down from us came to our vehicle. He asked for the first name of the person that placed the order, checked his hand held scanner, and then told us he would be right back with our order. All good so far, we thought.So we waited. And waited, and waited. We watched the door that food was being delivered from for 30 minutes and never saw the older gentleman again. No one ever came to our vehicle, but they did deliver food to three or four cars that arrived after us. After calling the store for 20 minutes with no answer I finally I got out of our vehicle and approached a young lady that had just delivered an order to a car a few spaces over from us. I explained our situation and she went back in the store to check on our order.About 5 minutes later she came back and told us our order had been put in another car that had long since left. What the heck? We now had no food and our only choice was to leave and come back the next day for our order. As we drove away the Walmart grocery App popped up and said “Order picked up!” The App showed we had picked up our order, and we were charged $130 for the food they gave to someone else.At that point we had no receipt, no food, and no way to prove to Walmart any of this happened. So we drove back and went inside the store because they still would not answer their phone. We learned that Walmart has no record of our transaction other than the App that claims we drove away happy with our food.Bottom line, when you pick up groceries they ask you for nothing but your first name. No ID is ever required, and I suspect there will be a cottage industry of scammers sitting in food pickup parking spaces waiting to be asked “Are you Joe?”.How did this turn out? We had to go inside the store, which has zero crowd control, distancing, or anything at all any different from 6 month ago, and wait for a junior manager to write a handwritten note that says “We owe these people food”. While waiting we saw a customer with no mask or gloves, who was also waiting for a manager, lean against someones food order that was waiting to be taken outside and put in someones car. The customer had their hands all over the cart handle, and was using one of the bins full of someone elses groceries as a partial seat. It was like a commercial for unsafe practices in that store.Come on Walmart #5657, get your act together.

Gals at the self check out act as though they are the FBI. Excessive and needless profiling

Huge sign out fronts states that masks are required and should cover the mouth and nose. I saw multiple employees with masks either completely off or only covering their mouth, which is completely useless. I also saw at least 10 customers in the store with no mask at all. Not one Walmart employee even attempted to approach them about it. I guess Ill be shopping somewhere else from here on out.

The salsa made here “fresh” is awful. Just like everything else Walmart produces, they add sugar when not necessary and way too much. The salsa tastes like sugar! Absolutely nasty! They should be ashamed of making such horrible salsa in Texas.
