Do yourself a favor and never buy from Griffin & Grace unless you want to deal with the worst customer service ever. Don’t believe me read their responses to any bad review. Their replies come across as petty and that they are always right the customer is always wrong. Whoever is this negative nelly that replies to the reviews and treats their customers like this I’m sorry someone hurt you but that does not give you any right to treat others like this. Someone needs to relearn treat others how you wanted to be treated immediately.

Edit in response to owner message: I most definitely was sent an item I didnt order. I questioned several items size availabiity so that I could decide what I wanted to spend my gift card on, and I was sent an item in question instead of the item clearly stated in a private message that I wanted shipped. You do a lot of your work through PM so you can dictate when you are over a conversation and block your customers. I was never nasty. I shared I didnt think it was right of you to post photos of items that look nothing like what you actually carry. Youre 3.7 Google rating tells me I am not the only one who has an issue with the way you run your business. I read countless reviews about you and your mess of a boutique.Please do yourself a favor and RUN from this place. I have never experienced such terrible customer sevice in my life. The owner is nasty and is a theif. It started when I recieved an item that looked nothing like the photo posted when I ordered, then she refused to refund my card so I could be on my way. I was left with a giftcard that by golly I was going to use, because no way no how was this woman keeping my hard earned money with nothing in return. Fast forward to a month or so later, she charged my card for an item I didnt order and has blocked me from the group and messenger. Please spend your hard earned cash elsewhere. She doesnt deserve a penny, and I cannot wait for this to catch up with her.

I ordered a shirt, which by the way took 2 months to come in, when I went to pick the item up it was past the 14 Days (the snow storm didn’t allow me to come by for over a week). I finally was able to pick up the item and tried it on and it was to small. They would not let me exchange it for something else that was MORE expensive because it was past the 14 days. So I am stuck with an expensive shirt that is to small! Just lost a customer that they apparently don’t need.

As an advid supporter of small businesses I do hate giving poor feedback. However I think it is necessary that businesses fully consider their customers overall experience. This is my 3rd attempt patronizing this business. Each visit resulting the same...no welcome. This visit wasI the only person in the store. The sales associate never looked up. There was a bell indicating someone had entered the store. I do hope they are able to correct this because their merchandise is very cute. But not cute enough to be ignored and undervalued. I work near by and have had my own clients express concern of their experience as well. I hope this promotes change for others. However I do not anticipate a return in my future.

Ive visited this store a dozen times, and I can honestly say that each time Ive been in, not one person has greeted me or asked if they could assist. 85% of the time Ive purchased a sizeable amount of merchandise, and even then the staff is not friendly. The store is cute and offers reasonably priced merchandise. However, I wont be back (or bring my friends which I have done in the past) due to the absence of customer service.

Great Boutique - This is a hidden jem, tucked in next to a great little shop for treats for your dog and some food chains. I went in because I needed an outfit for a wedding shower and a shirt in the window caught my eye.They have great clothing, accessories, and an attached home decor shop.

**EDIT** The reply to my review is NOT true. I did not ignore any messages and replied within 48 hours of the charge to my credit card on July 18th. Their May 31st post did not mention July. It said coming soon. I called the store after commenting on the May 31st post to provide my credit card info and to verify an arrival date. I was concerned about it not fitting and asked what would happen because I was going on vacation for two weeks in June. I was told the top could arrive in a few days or weeks - they didnt know. And that I could pass on the item if it arrived when I was out of town.Their procedure is to send a FB message when the item arrives. Because we had never exchanged messages it went to my Other Folder and I did not see it.Look at their replies to other negative reviews - they do not think they are doing anything wrong. Buyer beware because they dont care whether or not you return. They have hundred of thousands of customers.Dispute the charge if they try to do this to you. Their credit card rates will increase making this a very costly no return policy. **EDIT OVER**I ordered a summer top on May 31st and it didnt arrive until mid July. They sent a FB message that I didnt see until I saw a credit card charge. When I informed them I didnt want the very summery top they would only issue a store credit.This business needs to Improve communication when an order has arrived. Facebook messenger is not a reliable method. Texting messages would ensure messages are received. They have cute clothes but so do a lot of places.They stopped responding to my messages - lost my business and motivated me to write this review for less than $40.

I absolutely love this store! My entire wardrobe is purchased mostly from Griffin and Grace! Everyone working there is so incredibly friendly and helpful. I love being able to select pieces I’d like to try on social media and then go into store to try it on before I buy! If it doesn’t fit it just goes back on the rack which is so convenient! I am a very happy customer ❤️

Honestly this place is an amazing and one of a kind Boutique! My favorite place hands down to shop for gifts! I dont make it in near as often as I would like, but every time I do, I love the items I leave with and they continue to be my favs. Griffin & Grace also offers online shopping & it is so helpful! The inventory at Griffin and Grace is carefully curated with so much thought and great eye for quality. The prices are beyond reasonable and the sales are fabulous. This poor castle hills lady who owns this store has such a strict return policy’s and needs everyone’s money so badly. You can order a item and it be delivered 13 days past your order yet, once it’s past the 14 days, no refund, no in store credit either. Truly sad & not the place to shop. God forbid you shop for some some else and they can’t return because time is ticking.

What can I say about this place. First what a super unique boutique!! Moved to Texas 6 years ago and was with a friend shopping in the store. Love love this place. Haven’t stopped shopping here since. Great gifts for everyone, she carries super unique clothes that I cannot get anywhere and always get compliments on. The home section on the other side always has something that I definitely need in my home.The staff is always smiling, friendly and helpful when I come into the store.
