1. Constantly reminded with “find the style you like and we will get the size for you on front desk to buy it”. Rigid system, can’t even try.2. I echo same comments for this store that “no exchange and returns” policy due to covid is a way to shield the business from returns and exchange coz store employees didn’t even put a mask.3. Bad customer service. Got out of the store bcoz of that.4. Sales person was helpful and collection is good hence sold out on many things.Business owner: Smile and friendly attitude goes a long way. This store will be my last choice.

Love this place. Maleeha is awesome and helpful and friendly. Great options for women men and kids. Price is very reasonable. Only suggestion is to update all sales are final policy since the customers are not able to try on the outfits. For example, one of our purchase we were mistakenly given the wrong size and the person lives out of state. We didnt know there was 13 days to exchange until now. Even then we could not meet their deadlines. Thats the reason the company did not give 5 stars.

Cheap, poorly made, and extremely overpriced clothing. The pattern is printed onto the cloth on most of their stuff. Also the store smells bad and is not organized.Secondly, the foreigners know nothing about federal business laws. I brought my service dog inside with me and was told I could not bring him. I tried to explain that you can not deny entry to a service dog, and the idiots didnt understand.Go back to Pakistan if you cant even do sinple research before opening up a cheap store. Idiots.

I typically visit this location when visiting Dallas. There was a gentleman working there by the name of Rohil, pleasant and very helpful to my family and I. They have an abundance of styles for desi attire ranging from casual to formal. I would recommend stopping by!

Kasha’s was very helpful with finding my children’s clothes and correct sizes. The outfits are reasonably priced and vibrant colors.

Rude, dismissive, unprofessional & incompetent staff. Absolutely no concept of customer service. I called ahead of time to inquire about a specific perfume and was told that they have it in stock. I drove 45 mins to the store only to learn that it was out of stock. Yeah, we dont have it, but you can buy something else was their response. No acknowledgement of their mistake, let alone an apology. -_____- This is not what Junaid Jamshed stood for. The store owners are just exploiting his name & legacy for the sake of business. Poor customer service. Have a phone number listed but will not answer phone. Did not want to drive 45 min to be told they do not have in stock. Called multiple times through out the day on different days but no answer. based on my experience I will never spend my money at this establishment where customer is not respected or valued!

I barely ever write reviews but I had to share the great experience we had shopping at J. today. We drove almost an hour and reached there very close to their closing time. We were worried we won’t have enough time to get everything we need but Rohail and Maliha stayed back even after closing and not only were they kind and courteous they went above and beyond. Maliha helped try on the vests for our boys to make sure we find the perfect fit. Thank you for the awesome customer service much appreciated!!

These guys are still using COVID as an excuse to not allow returns or exchange. Not a good way of doing business and I for sure never purchase anything Junaid Jamshed.

Store staffs behavior is not nice . It may be because it’s Ramadan and they are fasting . But if they are running a business they should consider that . Also due to covid you can no longer return any product or trial . In that case they should reduce the price thinking about convenience.I like their dresses but I wish they have short sleeves too . Because summer is approaching with extreme hot weather.

I like going here because of Maleeha - shes very knowledgeable about sizes, patient in explaining the different options, materials and sizing.The store has a good selection for men, includes shoes, kotis and shalwar kameez.Ive shopped a bit in the womens section, however without any trials, I avoid buying for women here because its MUCH harder for women to shop without checking against individual figures and sizes. some months ago I had bought 3 tops, but because I didnt try them on, 2 of them did not look good on my figure. Theyre just hanging now in my closet.

Very disrespectful and rude employees here especially in Ramzan which is shocking. Gave them alot of business over the years since they opened up here. They showed disrespect to my mom and not giving my mom enough space to enter standing in the middle of the door like the customers are little babies or something. No decency to apologize for their rude and uncalled for behavior. Who opens and closes from 12-6 everyday especially this type of boutique they should be opening at 10 till 8 or 9 everyday atleast or longer. Highly Recommend do not come here. Have the nerve to talk bs behind my moms back after she enter the store.

This place is truly one of a kind. I was warmly greeted by the employees and the store was extremely clean. At first I was unsure of my clothing size, but luckily a kind gentleman was more than happy to help me out throughout the process.
