Great store just needs more space and probably more products....I know there are supply chain issues happening right now due to COVID19 pandemic....very rare for me to see a very very small Walmart. Otherwise staff was very nice and helpful!!😎👍

Ive been very pleased with their delivery service. Ive order two times and so far they have got my order right both times and delivery was on time. I will continue delivery for sure.

Walmart need to hire some more people. They have all those self check out stands. I dont remember applying for a job.

You got to ask to the right employee(s) in order to get the things you are looking for. Otherwise, he/ she will just point at random directions. Store is neat and clean.

Just like all the other 1 star reviews here, I was getting an oil change. Arrived just before 10am and was told wait was 1 hour to 1.5 hours. It was nearly 2.5 hours before I got out of there. If that’s how long it takes, fine, but stop lying to everyone that comes in about wait times. I was late to work because of this.

Clean and spacious. Variety and inventory not in sync with in store availability logged on the Walmart app. Some times we drive all the way to just know that the app has incorrect status

Good God I avoid this store like the plague. Brian, one of the front-end managers, is extremely rude and disrespectful. Tried to buy a clearance item and asked for help when it wrung up wrong. He came over and - instead of adjusting price - started accusing me of switching clearance stickers and trying to steal merchandise. “Customer is always right” clearly does not apply here. I don’t expect high-quality shopping from Walmart ever, but this was unacceptable. Fire this man; he does NOT need to be around paying customers. Extremely disappointed.

I was at this location on 8/14/21 to have my tire fixed and replace wiper blade. I checked in around 1015 am. I was told the waiting period is 1 hours. No one told me that it’s not first come first basis. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I saw they started fixing a car what came lot later than me. When I asked the cashier, he said they take care based on computer entry. When I challenged that he said “oh it’s for oil change . It’s different. He also said my car was entered in the system at 11 who’s was not true. Because he was the one did entry. The cashier had no the manners. He was talking and walking around . After waiting 2 hrs I left. It’s really very disappointing!

We were in this location today as we are weekly, my husband decided to purchase some beer. Once he rung up his things the worker came to put in her code so that he could purchase the beer, but looks at me saying she needs my ID. I said oh I am sorry but he is purchasing the beer not me. She says no I need your ID, I said so you have to show two IDs to purchase beer that doesn’t make sense, so I asked for the manager. She said I can allow it this time but next time I can not allow it without 2 IDs. I felt discriminated against because this has never happened. Why should I have to show an ID when I am not the one purchasing the item. I asked for a manager and she went to get the manger named Ken. He wasnt any better saying yes it is Walmart’s policy I said since when? He was rude and not any help. He said he stands firmly with Walmart’s policy yet after all the rude things he said he overrides the transaction because I was not showing my ID when you clearly have a man that is giving you his drivers license, you don’t need to see mines. I looked up the policy and what they were saying was not true. I only shop here for my food spending a lot of money monthly but I will not anymore after today. I reported these actions of the both of them, discrimination is unacceptable.

If theres less than 1 star for auto center i will give for no customer service & bad altitude specially from the cashier & the manager there highly not recommended

Really clean store, layout is impressive and the best part is that is all self-checkout. I had given up on Walmarts everywhere until this one. I have hope now that a Walmart experience doesn’t have to be frustrating and disappointing.

Quick and easy place to get your vaccinations! You just need to wait 15 mins after to make sure you dont have any reactions. Also, pick up some Tylenol while there. Dont take Ibuprofen with the vaccines. They accept walk-ins, but appts are best.

Nice people attending customer service, specially Sara and Lubna, very nice persons and always willing to help!

Not very friendly to RV drivers who need to pull off the road and get some rest they want to tow your vehicle. I was there about 4 hours and they wanted to put a sticker on my vehicle saying that it needed to be moved only after 4 hours of being in the parking lot. And I even spent more than $200 between their best cooler and food and ice. What a mistake that was from now on itll be a different Walmart.

Always fun to shop at WalMart. You never know what neat thing you might find. While the car wasnt for sale, it was interesting to see on our way into the store.

Its a Wal-mart, but as they go this one is pretty well maintained, clean, and consistently stocked.

The prices were amazing! I was able to get quite a few clothes for my grandchildren for under $50.

Its a super center and you have access 24*7. Good pharmacy which is open till 9 PM. The racks are arranged well and feels spacious. Staffs are friendly and happy to assist. Seafood session is too small and difficult to find out as it is in a corner. There is a water refill booth also inside.

In & Out in no time. They had the product I needed at a lower price than competitors. This is a great location to shop.

Worst customer service ever. Waited for help at the paint counter for over 30 minutes. Asked several workers as they walked by, no help. Even called the front while standing there, nothing. Once we finally got help the guy started out a bit rude. Surprising how bad service was.

Walmart is just want it is just somewhere to get everything but not always low prices.

Although I did not find PineappleMountain Dew in this store, I still enjoyed my shopping experience.

Entered into the store and everything was well organized and the store was very clean. We only needed to pickup a few items, but none of them were in stock. My wife asked one of the employees to check his handheld device and the four options that we gave him were all out of stock. We were able to find alternative items, so it wasnt a wasted trip. That is one good thing about Walmart, they have a variety of items to choose from. We were able to walk right up to a self check out register without having to wait in line. Other than not having the items we came for, this was a good experience.

Having only self checkout is a good thing in my opinion, the new renovations are really good looking and everything is organized.Great location with a Sam’s club real close and the mall just in the other side of the highway, this is the best Walmart you’ll see in Plano-Frisco area

Everything was fine and people were nice, but all self checkout is kind of weird. A cashier or two would be nice.

The pharmacy staff is always the most friendly and communicative.

I got a lot of help from an employee at the the service center her name was Thai I think. She went out of her way to help me recover an old gift card. She was pleasant and cared. I was impressed.

One stop shopping gets no better than Walmart. I love the self service check out aisles. The prices are unbeatable.

Reasonably priced, convenient and just about everything is available. Veggies are fresh, deli is good, clothes affordable all misc items are reasonably priced and available.

Love how there is no more waiting in line at the registers! They now have tons of self check outs!! No more waiting yay!!!

Lack items in the store that was stated on the web site that the items were available for in store pick up an hardly any lanes open Walker need to step there pay scale up to attract more cashiers..

Wow this cleanest, well organized Wal-Mart I have seen.

The self check-out counters are a wonderful upgrade. Lots of counters, bright and relatively well- maintained. I was also pleasantly surprised that they play international songs over the speaker since this area is pretty diverse and it is nice to hear a variety of songs every now and then. Now the downside and this is pertaining to the grocery section. The last few months that I shopped here, the shelves have been pretty empty; very few selection of meat, and there was one day I could not find cucumber (there were zucchinis but no cucumber). There was not even a single carton of half and half milk. I’ve been to other Walmarts around the same time and they aren’t as poorly stocked as this one. Maybe this branch has a lot more people shopping? But overall, I feel comfortable and safe shopping at this branch! Employees here are doing a decent job too!

A shocking discovery. After 18yrs working at the home office, I was often horrified to ship at a store outside that bubble. Sugarland store may be one of the worst wmts ever. This Plano store was a very pleasant experience. Everyone wanted to help. nice merchandising. And then.....I hit the checkouts.... 2 cashiers.... You cant hide everything.

Went to get something that was listed on the Walmart app. But when I got there, there was no on the shelf even though the app stated they have stock. Approached one of their staff and guess what.....he did check on his device to locate the item....and when he couldnt find it, he just shrugged his shoulders and just comment they were out of stock without even helping me to find out from other stores.....sadly some walmart employees do not have much customer service...I guess Walmarts tagline - save money, live better is what they go by since they dont stress on customer service. Well, what can I say since I want lower price item. This is something I have to accept.

Cleam store and friendly staff. Im not a huge fan of self checkouts. I like shopping myself and having cashiers do checkout.

Wide selection of items and usually a fast checkout now that all lanes are self-checkouts.

Newer Walmart located in Frisco, TX has everything youd expect, in a bit more curated content. Innovative (?) feature is there are no cashier / check out lines, only a large area in front thats all self checkout. Large grocery department, too.

WalMart Is mostly my go to store. My favorite WalMart stores are the neighborhood market stores. Fairly quiet and peaceful.

OMG!!!! MS. BARBARA & MGR. MR. RONALDO ARE TRULY AMAZING!!! They really cared enough to make sure I was taken care of. You don’t run into a lot of people like that these days! “Tell her to come in and we will take care of her”, I was late coming into to pick up but they still managed to make sure I got what I needed!! All walmart employees are rude and disrespectful, seems to be all they want to hire no matter the location! I dont get it. They walk right in front of you, no apologies what so ever, they dont greet you when you walk in, but they sure will check thay receipt when you walk out if you arent dressed like you drive a Mercedes or somethin!!!

I didnt like the idea of not being able to interact with anybody there at the store they didnt have no registers working there with human beings that was my first time to this store walk goat wont be going back for this reason I prefer to go to my H-E-B I can interact with people there

Pretty big walmart, its cleaned and organized well. Staff is surprisingly very helpful and friendly. Never had any issues with finding any products in this store. They also have auto repair center attached to the store in case you want to get new tires, change them or do an oir replacement. Their prices will definately beat any dealer. Overall a good store with much higher standards in service than any other average walmart has.

They accept online purchase return (third party) but they do not have a printer to print the return label.🙄

It is like any other supercenter walmart. It was a little bare on shelves and needed to be straightness but was ok other than that.

Store was clean, organized and well stocked.Several pallet jacks moving about caused a very minor inconvenience getting around with my cart.Part of the previous outdoor and gardening area has been walled off and is being turned into a Walmart.com fulfillment center.The front end is mostly self-checkout and the stations are plentiful. Even though it was a rather busy evening, [why I love self-checkout] there was no wait time getting to a station. Checking myself out was easy and the station operated flawlessly.There were several employees present to assist with any issues, such as authorizing wine/beer purchases.

If you want me to be the cashier I would like an immediate discount with my total. *Where are the price check scanners located? A good experience.

Employees are friendly, and of course great deals like always. Plus, theres actually employees wiping the carts! Perfect rating for prices, cleanliness, customer service and safety precautions

The store need to hire cashiers for check out. As a customer I do not like checking out my groceries.

I like their svlicef fresh French bread. This store is always clean and stock up without empty self. Always great value.

I did the grocery delivery and was supposed to get it between 12-1 today. It’s now 3:15pm. I have called and checked on it 3 different times and the first Rep said that the first driver didn’t pick up the order so they would issue for a new driver to pick up the order. Well that time came and went. The second Rep was no help at all and hung up on me (mind you I didn’t act irritated or anything) just wanted to find out if I would be getting my order. Everytime I checked order status it said processing. The third Rep finally helped me and apologized. I know they are just third party and wasn’t her fault for me not getting my order. Her name was Carmen. I had to cancel my order because at this point my food had probably been setting out too long and it had already inconvenienced me quite a bit. My daughter was at home til 2:30 waiting on the order while I was at work. Then she had to go to work. I had to leave work early expecting to get my order with the second driver supposedly but never came. I won’t be shopping or anything at this location again. Hope they get it figured out and that I get my refund as promised.

No more customer service at check out. Lines are long and returns take forever. Hard to support a biz that clearly cares only for their bottom line. They dont help the community by employing check out staff and dont seem to care about long return lines. Consider shopping where service is valued.

I was trying to purchase a cooler at self checkout and an associate had the audacity to walk up to my station and open up my cooler without any further explanation. I understood why they did it, but it was so incredibly rude. If you are concerned about shoplifters at least explain to the customer what you are doing instead of walking up to them and just checking without any further explanation. Also, no one knows where anything is, which is so frustrating.

Sad to see no regular check out lanes here . Overall a great updated store by another Sams club

Its amazing easily find everything

Hate to say it. Felt racially profiled at the register. Yellow vested manager started to hover around me as I began checking out. The store has switched to self check out only. It was upsetting because not only am I vendor but she also neglected everyone else that was checking out as well. Just made me never want to come to this location again.

Not much of a selection in regards to ladies clothes... Straightening/facing (Retail term) was horrid...Poor display of pricing on a number of endcaps...Plan-o-grams were poorly set... Needed more help in the electronics department...Empty shelves, etc... Typically I take a number of pictures, but my phone was in my vehicle...In addition, which really surprised me, everything was self checkout, with the exception of two lanes at the front, if I recall correctly...Ive never seen that... Seriously a lack of employees in this store...

Lack variety on their fashion store.They dont accept cash and are short staffed. Looking at the bigger picture... This kind of customer relations is not sustainable and all a competitor will need to do is to build on your gaps.

I always enjoy Wal-Mart. Me and my family have always shopped in their various locations. Due to the current times we mostly do pick up. My only gripe would probably be that the grocery pick up dept. uses too many bags for the items. I think they could combine more items. Other than that, which really isnt that important, lol, its a great place!

Very clean and organized store. Store had mostly all self-checkout kiosks which were very nice and made checking out very quick. One of the nicest Walmarts I have ever been to.
