I just visited this place, and customer service is nothing to write home about. The two ladies at the front desk were just talking to each other. No sales associate to attend to potential buyers. I’m taking my business to Maserati Dallas.Update:2 hours later, I bought a brand new car from Maserati Dallas. My experience at the other dealership was superb.Don’t waste your time with these people.Shoutout to Nedd @Maserati Dallas
Awesome place, everyone was so friendly and respectful.
I was sooo excited about visiting this place! I currently own a Maserati and wanted another. This time the SUV. When I arrived it was like a ghost town. I wondered if they were open but closing was several hours later so I looked on the lot. I started looking around, not much inventory at all but still looked. Other guests came as well but no sales person in sight. I walk in and ask for some assistance? The gentleman, Alex told me they stopped test driving at 3. I was surprised they stopped 3 hours prior to closing but oh well I asked could I see 2 cars, the Levante and the Mercedes. He got the key for the Levante but said he didn’t have the key to the Mercedes so I couldn’t see it. Alex your Ed the car on for a few seconds, was not in the car, and turned it off while I was trying to explore. He left for another customer. For the few seconds I was looking at the car, he said nothing about the features of the car; no conversation. The next thing I know, the car is turned off, Alex is gone and I’m sitting in a hot car. Reed joins me. Not much selling going on either. I do notice Alex getting in another vehicle with a gentleman and Test Driving. I asked Reed were they going for a test drive? He stated he didn’t know. I’m not sure why I was treated the way I was. I questioned whether it was because of my race, I am black and the gentleman who was allowed to test drive is white? Was it because I’m a woman and the gentleman is a man? Did I “look” like I couldn’t afford anything on the lot, although I was driving my Maserati? I don’t know the answer but I went to Porsche about 2 miles away and my treatment was stellar. I had no thought of buying a Porsche until I received the horrible treatment at the Boardwalk Maserati dealership.
Good service, very clean facility, knowledgeable staff.
Absolutely great service.
Paul is very good.Always take care of my Granturismo MC
Alex is a great guy with great attitude and tremendous knowledge about Maserati. He answered all my questions and provided details about all the available deals.Definitely visiting this place again.
Spectacular place to buy a Maserati. Customer service is top notch, cant be touched. My one complaint is that when I went by one day there was a gentleman by the name of Chris Loville posing on a Lamborghini Huracan with his Grey Nike Sweatsuit jacket slightly open. When I approached this man about the vehicle, he would not stop asking me in an aggressive tone DO YOU WANT COFFEE THIS MORNING, YES OR NO?All in all, good experience. They have Jolly Ranchers in the lobby.
I would definitely recommend Boardwalk Maserati. After reading previous reviews, Im not sure who they dealt with, but my experience with Paul Frey in the Service Dept. has always been exemplary. From the loaner car, to updates throughout your service and the options that he gives are top notch. There are never any surprises and his professionalism is beyond reproach. Is the service a little slow, yes, however this is a boutique car dealership, not a Ford or Chevy house where they crank em in and crank em out. But your car will be fixed when you leave or theyll continue until it is.
Paul and Larry at Boardwalk Maserati (service dept) are amazing. They have been helpful, attentive, polite, and always do exactly what they tell you they are going to do. I have had only the best experiences at Boardwalk. This is one of the reasons I drive to Plano for service for my car and not Park Place, which is closer to my house.
We have been taking our 2005 Maserati Cambiocorsa to Boardwalk Maserati for several years. Larry & Paul in the service department are always extremely professional, very personable and have provided us with exceptional customer service. As anyone with an older Maserati knows service visits are seldom an economical experience, but at least with the superior personnel at Boardwalk you are welcomed, and made to feel as though your business is appreciated and that you are a valued customer.
Paul and everyone else there are amazing and beyond helpful and friendly. I will bring my Maserati here for all its needs. 100% better than Park Place Maserati.
This place and all the employees are awesome as well as the car. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a Maserati but got up one Saturday morning and just decided to do it. To my surprise the Vehicle was relatively inexpensive and to date has been really reliable as a daily driver. It is a totally fun car to drive and gets all the looks. Phillip Antinone made the lease real easy and I was in and out of there in thirty minutes, could not have been more simple. I like nice things and like to live large and this car fits right in to my life style for cheap money. If your considering a Maserati, do not be afraid to do it, you will not be sorry.
I bought a 488 GTB from Jhanifor. I had a excellent experience with her and her team. Tom is their used car manager and he is also awesome. They helped me got the car I want, figured out my trade in and got a great bank rate for my financial application. I love this dealership and also recommend everyone. Love Ferrari! I would like to make my second purchase with them.
We’ve used Boardwalk’s Service department on several occasions in the past and they have always done things, both diagnostics and repairs, in a very timely manner. Most recently, we brought our SUV in when the check-engine light came on. As usual, Boardwalk communicated well throughout the process and even though we dropped it off a little dirty, when we picked up our car they had even washed it. We have recommended Boardwalk in the past and will continue to in the future without reservation.
The remodeling looks amazing and the red carpet treatment was a nice touch. Well done
Even though it was closed when we got there its such a beautiful dealership and Im sure that they will be able to fix the Grandturimo.
Received great help with my lease. Service has always been easy to work with and love the new renovations.
Grand reopening event was outstanding! Amazing people who work at this dealership.
Jeff was our salesman he was great the whole experience we had with board walk MASERTI was AMAZING definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy a MASERTI.
Their service department never answer the phone! Dallas is definatley not a good place to buy a Maserati. Research these two Maserati dealers in Dallas, they are the same bad dealers. Look other brand.
Bought a new suv from here, there service is very poor and their service department is absolutely HORRIFIC! Paul and Phill are great guys but the back end is very bad. Ive brought my car in for repair 3 times for the same problem! Trust me go to Park Place this place is toxic.
Previous experience when Maserati Ghibli was under warranty was fine. This time, did not get a return call from service for two days, called for quote for replacing headlight bulb on my Ghibli, was $1,211 (replace both bulbs $756 plus labor $445 as have to remove bumper). Called dealer in another state where I bought car and they said it was $455. Other Dallas dealer (Park Place) quoted $550. Talked to overall service manager (Steve) and said he did research and found another option, but needed me to stop in an pop hood to confirm. When I went in, his associate and technical again said it would be $1211. So went to Park Place, got it done in an hour for $550 - with same Maserati OEM Xenon headlights. Will not be giving them another chance...
Wow! Just had a great test drive with Jhanifor. The Levante and Ghibli are amazing vehicles. Thank you so much! G
This is the worst dealership in town. They messed up my Maserati Quattroporte GTS while in repair and never acknowledged the mistake. I end up paying for the repairs. They have only 1-2 Service managers who will never pick up the phone. You will not get loaner at this dealership. Stay away. Park Place is much better.
Very good service with some of the best cars
These guys are HORRIBLE. They tried to jump my dead battery at their location and hooked it up backwards and friend the electrical system, and refuse to fix it. SHAD WARREN, GM refuses to stand my his guys work! Can I give them NEGATIVE Stars????
My wife & I took in her Ghibli in for a wheel alignment, not even 6 months in we’ve already have to replace both front tires 2 times due to uneven wear caused by the bad alignment job
Send an email to request a service appointment and after 3 days not a single response.Your loss, I will take my business somewhere else.
The product is gorgeous, however the individuals selling it seemed uninterested.
Scheduled an appointment with Paul to do a state inspection on my car at 2 pm and it was suppose to take 30 minutes! Came back at 3 and I see my car sitting at the same spot I parked it!!! I asked him and he was like sorry my guy was at lunch and he is coming back right now! Seriously don’t know what to say!
Its Ferrari, how can you not like it?
