I had a great experience here! David helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was very patient when deciding which design, color and hardware to go with and he even mapped out a drawing so I could show my husband what it would look like. I will recommend you to all of my coworkers too..or at least the ones I like lol. love the bed!

Great options! They have a lot of beds to choose from. We went with the Custom design bed since we wanted the front desk. David was very patient with us and helped find the perfect bed for our guestroom. The bed was actually installed earlier than expected which was really helpful since my mother is staying over during this winter storm. Be safe everyone!

We bought a queen bed and one cabinet with a desk here a few months back for my sister and her son to use when shes in town. James (my nephew) actually loves it so much that now hes getting a twin size from the San Diego store. Gerardo and David did a great job with the installation, you should give them a raise. Lol 😆

Update:Since posting my initial review, David has come by twice and personally fixed every one of my issues. He was easy to work with and delivered a superior finished product. In addition, I know that the company made changes in terms of manufacturing and installation to prevent the issues I had from happening again.Despite the initial heartache, I am now thrilled with the product and would recommend this company to my friends, family, and others. I hope the company continues this trajectory of providing superior service and quality.***************************************************************************BLUF: I ordered a wall-bed with 2 wardrobes on each side from Wallbeds N More which cost over $6k. The initial sales experience with Cheryl was outstanding! However, what I received after installation deeply missed in terms of quality and service. See issues below and pictures immediately following installation…After arriving a month later than expected, the wall bed was installed and left completely dirty on all sides (pic), the wood on the bed was warped and uneven so the bed and wardrobes have a large gap in between (pic), the drawers were installed incorrectly causing them to stick, hit each other and not close properly on both sides (pic), the inside of 2 of the drawers were stained black with lose staples protruding out the back (pic), and the shelves were never installed but left in a package. Finally, none of the 3 elements (bed and 2 wardrobes) are aligned at all. Including the bed itself which appears to be mounted only on one side because it’s flush against the wall on one side and against the floorboard on the other.When opening the bed, I had another set of issues. The hydraulics demonstrated in the store did not work as intended (instead of slowing the bed down as you bring it up, mine speed up), the light switch came completely unattached to the bed frame causing it to hang loosely by the wire, and the outlet cover is a cheap square plastic piece fit over a circular wooden spot not even covering the unpainted area (pic).After expressing my concerns, I immediately contacted David the General Manager (December 29th). He has been dodgy and impossible to talk to on the phone. It is now January 11th, and there is no timeline to fix any of my issues. I plan to reach out to the owner today, but I am extremely disappointed in this company. I would not recommend wasting your money here until they figure out their manufacturing, management and installation issues… as of this posting, note that no other review has been made within the past year.

Had a great experience buying a wall bed here. Cheryl Mullins took good care of us, was easy to work with and provided great customer service. Was definitely worth it to have them install the bed. The installation crew was quick, competent and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Probably the neatest idea ever in space saving. Had a couple of friends get one and it was the one that folds up into a table and I had no idea that there was a bed there. Perfect for you or if you have guests overnight. Now my fiancee wants one so her mom can use it when she visits. (Oh, goody.) Exceptionally nice people who work there and the owner is a really good dude. Most, if not all, of the beds are featured there (which would be impossible if they didnt fold up). 6 months to a year in no interest financing, even if your credit is just average. An outside company does it. Headed back there next week. Highly recommend these guys.

Wallbeds n More is a great store for what we were looking for --- a dual purpose room. My husband is able to have his office and we have a pull down bed with shelving and closet space when his dad comes in from out of town. A first floor guest bedroom is invaluable for us. Dad doesnt have to use the steps and has a very comfortable convenient bed/storage space thanks to Wallbeds n More!

Great store and great product..... Cheryl took time and showed great concern & interest in making sure we chose the correct bed for my son. They worked with my schedule to help install the bed as a surprise for him.It all worked out! We love our wallbed!

The selection and service were great. We needed a queen size wallbed for our study and we wanted it to look like a nice piece of furniture. We were able to select the style and make some slight custom modifications and choose the stain. It looks great! Most people walk right into the study and do not realize that the cabinet is a bed. Very pleased!

We purchased a queen size mobile wallbed from Cheryl a few months ago and it is awesome! It takes up very little room in our office and now we have an extra place for our family members to sleep when they visit. Cheryl was a pleasure to deal with and was very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be purchasing another mobile bed in the near future.

The golden rule in real estate is Location, Location, Location. To me the same rule applies in the world of Wallbeds. Its Wallbeds n More, Wallbeds n More, Wallbeds n More. Specifically the Wallbeds n More store in Plano, Texas.Both the owner Hung Truong and Cheryl Mullins in sales/support went above and beyond in helping me out of a nightmare situation involving the purchase of a wallbed unit from a different vendor not far from their location in Plano Tx. - That vendor was Costco..... The Costco wallbed was less expensive and looked beautiful in the Costco photos - but thats where the nightmare began.1) Costco only sells the beds online and they dont provide any customer support of any kind after the sale.2) No assembly support - Due to liability issues Costco wont even recommend anyone to help you put the wallbed together and the Costco wallbed I purchased was difficult to assemble according to professional contractors I hired to do the installation.3) Contacting and Contracting someone to put it together is left totally up to you. Once assembled, youre completely on your own as Costco does not provide any repair service should your wallbed not work properly as in my case. Costcos response for the problem I was experiencing was to simply return the 800 pound wallbed I had just paid contractors $400.00 to install.4) Wallbed made out of the country.....The manufacturer of this Costco bed is located in Canada and they didnt have any technicians or repair shops in the USA & would not recommend or send someone from Canada to repair the bed due to the expense of travel. My wallbed was heavy and difficult to lift up into the wall frame . Manufacturer believed the problem to be in the pistons & mailed me replacement pistons that I had to change out myself. The problem remained and the bed stayed in the down position for 8 months (thus defeating the purpose of a wallbed - to save space) while countless phone calls and emails were exchanged in trying to figure out the problem. The last thing I wanted was for a family member or house guest to hurt themselves trying to lift up a heavy and defective bed.5) Lesson Learned ! ...... The Costco wallbed was finally returned and my money reimbursed. The difference in price between Costco or any other wallbed vendor compared to Wallbed n More in Plano,Tx. is not worth the stress, anxiety, and frustration, not to mention the safety issue of an inferior made product. You get what you pay for - Lesson Learned !6) Wallbeds n More in Plano, Tx. - Hung Truong and Cheryl Mullins were aware of my situation and when the dust settled with Costco, I made my way straight to their store . Their product knowledge and professional and friendly attitude along with a great choice of wallbeds all made in the USA, all made of wood & not particle board, made it a no-brainer to purchase a beautiful Barrington wallbed unit that was installed by their own factory trained technicians. The fact that the wallbed is easy to pull down, a breeze to put back up and looks incredible is very satisfying. Knowing Wallbeds n More is here locally providing customer service and support in sales and repairs if necessary and not in a foreign country is a BIG PLUS in my book.7) Avoid Mistakes and do it right the first time. YES, theres cheaper less expensive wallbeds out there, but youll quickly realize you get what you pay for.
