Everything was great. Service was very friendly and my wants and needs were all considered when selecting a mattress. I ended up saving $850. I paid $999 plus tax & received a free adjustable base with my mattress. The mattress I purchased was a $1400 mattress and I got it for $999. That was a huge discount. I would have probably paid over $2000 w/ o the discounts. I would highly recommend going especially when their sales are going on.

My wife and I have had a mattress for a very long time. We decided to get a new mattress and went to mattress firm several times. We went there several times to get an idea of what bed we thought would be best for us. We feel like this is a big purchase and the sales representative was a big help. Mr. Castro who helped us with all of our questions and ordering the mattress was very professional. He was encouraging and knowledgeable. He even assured us that there is a 4 month return policy with a 10 warranty.

We did not go in to buy a mattress, we were only testing the Purple Mattress to see if we were interested in buying one in the future, and ended up buying an even better mattress with a zero gravity base. I decided to go mattress shopping for a much needed replacement. I chose to stop here first because it was only a few minutes from home. I was promptly greeted by Mark. I explained what I needed. He was patient and kind when I mentioned my price range. He was more than willing to move mattresses around for me to try out. When I finally picked the one I wanted, he was thorough while communicating costs and the breakdowns. He let me know ahead of payment that delivery would be slightly delayed due to the mattress being on sale and in high demand. I wasnt certain I would be buying a mattress today or even at the first place I stopped, but there is no way there is better customer service elsewhere. If youre bed shopping, go see Mark! EDIT: after the big freeze in February, I I lost a lot of my things due to my apartment flooding and this included my new bed! I returned to the same Mattress Firm today (3/29/21) to reorder my same bed I purchased in summer 2020. Not only was I excited to see that Mark was there, but HE REMEMBERED ME! It is so nice to have a familiar face while getting my home back together. Mark was able to look up my previous order and made this process so easy! This was a huge plus since Purple started out as online only and I had done a lot of research on numbers, offers, etc., so I was happy to see Mattress Firm had them.I didnt intend to buy the bed and bundle special since I saw I could get a great deal online. I just wanted to be able to actually test out the bed right quick at a Mattress Firm along the way on my trip up to The Shops at Legacy in Plano.Mark was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and was providing a lot of great information. I had my girlfriend with me (she didnt realize how much research I had done), so Mark provided a lot of great information for her benefit in the moment. Personally, what I was impressed with was Marks willingness to explore the various offers going on online between Purple and Mattress Firm (online sometimes has different deals than physical) so that he could earn our business. His diligence to look at inventory availability, the various bundles, and desire to understand exactly what we were looking for were spot on.
