He understood that this, to me, was a large purchase and investment, so he spent a lot of time with me over several visits to the store to go over options and benefits.The first mattress delivered had a defect and he got another one sent to me as quickly as possible.Adan and Fidel, who delivered the first mattress, and the guys who delivered the second mattress and whose names I dont remember, went above and beyond by checking the stability of my bed frame and the platform/box spring, which I also purchased from Mattress Firm.

I would recommend Mattress Firm although you won’t be saving much $$ on a mattress. Make sure to use the online discount code when you buy one bc they wont apply it in-store. The delivery team (Cornelio & Jaer) were top-notch and very fast and courteous.

I had been looking for a new mattress for over a year I went to every mattress and furniture store in DFW but when I went to the mattress firm in Plano at 75 & Plano pkwy I knew this is where I would be purchasing my new mattress. I started working with them in March at the beginning of the COVID-19 and we were working with Gerald. I was preparing to have limb replacement surgery due to the complications and the after effects of the chemotherapy I had to undergo almost 20yrs ago. covid hit and surgeries became not essential then everything shut down by the time things started opening up again I was completely disabled . The employees at Mattress Firm went out of their way to accommodate me & my situation thru phone calls, internet and working with with my mother who had moved in with us after my father passed which allowed my husband to be able to work during these difficult times. I had one limb replacement surgery as soon as they allowed hospitals to open for surgery b4 being closed again which made buying a mattress even more difficult, but Gerald from Mattress firm was up for the challenge and between Gerald, Brooks & Brad went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and happy from the purchase to the delivery/set-up and making sure we had the correct sheets. After shopping at Nebraska, Ashley Homestore, Levitz & a Mattress Firm in Dallas when we stopped at the Mattress Firm in Plano I knew right away I would buy my mattress there and I will be telling everyone I know or who asks that it’s ONLY place they need to shop and to make sure you ask for Gerald, Brooks, or Brad . Brad definitely has trained his staff to make sure the customer service is number one!!

I went into Mattress firm (Plano store) knowing that I wanted the “Marriott bed” type of mattress. Brad was there, he immediately looked up that specification ion line and showed me examples of similar and better mattresses. I spent half as much as I thought I’d have to and got the perfect mattress and an adjustable frame. Great experience!

Shady! Is all I can say. I initially purchased a king size Sealy Hybrid Premium Silver Chill Plush mattress and a adjustable base on 7/5/20. I was promised1. 120 day trial2. Price beat if a find a better price3. Free returns and/or trades in the 120 day trialI have a bad back and Im a heavy guy who is a side sleeper. My wife is much lighter and is a back and side sleeper. I decided to throw out about $4,000 so we could get what we wanted. The promises made, had me thinking the deal was worth it. But, I had it put in writing and signed because it sound a little too good to be true. For the most part, my sales rep. honored the deal.The silver was a nice mattress and I probably should have just selected a firmer line, but reviews made me try the purple 4. What a mistake. After 2 other selections, I finally decided just not to waste any more time with it. I believe a firmer silver would have been better, but I was tired of trying to get it right. So, I just decided not to get anything.My rep asked me to try the Malbec. No obligations, if I didnt like it, I could return it and walk away no questions asked. I thought why not. But I let him know I would be going out if town and that if I wanted to return the Malbec, it would fall outside of the 120 day trial. He insisted I try it and even agreed on a later day to pick it up if I didnt want it, because they want you to give it some time before you return it. I agreed to it.Low and behold, they had a sale dropping the mattress $300 cheaper than my cost. The rep said they would honor that. While trying out the mattress they dropped the price again an additional 25% off of that price. Thats an $875 difference from what I paid. I will keep you posted on if any of this is honored. Keep in mind Im being dragged past the time of returning the mattress, so now I guess they will try to stick me with the mattress and wiggle out of the price matching.

We walked out of that store happy as can be and we will likely come back for future bedding needs. As far as the virus is concerned the store felt clean and sanitizer was readily available.

After having a very bad experience at the Mattress Firm store located in 5000 Belt Line Rd Suite (a mile away from our location). I was so disappointed and felt like never visiting the Mattress Firm store again. However, we had to exchange our mattress, so we contacted the Mattress Firm Clearance store at Plano (15 miles from our location) to exchange our mattress, talked over the phone with Brooks and it went smooth so we visited this store.We were addressed by the Gentleman Brad Wilson. He has thorough knowledge about the mattresses and was very patient with us. He listened to our requirements and narrowed the list. We were asking so many questions but He was very calm throughout and answered every question in detail. I and my husband were very happy.We selected a mattress and he started the paperwork. However, we were confused between the two mattresses as the other one was a little higher than our budget. We changed our minds and decided to go over our budget. And I asked Mr. Wilson if we change it again. He said Yes, without any questions and he re-did the paperwork with a smile. He even matched the online price guaranteeing the lowest price. He gave us the best deal. Brad Wilson was very helpful when deciding between which Purple mattress was the best fit for us. We finally decided on the Purple 4 queen size with the Purple adjustable base. We absolutely love the bed. We have had the bed for about 2 1/2 - 3 months, there is NOTHING we don’t like about the bed. We have found that regular sheets on the mattress defeat the purpose of the mattress. The are not stretchy or thin enough to allow you to fully sink into the mattress properly, so we constantly use are purple sheets. Thank you so much Brad for our bed! My hips and his back sleep so much better!
