Went in for new shower curtains and other bathroom decor, this wonderful employee Janice was super helpful and kind! She made our visit special and she even offered to bring down the curtain that we wanted even though it was the last one on display. Brenda the cashier was also very patient and nice. Spent less than $30 in total for all our items so we can’t complain about their prices!

I did the curbside pickup it was quick and easy!

I did a quick curbside pickup order. My items were brought out to the car promptly upon my arrival. This wasnt the closest location but they had what I needed. Traffic was horrible going & on the return trip so I probably wont visit this location again unless Im already in the area. I also received a coupon which spurred me to place the order.

I just popped by to look into some a few gift ideas for my boyfriend for Father’s Day. The gentleman who helped me was more than happy to show me the way, answer a all my questions and show me something new. As I went to look for towels on the other side, four store team members all separately said “Hi, May I help you find anything or “how are you doing this evening “ so friendly; I actually said to myself “what the hell is going on, no one is ever this nice” as a store manager myself, customer service matters 💯 of the time. I will absolutely be back and purchasing my gifts at this location and thank you for a great environment and experience.

Large, overwhelming, bustling. Placed an online order and picked up at the physical location. Many shoppers but it was organized. I had the choice of having my order brought to my car or picking up inside. There was a separate area for pickups. Showed the order confirmation on my phone to an employee and she brought it to me . Very easy.

Employees seemed trouble that I needed help. Tried to return an opened Christmas present for store credit and make a big hoopla that it wasnt possible. Only location Ive ever had problems with.

Was charged wrong amount for three items. Been iside the store at the cahiers area for almost 20 minutes already and still not able to be refunded and charged correctly.

Maryam should be fired, worst customer service. I had an item to exchange together with a gift receipt, she gave me the run around that its over 60 days per policy and that it cant be returned/exchanged. The gift receipt had no date, the item was still available online and wasnt old or a discontinued item. When I persistented for her to pull up date of when the item was purchased, she couldnt. Then she went away for few minutes, back again offering me a gift card with a value of 1/4th the price of the item online. I took the item back in disgust never to step in that store again.

Nov 9, 2020 at 10:40am I took my items to the check out line. There were 3 checkers. After waiting over 15 minutes in line whivh did not make me happy,, I finally got to the cashier. She rang up my items & I gave her my coupon. Then she took a phone call that lasted at least 5 minutes at which point I threw up my hands and walked out leaving the items I wanted on the counter.. I have shopped at this store for years and loved their store. After this infuriating experience I will not be going back to this store. If it is more important to take a phone call than serve the customer right in front of you then this companies priorities are not in the right place.... Done..

I have shopped here since moved to Plano and BB&B is always my first option. However, I was so disappointed today by the way they solve the problem. I ordered one item 6 days ago on Thursday for curbside pick up (that item was on sales) and I came to pick up today. They told me my order was cancelled because they only held it within 24 hours. I was so upset because I had no idea about that policy and this is the 1st time I tried curbside pick up here. I received no text message, no phone call, even the email to remind me to pick up the order, the only email I received is the order is ready to pick up which did not mention about the cancellation policy. The lady who deal with my situation kept telling me that it is mentioned in order confirmation email ( If I had it, I do not need to waste my time to keep telling her) and suggested to do price match which is not useful when I have beyond membership account. I never experience any customer service which demotivate me to come back to the store like this.

Absolutely love shopping at bed bath & beyond because the value that I get for the amount of money that I spend. They are always offering coupons in the mail and also I am a member of the beyond rewards which means that I get 20% off every time I come in and make a purchase per day.the staff at the store are all extremely helpful and they are patient when you have questions about certain products. Definitely awesome customer service experience and if you need help with something dont be afraid to ask!

For first introduction the Paw Perfect worked well on older dog that does not like nails touched/clipped. Younger dog resisted. Will continue to use. So far I recommend it over a nail clipper.Bed Bath & Beyond curbside pickup was good.

Opened early. Clean. Found what I needed. The only thing that I did not find was a glass 4 cup measuring cup. Cashier was very helpful and told me about the rewards program or membership.

Best service! They are doing curb side pickup currently and I was desperate to order a birthday gift for my husband but the order was place at 5:12pm and curbside closed at 6:00pm. I called twice checking to see if they recieved the order with no success. Finally at 5:59pm I got a text saying my order was ready for pickup. The staff was amazing and completely understanding and allowed me to pick up the gift even if it was a little bit after hours! So thankful for them and this store!! 5 stars for service all the way!

4 online orders all wrong over the course of a year. Sent only a salt shaker of a salt & pepper set, went to store and they placed the order again, and it was sent wrong AGAIN. A year later ordered a sugar pot and it came chipped bc they didnt wrap the lid. Sent back, re ordered, next time sent wrong AGAIN only one part of my order. Im fed up, canceling my membership. Dont waste your time or money here.

Went to Bed, Bath & Beyond in Plano to buy a new king size quilt. They had one small shelf of quilts and none were king sized. I asked someone who worked at the store if this is all they had and his response was yes, but there are much more selections online. Here I am a customer standing in your store. I will never shop at Bed Bath and Beyond again after today. I went to this store today to purchase a Breville Smart Oven Air Convection Toaster Oven. When I got home, I noticed the unit was missing accessories in the box, including the manual. I proceeded to inspect the oven to make sure it was not damaged and sure enough it was.If you are going to resale something returned as brand new, I expect you to fully inspect the product, especially something that plugs into a wall outlet.Lastly, I do not care to see your employees flirting with each other at the checkout line. As a customer, I expect some level of professionalism at your business, otherwise you simply wont get my money.

Worst customer service! The employee by the name Elizabeth has the worst attitude.She was rolling her eyes and seemed bothered when she was checking me out. Plus She didn’t even give me a bag for my items.

Very clean and organized store. I spent about two hours buying towels and rugs. Plenty of choices. My main concern at Bed and Bath isnt the inventory but the price. I saw a few items that could be found for ten dollars cheaper at discount stores. Bed and Bath is about inventory, a bigger choice to choose from. The customer service lady told us that to get any type of coupons on their app, to use at the store, you must be a Bed and Bath Plus subscriber which costs an annual amount. What good is it to pay an annual fee to get coupons. Five stars if Bed and Bath was more geared toward discounts then having to pay an annual fee!

If you are trying to get your online shopping done because we are on lockdown DO NOT buy anything from bed bath and beyond. They have by far the worst customer service. Bought a Kitchen aid mixer a week ago and received it used and rusted! How can they charge me full price for a new item and send a rusted used one! where has honesty gone! Took 3 hours to get a hold of anybody via phone chatting and email. Finally was able to chat with someone and was told yes this looks like a used and returned item. Long story short they told me they will send a replacement.. Fedex came and picked it up and I have heard nothing back from them about my replacement! No email nothing. Now have to run around for hours to see whats happening with my replacement.And when I tried to review on their website they sent me an email saying they cannot post my review because it does not pass their criteria That is why there are not bad reviews they filter them!Horrible experience STAY AWAY!

I love to just shop around BB&B, even if Im not on a mission to find a particular item. BB&B has such a great variety of products—everything from home decor to kitchen utensils, personal care to pet care, bedding to place settings...and more!I found the best insulated travel mug (Orca brand, $30 🐋). I have had it for two years and its still in nearly perfect condition. It keeps my drinks cold all day long; without fail, there is ice to dump out after a 12-hour work day.

The only reason theres more than one star being left is because we were offered help several times. Some floor employees, though a bit uneducated on products and promos, were at least friendly and tried to be helpful. However, the cashiers and manager at the front were appalling in terms of customer service in that they acted as if we werent right in front of them and they had nothing to do but just get things over with. I understand that you probably dont have the best job, but seriously? Youre at work. Have some professionalism and put a damn smile on at the least.We spent 10+ minutes at the counter because their promotion binder was wrong and the cashier wanted to charge us for an item that should have been free with the other items we were purchasing. The manager comes over and then proceeds to go to the aisle listing the promo (ignoring us, the customers, who have a photo of it) and comes back and still tries to tell us we dont qualify as we havent put enough moneys worth of other items in our cart. We proceed to pull up the photo showing a lesser number than what she just said, which is sign right above what we were purchasing, and she finally corrects it then just walks away without another word.Almost every boxed item was covered in dust, much alike a lot of their displays.Honestly, weve never had a good experience in one of these stores, eve, even in another state. BB&B needs much better employee training.

I wanted to recognize Cecelia for helping me decide on what color accessories would go with my bathroom. She looked at my pictures, and helped me narrow down the selections. She displayed a genuine concern for me, as a customer, which made for a very pleasant shopping experience!

Theyve changed the layout of the store. Couldnt find what I was after. Salesperson helped out. The other item I wanted was out of stock.The check out now makes you walk almost the entire store to get there. Only 2 checking out and more than 8 people in line!!The store looks more like a market. They have groceries and wine and furniture. Thought I was in At Home store instead of BB&B.

Good products and good collection. Their prices seemed to be high. I was looking for a cookery for long time in different store but havent found it. Finally I found it in that store. I gave here 4 star because if you go there without any coupons, you will have to pay high price. But if you can manage some coupons, then it will be regular price comparable with other stores. They have a lot of sale with low price but that products may not be needed for you.

Lots of nice stuff. Only complaint is how many times I get asked if I need help. I understand they are just doing their job, but getting asked over 10 times in one trip is pretty ridiculous. If I need assistance, I look for a person and ask :)

Their selection of travel sized items and wedding preparation is great! I went here to put together a wedding day of emergency kit. There were small sizes of everything I needed. It was a great one stop shop.

Couldnt find the item I needed. Their employer found it online and ordered it for home delivery after She searched the store looking for it first since the computer showed it in stock. She went above and beyond.

Even though theyre in the middle of remodeling they put a tent up around the part theyre working on. It seems like every time I go in there I find things that I didnt even know that I needed till I saw them in there. I always seem to have fun looking at all the new and unusual things they have. If you want a few hours to kill its very easy to do walking around in there looking at everything. I really like how theyve been redoing this store makes it so much easier to see everything theyve made the displace to where is easier to get everything. I love that you can go online and get a discount coupon for anywhere from 15 to 20% off your purchase. Ive even received coupons in the mail for 50% off or receive $5 to $20 cash value coupons even if the coupon has an expiration date they dont expire they still accept them so dont throw them away. Ive been shopping there for at least 20 years years and I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience there with any of the employees theyve always been very helpful and friendly. I have even bought merchandise there that was damaged when I bought it so I returned it and they exchanged it with no problems not like a lot of other stores do and act like youre the one that broke it and give you a hard time about returning it.

Pretty busy today with the holiday but I got great personal service from two employees helping me find what I was looking for. One offered to order what I needed online because they were out of it but I said no thanks give me a reason to come back and look around again! I think the bathroom doors are awesome so I took a picture of them.

Store was nice and busy. Didnt have all of what we were looking for. Asked for assistance but clerk didnt know about Wamsutta sheets. She said I dont think we have those look online. We looked ourselves, still unable to get what we wanted. Settled on some others. Returning, found cheaper. Girl checking us out was sick and had snot running out of her nose, coughing and was not friendly or helpful. Person checking out next to her was very friendly and nice.

One of my favorite stores! Ive been shopping in this BB&B since it opened, and the great folks who work there are always so very helpful and kind. I love the 20% coupons, and on the rare occasion a return is needed, it is quick, easy, and smooth. So grateful for the fine staff here and will be a forever customer.

Big box bed and bath store. Very large selection of products well presented. Finding things takes a little work but he staff is pretty knowledgable. A lot of thing are a bit over priced but BB&B is known for their discount based marketing and clearance sales. Its certainly worth a visit.

It was the largest store in the chain that I have visited. Every employee that I encountered offered assistance. Although I was just looking around, I know I will come in and shop here.
