Found what we needed which was a mirror! Otherwise, about the same as every home goods. Kept clean. Staff helpful with carry heavy items as well.

I shop here very frequently and it always has the best finds! Mir, is the most helpful and friendly person. We chat often & he never fails to complement my finds for the day. He is always near to lend a helping hand and carry my items to the front. I usually can’t stand the lines but Mir makes my trips here a fantastic experience! He definitely deserves a promotion for all his hard work during COVID.

Great selection of seasonal decorations. Silk flower variety is limited due to supply issues.

Excellent place for household furniture. We came in to get some things for my sisters new house and we saw really beautiful selections to pick from. Loved the molded pieces. The flowers where cool too. They also had nice bedding. There is good parking and it wasnt too crowded inside.

An excellent place to shop for discounted home items. Weekends are very crowded though.

Great store and well organized! They have so many beautiful decorations. If you like something, buy it when you see it because if you think you’ll get it next week, it may be gone and not be back! They have lots of dishes, planters, rugs, furniture, bed and bath decor, blankets galore! All for reasonable prices!

Updated review**FINALLY NEW PRODUCT IN! Faux floral section is heaven. Spent over $100 in just one department today.😅 They have a customer focused greeter at the front of the store sanitizing carts, welcoming, and thanking guests for visiting. Kind employees stocking shelves and offering assistance if needed. Fast check out. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I love HomeGoods but this store is a mess! It felt like a Ross. The store was so cluttered and everything just blended together. Everything was so blended you couldn’t even tell where the different departments started and stopped. It also felt dirty and smelled like body odor. The check out line was crazy! The only plus was good parking. I would def recommend going to another location.

I like the idea of home good I just wish their stores were as big as a Walmart.

They have a lot of good finds in here but it is always congested from the parking lot to inside the store, so I rarely make a purchase due to the chaos and the long lines. They honestly need to expand this store or move to a large location. Its pretty much the only Home Goods in the area covering most of the North Suburbs.

I live just a couple miles from the Allen store but I drive to this store instead. Its everything the Allen store isnt: friendly, well managed, nice merchandising. Definitely worth the drive!!

State mask mandate has been lifted yet only this Home Goods still “mandates” masks. All the other home goods in the area follow the state. I went to 3 different home goods today and highly suggest not going to this one.

This is a much larger full service store. Plenty of parking, staff is friendly. Large assortment of home accessories. Youll love it.

Walked out with not one bag but 2 bags . Thats how good it was for my wife.

Nahid the coordinator in Frisco Tx store was rude. I have never been told I have to take return back to home goods.

This store is a mess and they are way overpriced! Make sure you inspect your merchandise because they will sale you damaged goods. If you ask for a lower price for the damages, they’ll take pennies off like it will come out of their personal checks. I was very disappointed with this store overall.

I love HomeGoods and I especially love to go to this location because they always stock good stuffs and cashiers are so nice. Sharon was the most kind person I remember.

So much stuff on the floor, you cant have 2 people pass in 1 aisle. Understaffed. Decided I didnt like the 2 things I had picked out enough to stand in that LONG line in the HOT store. So we left.

I purchased the most unique marble & gold sofa table. I cant wait to put it in my den!!!

Great variety of items! Went to shop for rugs for our new home and Karis was working the area rugs. With as many customers who were needing help, Karis was polite, attentive, and personable. Working the rug area is not an easy job and I feel Karis should be recognized for his hard work. Great customer service even on a very busy Friday! Juliet was at the register and she was friendly and helpful too. Thank you for a great and successful visit. We found what we needed and will be back for more items to fill our home.

The picture and most of the decor came from Home Goods and Marshalls. The yellow bird and lanterns came from somewhere else.

Worst experience and customer service. “Manager” Tiffany was so rude and unprofessional. If one of my employee spoke to a customer like she did they would be looking for another job. You don’t curse with a customer. If this is how they do business I will take my money elsewhere.

Love it! Some stores are not as well stocked or clean, and some have nothing but items that are broken. But this one is Awesome.

I go here twice a week. Got the pillow in picture for $30. I find a lot of unique things there. If you like it buy it. Once I went back 4 hours later and 3 items I wanted were gone. Oh and be patient. Line is always long, avg. 20mins to cashier

The workers are super nice but this store lacks items, very few plates and mostly mismatch or chipped, not very organize to display from different countries. Honesty it felt like an outlet rather than a true Home Goods Store.

Great as always! From my favorite home good store in Highland Indiana, to now living here in Frisco Texas. My experience is always good. Great customer service. And now with the renew rules and place for sanitation come they are executing perfectly.

This place was PACKED when we visited a couple weeks ago. That goes for the volume of people inside as well as the overwhelming amount of goods on the shelves. Not sure if they ran out of storage in the back but man were the shelves crowded. Pretty sure the store was also over capacity by covid standards and I would highly recommend immunocompromised individuals to avoid this store. Nonetheless.. they had a large selection but there were way to many things out on shelves and if you even went to pull something out youd have no way of avoiding other goods from falling off shelves as well.

Lots of successful social distancing opportunities to shop except for those shoppers who could not follow simple directions in how to maneuver through the store. HG employees were in masks, appeared nice but reserved. HG cashier thoughtfully wrapped all breakable items before bagging.

This is a very trashy Home Goods, they dont clean the store and its always a huge mess and safety hazard. I miss the Home Goods stores in Pennsylvania where I use to live that arent trashy pigstyes like this store.

Then 5min pass i still looking rug coz i couldnt decide. Then he come back told me AGAIN .Coz sounds like he telling me i make this MESS! Or why u didnt clean?I only touch 2 rug. Yall can check camera. I didnt touch any other rug. It was uncomfortable to shopping here.

Walked in to buy one thing and left with a basket of stuff. Good stuff at great prices. Everything is surprisingly clean and organized for it being the kind of store that it is.

The prices are fantastic! They have a good selection of olive oils, vinegars and healthy unique food items. One of my new favorite places!

Seemingly too many things in a small space, looked rather untidy and messy. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. I suppose theyre doing the best they can with whatever space is available to them so good luck 👍There is a possibility the shoppers before me messed up the place and the staff didnt get time to tidy up.The Highland Village branch is to be considered a standard in terms of presentation and accessibility. The service and staff, as mentioned before, is excellent.

Has a great variety of home goods, thus the name. Lots of similar goods and quality as Magnolia in Waco, but half or better the price.

This is a middle of the road average rating because there is one particular staff member there that is excellent and very helpful. The rest of the staff is busy chatting with each other never really asking if they can help you and very short in their responses when they are requested to do their job. I have been there several times and bought several furniture pieces especially within the last few weeks and the one staff member I unfortunately forget his name but he is a taller dark complected gentleman and he is Extremely kind and helpful and loaded all my furniture pieces in my car. I always find that the store has a lot of wonderful items and I do enjoy going there I just wish there was a little bit more emphasis on customer service.

What a great store. I actually just stumbled across it on my way to World Market. I bought several Christmas gifts here. They have lots of decorator items, food items that would be great for gift baskets and lots of other stuff. Great store!

What a fun place to go to when youre looking for that special piece to make your role more home unique. Plus it has plenty of Great everyday items as well.

I am an avid Home Goods fan, BUT, this location is MUCH TOO SMALL for the area it serves. The space is packed with furniture pieces that you cannot move around or thru. Same applies for the lighting area. The aisles are so close together, that using a shopping cart is risky and frustrating.On a good note, the stocking staff are friendly, patient and helpful! Bless their hearts....

Please teach your older employees how to be respectful of EVERYONE in todays society. The cashier that checked me out was beyond rude. Just because Im covered in tattoos does NOT mean I am a thief or a low life. She didnt even have enough decency to tell me thank you after I said have a good day & kind of threw my receipt at me. Im not one to care about the staring, but I will not be going back to this location. Not a good experience.

This store is great if you are looking for ways to decorate your house but dont want to pay the full department store price. What sucks is that there is so much stuff here its that it can get really messy, which makes it difficult to shop, especially on the weekends. The line can get as super long too. Best to come here on a weekday. Save yourself the headache of shopping here on the weekend. Recent purchases were pantry and kitchen organizers, cake stand, and whole bean coffee. I also like getting flavored Olive oil here. Black and White truffle Olive oil are delicious.
