I came to European Wax Center just for a simple lower leg waxing and I was surprised at how quick the process went and it wasnt as painful as I had been anticipating! The receptionist and my waxing specialist both wore masks, which I appreciated very much right now because of the pandemic. And this this was also my first time coming to the center, I was given a small discount, which was nice! I am just leaving off one star because, after my waxing, I got home and shortly noticed there were still a few stray hairs that were left unplucked so I plucked them myself.

Destiney was amazing!! It was my first time doing a Brazilian Wax and obviously I was very nervous but she was so kind throughout the process!! Her conversations were so fun as it helped me get my mind off the actual process occurring - 10/10 for its services!!!

I had an appointment at 1:45 and was running 5 minutes late. I pulled into the parking lot at 1:50. They called me and told me it was best to reschedule. I had scheduled my appointment for a Brazilian and underarm waxing session... that takes time? About 30 minutes at most. So they didn’t have the time truly allotted for my appointment. They said they were booked all day, but my appointment obviously didn’t matter. I’ve gone to EWC in McKinney and Frisco prior to this one. Never had any issues, especially since their policy is 9 minutes for running late. Never coming here again

This was my first time for a Brazilian wax and the staff and Destiney made me feel very comfortable! I highly recommend Destiney! She was very conversational which helped keep me distracted as much as possible. She told me exactly when to take deep breaths and kept me at ease. I will definitely be coming back!

Sadly I think the years going to this wax centers is coming to end after today’s visit. Dominique a delight over the phone but once I arrived she very short and rude. Even when on to say “You are lucky there is no one after your appointment, would’ve pushed your appointment to 445pm” (not even hi how’s it going or anything before her comment) & said it in a very demeaning tone as If I was lucky to even be seen! after running in a few mins late. I was only there for underarms!! I was literally in and out of there within minutes!!I understand there are other customers as I’ve been in the customer service industry myself also! But let’s not be dramatic and try to make our customers feel like poop for running in late. Usually I’ve bought the wax passes but I was just ready to get out of there. I know it’s only one customer but it starts to trickle down as time passes to more and more.The wax service provider was amazing!

Destiney is a GEM! I had a poor experience at a different waxing center that wasn’t EWC and was so nervous about getting a Brazilian again since the other place was so bad. Destiney was so incredible and reassuring the entire time to ensure I felt safe and comfortable. She offered such good conversation, that I didn’t even realize I was done with my wax!! It took max 15 minutes! Quick and professional!! The front receptionists were absolutely lovely, too. They have my business!!

I was so happy with my service. It was quick my waxed was nice and a very nice clean facility. Only to get home and find hair all over still. I also had to pull a piece of wax off that still was attached to hair on my skin. Not happy

She kept a conversation going with me that seemed genuine but also (partially) kept my attention away from what was about to transpire. I definitely recommend this. OK I used this business one time for my eyebrows and yesterday I booked another reservation for a brazilian. I was late for 12 minutes and they cancelled my reservation, which I understand (although I expected them to give me a call because I was caught up in heavy traffic). But thats fine. The receptionist told me that they dont have any other availabilities for that day. But when I went online and saw that they actually had openings for two other time slots, I was mad! So I take it personal because apparently they didnt want me as a customer! Im writing it here so all the management sees it. Today I went to another EWC location in Lewisville and I quite liked it. So its Preston & Parks loss!!!!

I’ve been bringing my daughter here to the Plano location regularly for the past couple years....she’s now 15yrs old. The ladies here have always been so warm, kind & encouraging towards her. I appreciate them so much. They’ve helped a shy, unsure teen blossom with the work they do. I can’t think of a time that we didn’t get a same day appt when I would call to schedule. It doesn’t seem to matter that we don’t have a regular technician—everyone my daughter has seen has been wonderful! I’m grateful for the Plano European Wax Center!

Great personality but I feel could have done better job with more attention to detail, went for armpit and Brazilian. I still had to pluck some hairs when I went home, especially down there and I cannot see well. Will try other waxing locations before returning here.

Ive been waxing for about 4 years now and Im so lucky to have found Michelle. She is the absolute best! She is always so patient with me and makes this sometimes awkward appointment seem like nothing. She is quick and precise; always remembers me even when I am a littler later than usual for my follow up and makes me feel comfortable the entire time. Im fortunate that she is at this location because it is convenient for work. This is now my 4th European Wax location in DFW and I dont have plans on going anywhere as long as Michelle is there. This is the only location Ive gone to so far but I like it a lot! They use a different spatula with every dip in the wax. Its a professional environment but the ladies that work there are very personable. The pre-paid wax passes are great - theres a good discount, its hassle free, and they never expire. My favorite so far has to be Adrienne, she is the most thorough so as to guarantee I get what I pay for!

I enjoy the warm welcome and consistency of front desk staff that I was not able to experience at my previous location. So far I have tried 4 different waxers and Heather is my favorite, I leave with No surprise wax left over from my time with her. No complaints here, I will stick with Heather from now on.

I purchased a huge brazilian package last year and am now moving to Rochester, NY. They dont have any locations up there. I am extremely disappointed that I cannot use one of my, already paid for Brazilian waxes to get an eyebrow wax. I am willing to forfeit the difference in the service but the girls at the Plano location tell me thats not possible. So I cant make an appt for a Brazilian and just get an eyebrow wax instead. The Brazilian is twice as expensive and I am willing to forfeit the difference! This is the worst customer service!

Very rude called to get information from the website about difference between bikini full and Brazilian and was put on hold. I found the information so I hung up to call back to inform them I found it and ask my questions they asked could they put me on hold I said yes and they hung up. I called back because it could have been on accident and I was sent to voice mail. Customer service very poor at this store. I was a first time customer and soon to be loyal customer but not anymore.
