Anything to do with Salon equipment they have new or used. They carry the best mats at really good prices. They do custom work too. They can recover and clean up your old chairs at good prices. Great prices on capes, smocks, foil, gloves, cotton, combs etc. You have to go check them out so you can see for yourself. Hint avoid Monday if you can. That is their busiest day. Jim the owner is great. Stacy knows the place inside and out as well.

Stacy was accommodating, helped me get exactly what I needed to start my business. They stock equipment new and used at fair prices.I could have hugged Jim! I was introduced to this place from Bladecraft Barber Academy and Jim gave us a tour of his business. He was very helpful and educated us on his products. I decided to open up my own barbershop earlier this year and bought 4 chairs from Jim along with other equipment. Jim and his staff are very knowledgeable in anything they sell. All of my chairs were bought used and when I had a problem with one I brought it back to ALA where Jim personally made it right, so I went ahead and bought another chair from him that day and left the store with my chair fixed, and a shoe shine chair. These people have been nothing but helpful to my business. I will continue to come back knowing full well that Jim, Stacy, or anyone in his staff will be there to take care of me.

After getting hosed by another company for a service call on my treatment chair without any type of service at all, ALA was extremely helpful over the phone and got me in and out of their shop within about 30 minutes for less than the service call I had wasted my money on. Highly recommend both Jay and Jim.

The selection of furniture and prices were incredible. Stacy was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make some difficult decisions. When loading my vehicle, Jim was also eager to help with all my installation questions, and fit all the equipment successfully in my suv, saving me the experience of delivery. Ive just had the worst customer experience with this company.I purchased a mag lamp from them two weeks ago. The mag lamp was defective. I called the next day to inform them the lamp would not adjust to stay horizontal. I was told they would replace it asap. The lamp was replaced several days later. Again this lamp was defective also.I called immediately to let them know. I even sent them pictures to show what the problem was. I was told, I really dont know what the problem is. We checked it before we delivered it. How insulting!!! Basically calling me a liar after I sent pictures. I was told, we will get back to you. A week later no one followed up with me.I called today to ask about replacement for this defective mag lamp. I was told, we really cant afford to keep sending someone out. There is nothing wrong with the mag lamp (again being called a liar). And if you want refund you will have to bring it back yourself.I drove 18 miles to Plano to get a refund. The sales associate set up the lamp that I was returning and could clearly see that it was defective. No apology was given whatsoever. Instead a comment of yeah I dont know what happen. How professional!I did get the lamp exchanged for one that worked finally.All I can say is buyer beware. If you buy something thats defective most likely they will make you feel that youre lying.Good luck!!!

I was referred to this warehouse to purchase salon equipment for my new salon. At first it was a little overwhelming as its a big place with lots to see. I was greeted quickly and explained the layout and offered help as to how the process worked. I ended up going for 3 barber chairs and left with a full truck load. I highly recommend ALA.

Incredibly helpful and PATIENT! Didnt catch the name of the lady that helped me, but I was in search of a new or used station and she spent over 2 hours showing me absolutely EVERY option. I will definitely be returning for any and all of my salon furniture needs. :-)

I am disappointed to put this negative review out on the owner of ALA after being a repeat customer for my business supply/equipment needs for several years.Owner was unprofessional and disrespectful during an exchange for a defective item.Never will return as a customer since there are several other sources that are available and most likely will not verbally attack and accuse their customers of returning items from other stores for an exchange of items without issues.For this experience I would not recommend anyone to support this business.
