Found this place from Groupon for interior wash and leather treatment. Fast and easy scheduling and hassle free service. Emailed promptly on location and time. Fair pricing in consideration to the competition! The work done was great. Leather cleaned/treated, clean interior, vaccumed, door jams cleaned, carpet seemed thoroughly washed. Unfortunately it seems that the seatbelts still looked filthy and practically untouched. I have no further issues but would have otherwise given a 5 star rating giving the fast service and reasonable pricing. Would hope to give this place another shot in the near future.*Vehicle: 2006 Acura TL Sedan*

I’m pretty upset with how my detail turned out.. I asked for the “ultimate detail” paid $200.00 for me to not have my car cleaned all the way? I still have bugs all over my mirrors, front of my car, dog hair in my trunk and liner, residue on my trunk from a sticker decal (I assumed would be gone from the ultimate exterior detail)? The interior was half done, looks like they did a quick wipe even though they had my car from 11am to 5:30pm. I saw all the good reviews and was happy to support a local business but I’m very disappointed and will never return to this establishment. I will get my car redetailed some where that will actually do the job they say they are going to do.

This place is the absolute best! Took my car to another shop and they wanted an arm and a leg to fix my radiator. I took it to Gerardo at MyTech and he fixed it for significantly less. I wont take my cars anywhere else from now on. MyTech has fixed my cars several times over the last few years and Ive never had any issues. They also have an easy to use estimate and pay system that just makes it so easy.

Sent my car in for a two step correction, ceramic coat, and installation of a spoiler. Not only were they able to adjust and install the spoiler that others turned down installing, their workmanship and attention to detail were impeccable and prices were more than reasonable! These guys are legit and trustworthy.

Five stars arent enough!!! My car looks showroom new. I live in Indiana and would happily go to Plainfield again for their service.

We found this place about a year ago on Groupon. Since then they have detailed multiple cars for us and done multiple break jobs. Always great quality and very fair price. They are flexible and will work with you on schedule and their team is very professional. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work guys!

Found these guys on Groupon and took my vehicle over to have my brakes changed. Come to find out I had a lot more issue that just a basic brake change. These guys took great care of me and my car, gave me a great and more than fair price on the work they did, and had my car back to me faster than I expected! I’ve used MYTECH now for 2 different vehicles as well as full detail services. I feel that I’ve found an honest place that I can trust. That’s hard to find. They will absolutely save you money over a dealer. Owners are local small businessmen that opened their own shop a couple years ago. Give them a try, you’ll b happy you did.

In this day and age of being worried about a car place ripping you off, or performing work you dont need, I was a bit skeptical when the add on Facebook popped up. I figured I would give My Tech a try because the price for the brakes was almost too good to be true. After I arrived they inspected my brakes and determined that I really didnt need anything done. I have an intermittent squeaking noise that could be fixed by replacing the rotors, but the mechanic said there is nothing wrong. I did need a fuel system clean and differential fluid changed. They even went to Dunkin Donuts and got me a coffee while I waited.For me its all about customer service and honesty, My Tech certainly delivered on both those fronts. They also did a great job and even sent me a text message a few days later to insure that everything was alright with the car. This level of service is hard to find these days. I will certainly be back and have already recommended a couple of friends to check this shop out. I wish there were 6 stars!!

I brought my car there for brake service. These technicians are very experienced, knowledgeable and honest. They explained things thoroughly and answered my questions. They replaced calipers, brake pads and rotors for me. They did professional job ---- very beautiful! Ill definitely stick with them for auto service and I absolutely recommend their professional service!

I needed to get my car detailed in a hurry and searched online for a place near my home. Im big on reviews to help me with a decision to try a new place, and Im so glad I listened! They got me finished in less time than originally quoted, plus took care of my oil change, and the result was way better than I exepcted....Plus, they have a super comfy chair in case you want to take a nap or get some work done like I did, while you wait! Very satisfied client and will be bringing my husband and two daughters cars next!

For detail services:I would say you get what you pay for.I bought a Groupon, so the work done reflected the discount I received.They didnt dress the plastic trim and in my case thats 30% of the body of the car, I usually get that on exterior detail. Honestly I am not even sure if they used any clay bars on the paint and if they did it wasnt done properly.You might get better service if you pay full price, but who knows...

I recently used them for a rear brake job. They were ready for me when I arrived for my appointment and the work was done in the quoted time and amount. The staff were friendly and explained some pointers I could use to get better life from my brakes. I highly recommend their service.

Very disappointed! We purchased a complete detail interior and exterior groupon then paid an additional $75 to upgrade. We dropped the truck off and were called to pick it up. We immediately saw poor work and asked that they take care of it. They did (extra half hour to wait) when we arrived home upon further inspection it seemed they did the bare minimum to pass. There were still bugs on exterior. As all as dirt and garbage on interior. The door jams were not cleaned. Under back seat had not been vacuumed out. The tires were cleaned but rims were not. Very unsatisfactory service.

This was worth every penny! They did a fantastic job - my vehicle looked like it had just come off the production line when it was finished. It truly hasnt been this clean since the day I bought it. You cant beat the price or the service. I highly, highly recommend My Tech and will definitely be a repeat customer!

I wasnt expecting much since my car has been neglected for some time. The result was beyond anything I could imagine. I hardly recognize my car!!! It was super clean, shiny, sparkly inside out and smelled fresh too. Best. Detailers. Period.

Great service, friendly and honest. Interior and exterior looked great went I picked it up this weekend. First time there, but will go there again in the spring. One worry you always have with dropping car off is if you forgot an valuables, especially going to a new place. Well when I picked up our car, they had put a single Diamond earring in the tray in my console. My wife had lost this years ago. They found it. Amazing honestly. Dont trust your vehicle anywhere else. Go with these guys, you wont be disappointed.

Best service and results. I dropped off the car and was given a price that was competitive. Picked up the car and was told they forgot about a special that was going on. Car looked new besides the price surprise.

If I could give them less stars I would. I gave them a call because I originally saw them on Groupon but they told me they would match the discount if I just paid there. So I wanted a full detail and I specifically asked if it included the seats being shampooed, in which they said yes. So I pick up the car and it looked like I just got a simple wash and vacuum. I was extremely upset and the service did take longer than they said it would, i dropped off my car at 9 am and didn’t pick it up until 5 pm.The owner of the business did say he would do the detail himself and asked if I could take the car back. But this business is 45 min away from where I live.

I recommend to take your car for full detail to My tech auto detailing, they are very professional and did a great job with my car. Part of the hood had spray paint and they were able to remove it like magic. I am 100% satisfied with the work and I will bring my car back next time it needs a detail wash.

I had this company do a Ceramic coating on my new 2018 Dodge Durango R/T, Gerardo walked me through what each step would be and entail and then even picked up my car and dropped back off to me when completed 4 days later. 8 a.m. appointment to get my car detailed. Running a little late so I want to call and see if I can still come in or need to reschedule. I live in the city and don’t want to drive all the way for naught. 8 am is when the shop opens, so I call around 7:30 a.m. and leave a message. TO MY SURPRISE, Arthur calls me right back. Which obviously I was not expecting because the place isn’t even close to being open yet. He says all is well, come on down. Awesome. Get in the car, tire is flat. When it rains it pours. Call Arthur back with the update. He is SUPER chill. Which was honestly the most refreshing b/c I’m already behind schedule and this is the only day I can get this detail done. Says to keep him posted. Fortunately I only needed a patch and it didn’t take too long. Hit up Arthur again and he said come on down! Long story short, if your car is need of a little TLC and you appreciate textbook customer service, do yourself (and your wallet!) a favor and head to My Tech Auto.

I just got my car detailed two days ago and Im still raving about how good my car looks. I had some stains in my seats that I had forsaken to be permanent but little did I know. When I got my car back I felt like I just bought it - the stains were gone! Great customer service - locally owned - very impressed. I highly recommend this business!
