Just wanted to shout out Rick! I was there last week to get a tire pressure check. It was one of the many things on my to do list during a busy week. Rick noticed while filling up my tires that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced as well. I’d been meaning to get to it all week and I just hadn’t yet. Rick ran inside, found wipers that fit, and charged me cash for it so I didn’t even have to go inside to pay. It was nice to have a one stop shop for the tasks I needed to complete on my car that week. I even came around 5:30, close to closing time, and he still went out of his way to help me. Thanks, Rick!

Got oil change,tire rotation and alignment, all good. They told me my front calipers were seizing up and should be replaced at a cost of $550.00 I told them not to do it I’ll take care of it. Then I took my car to Tuffy’s and they checked it out and told me nothing was wrong. And they didn’t charge me anything. I think they need more training and I’ll never bring my car to them again

I called the shop 2 weeks ago and had several questions about new tires. The manager, Nicole, was very patient and got me the best quality for the price i was looking to spend. While at the shop, I was maybe there for an hour. All of my concerns were addressed and the staff was professional. Overall a positive experience!!

I originally had my tires put on at the Lake Zurich location But they forgot to take the necessary steps to make sure that my wheels were on Tight and secure, So one of my wheels almost fell off while I was on the highway. I didn’t wanna go back there so I stopped at the Naperville location which is close to where I’m working. Walter and crew did everything the right way for me and were very apologetic for mistakes they didn’t even make. Obviously customer service is important at this location of just tires. Maybe the lake Zürich guys should come over there and train for a few days. My Jeep roles smooth as butter now. Thanks guys. . I appreciate your kindness. I went on a Saturday morning for a basic oil change and tire rotation price was fare for my car cuz it did take an canister oil filter and 6 qts of oil, I also used full synthetic, that came with a free tire rotation (witch I needed) car was clean and oil light was reset. Great care of the car and everything was explained at cash out, only issue was the women that greeted me wile I was checking and dropping off my car was very rude and did not seem engaged in the conversation with the customer. Other then that service was great, I will return.

Had my oil changed. There was a problem with a skid plate, but the tech brought me out and showed me the issue. The issue was solved without additional cost. The price was competitive and the service was quick.

Not sure why they are in business, I remember the name of the CR I spoke with but dont want to mention....but she is basically saying that she wont touch the vehicle as they dont know how to handle the vehicle. What a shame!!!Reading all the reviews below ---- It looks like Nicole is the common denominator... Can some one from the corporate please provide some help to her instead of asking the customers to call your 800 number? Please let me know when this has been done and I will edit my review.

Friendly and quick service!

I brought my Cadillac Escalade in to get the spare tire put on and in the process of removing the spare tire from underneath my car, Just Tires broke a portion of the back of my car off and will not admit fault. Theyre claiming the video cameras recording cut off and they cant see what actually happened! I watched with my own eyes the kid who was working there on my car him recklessly fumble around with the back piece of my car. He CLEARLY broke the piece that snaps up, off, and Just Tires should be held responsible to replace that whole back piece!

Went in for oil change yesterday. They stripped the oil plug then claimed they told me about it months ago. Now I have to take it to get oil plug hole retapped!! THE ONLY oil spot in my driveway is from this service. BEWARE!! Keep receipts!

Wanted to take the time to thank the team at the Plainfield IL location for exceptional service every time I visit. I own a heavy duty pickup truck and use it for demolition work on a daily basis. I frequently pick up stray screws or nail on job sites. The team over there lead by Nicole go out of there way to make sure Im back on the road as fast as humanly possible. To clear the air about some of their negative reviews; those must be rare occasions where for whatever reason they just cant seem to make some of these people happy. Sorry to doubt the haters but these guys at the Plainfield location are great no ifs ands or buts. Some of the negative Nancys should take a good look in the mirror before badmouthing a reliable team like Nicole heads up. To sum up my review I give them 5 🌟 and 2 thumbs up👍👍. You wont find nicer people and fair and honest in the car industry. Period. Thank you again for all you do Just Tires of Plainfield IL!!!!

This store was listed as a green light vehicle inspection facility for UBER -meaning the inspection was supposed to be free. I called and confirmed that then set up an appointment. After the inspection was over the girl Nicole charges me $19.99! I said I just talked to you earlier why did you tell me it was free if it wasnt? She just said take it up with Uber! I said had I known that I would have been charged I would have gone to a place that was closer to my house! She just shrugged her shoulders and said oh well
