Ive been using them for about a year or so now since its close to my job and I have to say they have been fantastic when it comes to service etc. I dont know everyones name but they have been entertaining, professional and overall great people to work with. Of course we all wish parts and services were cheaper sometimes for vehicles, but I cant complain because they work very fast and efficiently and I believe the value is 100% worth it.I even went one day because I couldnt get my head light light bulb in correctly and they fixed it for me without and issue. I definitely recommend you coming here for service!

Was a little annoyed at first because I pulled into the wrong Bay and they needed me to like back all the way up and pull into the other one straight. I was wondering why they couldnt just do that since I was going to leave the car with them while I shop somewhere else? However they totally made it right. They did a great job, were super fast and gave me the discount currently offered a coupon even though I didnt have the coupon

Took my vehicle in to get my brakes replaced and ending up with a huge dent under my driver side door. When I called about it i heard nothing but excuses, manager told me about a scratch I had on my door but neglected to tell me about the damage I had underneath my driver side door. Stay away from this jiffy lube if you want your car back intact.

I’ve actually visited this location several times over the years. I went in for an oil change recently. I don’t even think I was there a full 30 minutes before they told me my car was done. I was happy because I hate waiting for my car. The staff was nice as well.

They serviced me quickly and efficiently.. Kept me abreast of all details and I was treated with courtesy and professionalism.

Another place nearby said I had to leave my car in the morning and pick it up at night for an oil change. I dont drive a surface to air missile truck. Came here, was done in 15 minutes and got exactly what I needed. Decent prices too.

Quick and speedy service! Also honest, they informed me that my oil change was not due even though I didnt have a sticker showing my oil change date. Some other person would have just changed my oil and charged me for it. Not these guys! They gave me a new sticker with my true due date and didnt charge for any oil change. Nice!

Went today ( 20 Sep 2020)at 930am. Told the guy not to bother with vacuum or anything but the oil change. Was completed in 10 minutes... $114.00 with the military discount. That seemed high, so I took my wifes car to Posh Auto lube down the street. I didnt say anything till this guy, Will, told me $67.00.Then after looking up the reviews for this branch I will have to go see if the changed the filter and oil cause I dont think they did. A little more than a year ago, I went to this JL and got an oil change before taking a long drive. On that drive the skip plate which covers the oil pan dropped and was scraping across the street as I drove. I had to continue on to the event I was attending and therefore could not go back to the JL and get it fixed. I was a couple hours away from home/JL when this happened. Once I had a couple of hours free I went to another JL in the Atlantic City area and those guys fixed it for FREE. They actually put a new one on.

Just needed an oil change.

So, my son and I brought his car in a while ago for an oil change. Within minutes of pulling it in, Miguel (manager) immediately called us both in to look at a leak in my son’s 2004 Jetta. I asked do we still get an oil change? Lol. He said, “no the first thing is go next door and get this taken care of”. Of course he told us what it was and what needed to be repaired before he sent us next door. What I appreciated was his honesty and didn’t try to sell us an oil change any way. I thanked him. Came in at a half hour until closing time. Oil change was done and my tires were rotated. There were two cars behind me there for oil changes. They did everything fast and even reset my oil indicator which doesnt always happen.

The Manager Miguel and ASM Bruce are some of the most knowlegble people I have run into and thehey are extremely honest.

The guys at this Jiffy Lube are always super helpful and friendly. The service is fast and reliable, and you can definitely trust them to be honest. Ive had them check out my brakes out a couple of times when I thought I might need new ones but they told me I dont need new ones yet, and didnt charge me for looking at them. Great place for oil changes and other maintenance.

Never going back again. Lost all faith in their work. Went in for an oil change, they pulled my engine air filter to show to me that it needed changing. Told them dont change it out I will do it (it takes a minute to do on your own). Ordered one, went to change it a few days later when I had a minute, and whoever was working on my car decided not to put the old filter back in. So I got to drive around for a week without an engine air filter thanks to those [expletive deleted]. Congratulations on losing a customer.

They will advise you of any leaks they find and top off any fluids,correct your tire air pressure, in some cases much more than the Dealer will do & at 1/3 the price. No appointment is required,they do all models of cars and light trucks.

Wow, these guys are fast! I had an oil change and coolant flush done the other day, and I didnt even get to finish the interesting travel magazine article I was reading. Very efficient and professional staff. After using a lot of different auto care places in the past, I am going to stick to this one from now on.

They used to be very pushy, trying to sell me $50 in cabin air filters etc. Now, not so much. They see that I am a regular and dont try the up sell. If I want it and need it I will get it. Otherwise I have been happy with the service. They do get busy on the weekends, but they try to get everyone through as quickly as they can.

I went there for an oil change. I then get a bill of $99 plus tax which they added an air filter and a tire rotation without asking me once. Its a corporate account - they knew they can max it at $100. So they did- it was standard for them which baffles me. Never once, while I was sitting there was I asked if I wanted an air filter or a tire rotation. If they truly did the tire rotation- why didnt they put air in my tire as well ( I had a previous Tire pressure light that is still on) - I did not see the work getting done - so i cant say they didnt do it but I am VERY skeptical. Although my corporate account was paying, it is about the principal and doing the right thing. At the end of the day I choose where to get my vehicle serviced. As I told them - this was my first and last time there. I choose to go to them over a Firestone or pep boys to support small businesses- but its unfortunately business like this that ruin it for the rest of them.

Miguel was great! He checked the status of my battery free of charge! I had a $12.00 off coupon, too, for an oil change. Edgar was great, too.They changed my oil and oil filter for the low price of $29.91. I used Samsung Pay to pay my bill. Also, they topped off all my fluids, lubricated the chassis, checked my windshield wippers, air filter, lights, brakes and brake fluid, filled my tires, and vacuumed the floor of my car and washed the windows! They had me out of there in a half hour on a Sunday afternoon! AWESOME! I am so happy right now! Great service! A+++++

This company is a scam! Went in for a oil and filter change and all of a sudden I now was told I need valve cover gaskets and oil leaking out of my motor and etc.- my car has always been up to date on service so now these problems just appeared out of nowhere! This was to get more money and business! Do not go here they set you up and rip you off!!!!!!!!

I was very disappointed with my latest experience at Jiffy Lube #973 in Plainfield, NJ. I went in for an oil change and I think I left with an oil change. The problem is, Im not entirely sure they did ANYTHING they said they were going to. Before I arrived, the sensor for my tire inflationsaid the right rear tire was at 30/psi. According to the receipt I received, the PSI for the rear tires was checked and they read 37. When I went home, I used several tire pressure gauges and all of them read 30. After seeing that, I felt ripped off. It made me file like they didnt check anything. I am unable to trust anything that they did because of this behavior. I was contacted by a District Manager for Jiffy Lube and he confirmed by watching the security tape, that they DID NOT check the pressure in my tires. At that point, I would have hoped they were going to offer me a full refund for my oil change. Instead, they added insult to injury by offering a coupon on my NEXT visit. There isnt going to be any NEXT visit, because they cannot be trusted. Had they offered me a full refund, I would have considered that as owning up to their mistakes and possibly given them a second chance. Instead, the offer of a coupon on my next purchase made me feel like this was being swept under the rug. I already took my other car to Valvoline for my most recent oil change and had five-star service. Sorry Jiffy Lube, were done!

If there was less than one star, i will give that to this place. After a bad experience once, i decided to try again thinking it may be a one time bad experience. But i just had oil changed at this place two three days ago and right after the oil change, check engine light came on. I took it to my garage and they found a loose wire . So i had to pay for their carelessness. Very bad technicians and would not recommend it. Plus they did not vaccum nor they cleaned windows and charged 45 dollars.

A quick efficient oil change today on my 2017 Kia Sorento SX. No pressure to use only Syntheticlike the other quick oil change places in NJ.do. I was offered the conventional, blend, or full synthetic. With an Internet $15.00 off coupon I selected the Synthetic Blend and paid a reasonable $60.00. I was in and out in a very short time.

NEVER bring your vehicle here to be serviced.I brought my car here 2 weeks ago for a tune up, oil change & to replace my spark plugs. The service was so polite and fast (approx 30 mins) not to mention they vaccum your car as an amenity, I assumed everything was great. No complaints. (For $220, it should be)I was sadly mistaken. Aproxx a week goes by and my car began driving very very sluggish. So I checked under the hood. I could not believe it, my battery had corrosion surrounding it (sorry I didnt take any pics). I checked my fluids (windshield, brake, etc), it was completly empty, not to mention that the oil was black and empty! Nor change my spark plugs. They did not do anything specified on the receipt (except vacuum the floors).DO NOT BE FOOLED, they vacuum your car to make you believe everything is fine. Its a scam, they charge you but dont do any of the services discussed. Terrible mechanics, STAY AWAY!

Change my cabin filter, and did a mess on the cover, change my wipers and the first time I used them they fly out.

I always take my 2004 Saturn ION to this JL location for full service oil change and Im usually in and out in 20 minutes or less. The Shop Manager makes sure that my car is updated to the factory standards. Also, I had my tires rotated, head lights changed, air and cabin filters changed too.

They took my car in right away and repaired the crack in the windshield and my insurance paid for it cant get any better than that thanks Jiffy Lube
