A close friend of mine went in to purchase a used truck and placed a deposit the company refused to give back the deposit. Saying call the cops there’s nothing I can do for you. Then telling him he needs to either buy a truck from him or lose his money. Only thing I can say is that it’s unfair to take a mans money when no contracts were made saying he can’t. Best bet is to find a different place to buy a used vehicle.

Helped a buddy out looking for a truck went and looked at a few, mechanic had said frames were all solid but ended up being rotted to hell. Id be very careful with these people considering there selling rotted frames that I was able to put my entire thumb through one of the frame rails. He had given a deposit on one and after it was thoroughly looked at they said they wouldnt refund a (refundable)deposit.

Staff was friendly, but unfortunately I bought a 05 f250 in December of 2020, kept on having issues with starting a few weeks after purchase, had to replace spark plugs. This June I started to have issues with acceleration, took it to Sullivans auto in Norwich and they gave me a free diagnostics on the truck. U joints are rotted, brake lines are rotted, both catalytic converter are bad, y pipes are rotted out, block is rusted where headers are, four wheel drive does not engage. Truck looked nice underneath when purchased but previous owners might have sprayed. I am not sure. Like I said the staff was very friendly the truck may have just been on its way out and It only lasted me a few months, I dont think they were aware of the issues since its a used car dealer but thats the gamble when it comes to used automobiles. It did not work out for me but you may have better luck. The amount it seems it will cost to make the vehicle safe for me to drive is too much at this point.

Scammers!! Never give money upfront, until the job is done. All there cars are rusted or will fail on you in less than a year.

Payed over 10k for a truck tgat has been problem after problem. The owner promised to fix the misfire and knock sensor then no answere when I call. Brake lines just broke and I imagine they are going to act like the lines werent rotted. Spray paint over a rusty frame. Not pleased and would not recomend this hack shop.

This place Is nothing but scammers wanted to buy a truck, turned out to be a bad truck with a horribly rotted frame, I didnt sign any agreement of sale and they are refusing to give us our deposit back, this is wrong and illegal!

This company takes money for deposits but when you decide against the car Dan keeps the money and tells you that you are out of luck!!

Had to junk my car, called DKC auto they not only had a few to choose from,, having no way to get out to them an look around, they brought a car out to me many miles away, great people great car, and they are willing to work with you, they finance as well
