I used Extreme to run an accessory line from the passenger area of my car straight to the battery. The installation is completely hidden, and if you didnt know it was there, you wouldnt be able to see it. It works COMPLETELY as it should!Great work! Would definitely use again!

I made an appointment to have my front two windows tinted. Jennifer was very polite and got me scheduled 2 days out. Upon arrival, they got started and finished quickly. Currently, I can see a couple of areas that may turn out to be an issue, but I will update my review after everything has fully dried. Overall, I would definitely recommend eXtreme auto as Chris and Jennifer are great folks to work with.

I had my car tinted here in June of 2020, upon payment they told me I had a warranty on my tint; it’s even printed on the receipt they provided that the tint has a lifetime warranty. The tint began peeling and when I called to have the 1 window redone they requested that I come in to have it approved before they would redo it under warranty. After coming in and having it looked at and approved they scheduled an appointment for me to come in and have it redone. I came in for my scheduled appointment and they rescheduled me due to a storm that was going on. They claimed their tint bay was flooded and they weren’t able to do any work. I came back for my second scheduled appointment and when the tinter came and looked at my car she rudely refused to do it and claimed it wasn’t cover under warranty then stormed off with my keys. The secretary kindly said it would be taken care of when the owners were available and said she would call me within an hour and I never received a call back. I called the next day, and was told I would get a call back shortly and never did. I called back again today (a week later) and was told if the tinter refused to redo it then they wouldn’t grant the warranty. When I asked how much it would cost to pay to have it redone they quoted me $190 for the driver side rear window strip and tint. I called Rockstar window tinting and got quoted $70 for a strip and tint which is where I now have to pay to have the window that was supposedly under warranty at extreme redone. I DO NOT recommend any services from Extreme. The staff lack respect for their customers time, money or property, have zero values or business sense and don’t uphold their own warranties. In addition to that they are extremely over priced for the quality of product they offer in addition to the disrespect you receive.

I brought my brand new 2018 in to Extreme back in December (less than 5,000 miles on it at the time) to get the windows tinted. If I would have known how many fibers they would leave in the tint and be OK with it, I would have never brought my car here! I took the car back up after waiting the 2 week period. The guy in the office looked at my account, saw who did it and said with a small chuckle Oh, i see who did it and it makes sense why you are back. I told him I will be back when it is warmer to have it redone.Fast forward a few months and I went back in. The owner gave me some bull line about We try our best to control the environment... while the bay doors were wide open... yeah, I dont think you do. (When I called elsewhere, they said if one piece of fiber is stuck under the tint, they strip and redo it.) I asked him to replace all of the tint because not only was there fiber in all of the windows, there were scratches that had been there since they put the tint on in 2 of the windows and there are places that are still showing light through them. They did replace the brow that was coming off, but there is an air bubble stuck in it now, right above the drivers view. They didnt touch the driver window that I pointed out the scratch on. They only replaced 2 of the windows and one of them looks even worse than it did before. It has a group of scratches and a multi direction fiber in it, not to mention when the window is rolled down, you see how uneven it is. I would take my car back to have them remove it and get a refund because I am truly not happy with it, but at this point, I dont want them touching anything in my brand new car again, risking more black finger marks on my headliner, more cuts on my window seals OR letting them leave my car as filthy as they have both times now.This place may be okay for other things or older vehicles, but I do not recommend bringing your brand new vehicle here for tint.

I can’t fully express how satisfied I am with the job they did on my car! The customer service here was outstanding and the racing stripe...well, as you can see in the pictures...it turned out PERFECT! It’s exactly what I wanted. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing stripes or window tinting. They are super nice and we’re great to work with. They kept in great communication and even held my car for a few extra days while I was traveling. I plan to go back and get my windows tinted, so they have a lifetime customer!!Thank you eXtreme!!

Buyer Beware! Poor communication and follow up. Should have been a simple and routine back up camera install. Video mirror was cracked upon delivery to me. Also discovered another broken part on my car because of the installation. And to top it all off, terrible cigarette smoke smell in my vehicle from the install tech or install bay. No going above and beyond to fix my installation issues or offer an immediate resolution. I had to instigate almost every communication and correspondence. This was suppose to be a birthday present from my wife but instead turned into a month long fiasco. Such a disappointment.Throughout this entire process I was calm, patient, kind, & completely understanding. I never sounded irritated and I never lost my cool. I was always hoping & waiting for them to go the extra mile, giving them more than enough opportunity to redeem themselves. But sadly, it never happened. So I have severed my dealings with them & Im done.

I have had two vehicles tinted by them. They did a great job on both. I recently bought a used car and the windows were already tinted except one small window in the back that had been replaced so I knew exactly where to take it!

Called in asking for a quote to tint a vehicle. Person was ignorant by suggesting what they think would look good by ignoring what I actually wanted which wouldve cost more money... but not even close to what I need.I didnt even recieve a quote for what they kept suggesting. I scheduled with another business that didnt give me a run around over the phone and they definitely didnt try to tell me what I want to pay for.

Unprofessional & rude employees that cuss at customers is the service they provide! Boyfriend was trying to get his windows that were under warranty fixed due to peeling and bubbles and this is the type of service we received. They even damaged his bumper and lied about it. This was all caught on video sent to the owner && still met with nothing but unprofessional disrespect!!! Do NOT give these people your money we learned the hard way!!

I went here to get my 2020 Range Rover tinted and I wanted it murdered out, lets just so I am contacting the BBB because my cars scratched, the tints are not put on correct (seems like they have no clue what they are doing), and I actually went to have Courtney do it because she tinted another car of mine and it was perfect but I was sad to here she was no longer there. I asked if she was working somewhere else but they stated she wasnt doing tints anymore. Once I seen my car I was shocked and they kept telling me wait the 2 weeks and itll look the best. I waited and it did NOT! It looked worse. I went to Facebook and actually found out that the one I wanted to tint my windows in the first place was indeed tinting still and she actually started her own business. I called and called about a refund because I did not want them touching my car again. And they told me if I call again itll be harassment. Im disgusted. do NOT go here. AC tinting is the place to go, ask for Courtney! Ill post pics of my car after she got done if itll let me!

Work on the water pump but added more stuff that didnt needed to be fix. Then the steering wheel went out twice and put a hole in the oil pan and tried to patch it up. Never take your car there.

This place is an absolute joke. Brand new car, just needed 2 front windows tinted. Charged 100 dollars and made my wife wait for an hour. She left and was told she needed to come back Monday cause he couldnt cut it properly. Went back up there immediately and they replaced tint in timely manner just to have bubbles and smudges in tint. Call back up there and lady gives me attitude and says i have to wait 7 days before they will look at it again. At this point Im scaird they are going to damage my car because they are incompetent. People are smoking in garages, the shop is trashed. People please believe me this place is low quality and you will not be happy!!

Get the job done. Affordable price. Would recommend it to someone if they wanna get their car tinted. Definitely get an APPOINTMENT so you wont be waiting for more than 3-4hrs. The only thing I didnt like about is the way they communicate for their NEW CUSTOMERS and that something that I look into all the time.

I called this place mins before I traveled there upon arrival the lady I spoke to I believe her name was Jessica, well anyways she left on lunch and I stayed 30 to 40 mins and she never returned. So yeah NEVER AGAIN!!

Had my amp and speakers installed, noticed a humming noise afterwards. Took it back the next day, still couldnt tell me why the humming noise, took my stuff to another place and they said my car has an Automatic Noise Cancelling system and it needed to be adjusted. They wanted 200 an hour and I declined, will try contacting Extreme to see if they can fix otherwise Im stuck with the noise.

There is a difference between knowing how to detail a vehicle and saying you can. These guys and gals have 100% mastered the craft. Located quite a distance from downtown Indy but it is worth it for their expert service. I havent found a place better. The prices are spot on and everyone here is passionate about helping their customers with their auto needs. Its easy to book an appointment and they finish on time. Never had an unsatisfied visit here.

I went on vacation came back to my car being destroyed.. I dont know who to blame..

Went in there to get my headlights and tail lights tinted, was told $40 a light, then at quickly jumped to $50 a light. I had called ahead of time to make sure they could work on my car that day, was told it would take 2 hours the same day. After the owner told me that, he took my keys and continued to to talk to and chat to customers for another 35mins, he then decided to run to subway, while i was waiting on my car, get a sandwich. He then came back and ate that sandwich. Which another 45mins. All while IM STANDING RIGHT THERE. After waiting 5 hours for my car, I came back and the headlights looked terrible, bubbles everywhere. He then tried to blame it on my car because my headlights were too round will never come back

This evening, I called eXtreme just to make an appointment to get my windows tinted (figuring it would be at least a few days out); however, the lady on the phone got me right in. In fact, about 30 minutes after that call, my Malibu was in their shop having the tint applied. I had them install 20% and it sure looks GREAT! I waited in the shop while they did it, which it only took the gentleman about an hour and a half to complete all 5 windows, plus the windshield brow. The tint definitely enhances my Malibus appearance. And not only does it make the car look good, but it also makes the interior feel much more comfortable. I forgot to mention that the window tint also comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I am sure that is just as important to you as it is to me. I am actually going to take my Malibu back to eXtreme to have the exterior & interior detailed sometime next week...I did not know that they offered these services until I glanced up at the board while I was waiting for them to finish up applying the window tint. All in all, they are quick, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend eXtreme to anyone who is looking to get their vehicle tinted. Thank you eXtreme!Best,Devan M.

Outstanding customer service! I called in the morning they told me to bring in my car right away. I got my car later in the day and paid a very reasonable price. 10/10 experience.

I got my passenger window tint done at their shop before, and after a few months I needed to get it re-done since it was peeling. So I made a call and they told me to come to their store and they’ll take care of me. So I drive all the way to their store on Friday just for Chris to tell me that they can’t do my tint early in the morning around 9:30am and that they have to do it on Monday (they open at 9am). Completely wasted my time. Then I made an appointment on Monday for the re-tint and they got it done so I was excited to see it, but the quality of work is so terrible, it looked like it was rushed. There were water streaks all over on my door panels and the tint wasn’t the tint you’re expecting to see. I wished the other workers at least checked the quality of the tint. Overall it was a bad experience and definitely wouldn’t want to go back.

I had a car stereo put in for my son and not only were they reasonable, they were able to get the parts in quickly, unlike a big box store I went to. Nathan was very friendly and answered any questions I had, and even helped out by explaining their warranty information. I have to say I also appreciated being able to get his oil changed there as well instead of trying to make 2 appointments.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!! Im three hours from home, its Saturday at 3:30pm, my van breaks down, I make it to a gas station. They send a mechanic to check it out. He gets it started and we get it to the shop. And they all do everything they can to get me home! Its now 6:00 and an hour past closing time. They were all so wonderful, and helpful. If you want to pay to be disappointed then this is the place for you. Recieved a quote to tinted a set of SUV windows for $250 (7 windows) which was a little higher than a couple other places ($180 range). Dropped the car off and they had it done in about 4 hours. It was raining that day and I could check out the quality but the next day I was able to and I was severely disappointed. Out of 7 windows 5 of them had bubbles, hair, and other debris in them. The drivers drivers window had approximately 30 air bubbles! I called them up and they said to drop it back off the next day. I had to delay it one more day and I dropped it off with no problems.The car sat there for a week because no one called us to say it had been finished they day after we dropped it off. Yesterday I picked the car up at 6PM and drove it home and parked it in the driveway. Today I put it in the garage and started looking at the windows and while they are definitely better there is still debris in the film.As I was cleaning out the car I noticed the drivers side rear floorboard had standing water in it. Someone either spilled a bucket in there or left the window down. We had a bad storm the week that they had it in their lot so who knows. My GF called to complain and the lady in the background was rude and just kept saying we cant roll the windows down...the windows havent been rolled down at all. They offered to have us drop it off and talk to the owner but at this point Im over it and afraid they will just make things worse.After all that I was speaking to my brother who reminded me that they took their new 2015 Honda pilot there and when they got it back they found out someone had ran it into something. The owner refused to fix it until court was threatened.So to reiterate: over priced tint, bad quality workmanship, they fixed it, better but still disappointing workmanship, standing water in the floorboard, bad customer service, and a family member had a car wrecked thereRay Charles using his feet would have done a better job getting air bubbles out. A new guy tinting in a sandstorm would have had less debris under the film.0/5 rating if they would let me.

I got mine detailed and they did a fantastic job! Way more than I expected it was like a brand new car. My seats are a tan leather and when I brought it in you could see all the dirt in the cracks of the seats of the leather and when they were finished it looked almost brand new. Great job and also the outside was super clean😎

My husband and I needed our Honda Civic and Honda CRV tinted 20% Nathan helped us out the same day we did not need to make another appointment. Great Service! . My husband decided he needed a brow put on his Honda civic so we went back in a few days, they said come in we will take care of it, when they were doing the brow we asked Jennifer if they did personal stickers, she said they did, we told her my husbands father just had past and younger brother 3 months before, we would like In memory of she said absolutely. After finishing the car Chris put our stickers on for us. Great Service, Great People, Prices Good. We would recommend to friends and family!!!!! Recently had 2 vehicles tinted here on separate occasions and loved the tint. BUT my only complaint was BOTH times the vehicle was not wiped clean after being sprayed. There were large streaks down the doors inside and outside as well as on the dash.

Got windows tinted and noticed a huge hair in back window from the girl tinter. made an appointment and brought back in at 4:30. I waited thinking it would take an hour to an hour half but no one told me how long it would be. They close at 6:00 and I left the place at 7:15 pm! The owner did apologize and said it was because they had to get the glue off the window. Ive had dozens of cars tinted elsewhere and never had a problem until now. I wont be back, even if the tint falls off. Ill gladly pay double to have a Professional do it right. These people are not professional. There is a reason why they are cheaper. Beware!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE JOB. Not only did they do a half ass job detailing, they broke my phone holder on my dash. Left an abundant amount of stains and it took them 2 hours to do a job I could have done myself. I went there hoping since Ive seen good reviews it would be a decent place but it wasnt. Very unprofessional and the laziness of the job was mind blowing. Absolutely do not go there! I will be posting pictures on Yelp to show the job they did not do!

Only place we get our windows tinted. Quality work at a fair cost.
