Needed replacement for an outside mirror on an eight year old car. Suggested using a used mirror, the first one did not work properly due to some electrical issues. They worked very hard trying to find a good used mirror, which took a little longer than anticipated. Works just like the original now. Very happy with the service. A new mirror from the dealer would have cost two to three times as much. Thank you to Louie for your excellent service.

What a fantastic experience!I went in with relatively minor damage, but it was enough that I wanted it fixed. They fixed it while I waited, which was all of about 10 minutes and didnt even charge me. This really speaks volumes about honesty and character. They could have just as easily kept my vehicle for a few hours, done the exact same work, and charged me pretty much whatever they wanted. I would have been just as happy and none the wiser. I hope not to have any more body damage to my vehicle but if I do there is no question as to who I will take it to. They truly demonstrate what is said in Luke 16:10 Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.The attached picture shows the finished product (my drivers side rear bumper). This was scuffed by a Dodge Ram dually that was spinning in circles. It grazed my bumper and left quite a scuff on it. Now, its like it never happened. The Rear window of my Honda Ridgeline Truck got broken moving a piece of furniture. My initial thought was to google glass companies, however I had heard that rear window glass can be very tricky to install. I stopped by and talked to Louie at Collision, INC in Plainfield. Collision Inc replaced and painted the damaged drivers side mirror assembly on my car. Planing to leave town that weekend I was under a tight time line. The shop owner was able to start the repair of my car on a very short notice. Paint looks perfect, the mirror controls work and the door liner was properly reinstalled. Very pleased with the quality of work.

Been to Collison Inc 3 times in the last year. First two times were for major repair and took less than 4 days each time. Last time I went there for an estimate and they fixed it right there on the spot in less than an hour no questions asked and at less than $20.00. Each time they kept me updated with a daily E-mail or in the case of this last time verbal update every 20 minutes. Louie is very knowledgeable and very customer oriented and very friendly. If I ever need bodywork done again I guarantee I will return to Collison Inc, and I strongly suggest you do as well. Louie and crew will treat you right. Very professional friendly and great body work

I have had to fix my dodge challenger two times within a year, once with a insurance claim and once with my own cash and either way it has to be done you get excellent service and they do a great job with your vehicle! Great group of people working there!

Wife in a accident and police came and towed both cars to cities impound. From ratings and comments I went with Collision inc. Best desicion ever. Told Louie from CI my situation, and without any hesitation he towed my truck from inpound to Collision Inc so they wouldnt keep charging me for any inpound fees. Gave him all Insurance info and he went at it with the BAD INSURANCE company I had. It took a while for car to get fixed, because of Insurance not wanting to pay, but Louie kept me informed step by step on what they were trying to do and why. When Ins finally paid up job got done quickly and my car was returned looking even better then before the accident. So good to still find good people doing business out there. Highly recommend this Collision repair if you ever get in a accident.

Great service, quality work

I went for a estimate, walked in guy wasnt very friendly acted like i was bothering him. We go to look at my car and he looks for 2 minutes and says oh you just need a new bumper. Umm no there was alot more then just replacing bumper but didnt bother to ask or give me the time of day. I DO NOT recommend these people for a estimate.

New owner will try to rip you off. Go elsewhere.
