Guys didnt appear eager to sell more tires when I inquired because they said there isnt enough time to mount the tires.

Excellent customer service from cashier Zaria. Great price Amazon just couldnt compete with them on these tires online. But the Wal-Mart Auto Care Center is very bad in general not just this location. They didnt have the tools to even take my wheel lug off to change the tires. Think about that for a second. Most of us have a lug wrench for that in our trunk next to your spare wheel. STAY AWAY FROM WAL-MART AUTO CARE CENTER

It was ok. If this is the Plainfield Illinois location. Would have given more stars. Except. They make you return a bad battery all the way to the front on the store. If I can purchase it in the auto center. Than why not allow the option to return it there as well??? But no. I had to drag a dirty battery all through the store. To then have to wait in line over 30 minutes to get my battery core refund back. Wouldnt have been so bad. Except for the fact. That there was several employees back in automotive doing nothing!!!

Very incompetent mechanics!!!They don’t have an Allen Key Wrench to drain an 2012 BMW oil...

These guys are really nice. They recommended products and seemed to really care and Im super thankful. They recommended me the coolest ice scraper ever and other winter proofing needs. I wish I could remember the guys name- he even put steering fluid in for me after my purchase! (I didnt know where it went.... Dont judge me) anyway thank you guys!!! You are genuinely kind.

Great service

Went in for a tire replacement. They were effective and clear with their service, and performed the replacement in only 40 minutes despite having other cars to work on. Worth the trip and the cost.

Extremely slow they need to hire more people or have management do a better job of scheduling and preparing for call offs. The actual service they do on the car is great. Just expect to wait awhile. You are better off leaving it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never done a review on anything before but I felt the need to share my experience as I would not want anyone else to give business to this Walmart Auto Center or experience the terrible service that I was given. My two front tires needed new tires very badly as the tread was close to being nonexistent on both of them. My dad and I ordered some tires from this Walmart because we have been going here for years (though we have never gone to the auto center and decided to give it a shot). So first they say they have the tires, then they ended up saying they didn’t and had to order them. Took a few days for them to arrive but when they did, I went in immediately to get them replaced. Got there early around 7:30am and was told I would need to wait 3-4 hours and to come back around 11 am... I did not end up coming back because I had other things to do but I came back a different day and was told the same thing. So I left and didn’t come back the same day either. I was reading a lot of reviews that this is what they do. They tell you a ridiculous wait time and tell you to come back. Mind you, they had about 5 or 6 workers there and only one car was actually being serviced, and all other workers were behind the counter not doing anything. I called ahead a few days later and no answer.. I called a total of 6 times within one hour and let it ring for about 2 minutes each call. No answer or anything. I had to actually go there myself and get the tires and load them into my car MYSELF and got them put on elsewhere in only 30 minutes. Do not ever come to this auto center because you will find yourself regretting it.

They changed my tires but they wouldnt want to put my back under my car, tech, forgot techs name but he a young asian kid that stated he didnt know how, so i requested manager, I waited 1/2 hour for manager but gave up waiting for manager and just left. Total time was a waste.

Worst care ever. So unprofessional so unhelpful. If you need help in car care center don’t look here. You will not find it. When worker rolling eyes on customer who was in front of you what is he doing on you when you are asking for help.

Excellent service

Prices have dramatically increased over the last year. Last time we were here they didnt have the oil filter that fit out 2015 Tucson. They wanted to charge their standard oil change fee plus extra for an off the shelf oil filter. This time we called ahead. They had the filter. We went in and they told us 2 hours wait. After complaining that they didnt tell us that when we called ahead, they started they are not obligated to notify their customers of wait times over the phone. they moved the wait to 40 mins. ??? So why did they tell us 2 hours? Who knows? I wish Amazon offered oil changes. Walmart customer service is so horrible they deserve to be put out of business

Why have hours till 7 when you cant fix a flat at 5 for tires I bought from you. 3 guys were standing at the cash counter and finished their conversation before not helping me. I tried calling ahead but no answer. Im sick of the lazy terrible service, youre not getting any more of my money.
