I would like to thank Victor Fred and the owner of Berkshire Mazda for making my new MX5 possible.I started shopping for this car back in August 2020 and could not find the spec and color combinations I wanted, and because new cars are not cheap I was not willing to settle.Every Mazda dealer I tried was only interested in selling what they had in inventory or what they could locate near by. Receptionist was exceptional! Car was in due to a Master indicator light stating we needed to have the car looked at to diagnose. They found no problem however the light came on again on Monday!We stopped the car, shut off and restarted and it cleared. This was the same symptom as before.I have to assume we’re ok.No problems with dealership.

The dealer had some trouble registering the car in Connecticut as the DMV changed the rules due to COVID. The lease on my prior CX5 was about to expire. Once my new CX5 was registered, the dealer offered to drive my new car 1 and 1/2 hours to my home to exchange cars. Excellent service!

Came to Berkshire Mazda two months back while still considering a Subaru WRX. Jim Salvie, the owner, was very helpful but not pushy and had me in a car to test drive without any hesitation. I liked the M3 but thought it was a bit underpowered and thus not much fun. Jim really knows these vehicles and we soon realized that most of my needs (would have loved a manual transmission but not available in this car with AWD) could be met by waiting for the Mazda 3 2.5 Turbo. We struck a deal including a trade at fair value and I ordered the M3 and waited for the car to hit the port in NY. Just picked it up today. The dealership was great from beginning to end. Very high marks.

I just bought a car for my daughter at Berkshire Mazda (Scott was my salesman). I usually only buy from primary dealers, and Berkshire is a good example of why. Theyre honest, competent, and they take care of their customers. I think these guys are good to the point where they could teach some of the big name luxury dealers a thing or two about good customer service. Anyway, the car is wonderful, the price was an excellent value, and the purchase process was easy. I think Ive probably purchased over 30 cars in my life (Im old), and Scott at Berkshire Mazda is the kind of rare guy who I would go back to the next time I need a car. I can recommend Berkshire Mazda without reservations to anyone in the market for a nice car from an honest dealership.

Stopped here in our way home to VT from NYC to test drive some used CX-5s and left having bought one. The guys were accommodating and friendly, the pricing competitive, and the selection really good. Best of all, they took care of the interstate registration and delivered our car to our driveway before the week was out - cheerfully! Great experience!

The salesman and the finance manager were both excellent. All of my questions were answered and Zach worked hard to find the right car meeting my needs and my financial limits. Josh made financing easy. Zach introduced me to the person who schedules service appointments, making me feel as if Im already known in the service department. I highly recommend this dealership and the employees who make it work.

Got me approved but once they did they washed their hands of me. Had some problems with the car that they refuse to fix because it would cost too much money. One repair they said would cost $650. My mechanic fixed it for $230. Going on my third problem now with this car. I called for a week and a half straight and they called me back once.

Not much to say about these guys. They are great! I purchased a Nissan Frontier from here about 2 years ago and it has been great. Nick was an excellent sales person, wasnt pushy and helped me with what I needed. The experience was so good that my wife recently purchased a vehicle from them as well. Keep up the great work!

Smoothest buying experience to date. Nick was very helpful and got me into a new car in less than 24 hours. I stopped in right before close on a Wednesday night and took the 2002 Jeep Liberty for a test drive. Went home and thought about it and the next day came in and made an offer. I then drove it off the lot that day. Their customer service is amazing. The oil pressure light came on 2 days after I purchased and I called Nick and he told me to bring it to their service center to get it looked at. The car stayed over night and they gave me loaner! It was a great experience and I will definitely go back when Im ready to buy again.

Brought my Miata in for 2 issues. They figured out what was wrong, which turned out to be more complicated than we both anticipated. So they werent able to take care of it all that day. They only charged me for 1 of the 2 diagnostics. They showed me what was wrong in detail and wrote it up. Really nice and honest. I would go back any time!Im updating my review because I like these guys so much! I brought the car in for service again this week for an electrical issue. These are the kinds of problems that can really be scary. They found the problem and fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. They diagnosed another problem that might need some attention and told me to keep an eye out for it. I really cant say enough good things about this service department. They are honest, reasonable and do what they promise for what it should cost. Im a customer for life.
