My experience in buying my Edge from Johnson’s was a very positive experience. Bryan and Ana were my Sales Reps, and gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. Nick from the Finance department did a great job with explaining what came bundled with the warranty, free service for a year, etc. Overall the team at Johnson’s was great. I highly recommend them, as the experience was very low stress, and worry free.

After having the opportunity to deal with their sales team, finance team, and now service team, whom all assisted me with my most recent purchase, I must say that the experience I had purchasing a vehicle here was like none other I have ever had before.When you walk into a car dealership you think you know at the very least, what to expect. Called and asked what day was the least busy... Im traveling from NY to Mass no big deal, but I didnt want to sit long and it was sticky hot out. We make the appointment and the the gentlemen assured me Ill be in/out at most an hour. I bring my car to the dealership, spend about 25 mins talking with Salesman and sit down to scroll ( almost halfway done with said hour. To make a long story short- 2 hours and 22 mins later my car is done. 2 hours into the appointment, they suggest I use their shuttle service!! Well obviously I would have, only the service department assured me I would be in and out!! This sounds trivial, but this is the 3rd time my appointment has turned into an entire day !!

Received a polite e- mail from Johnson ford so I called back. Spoke with the Parts manager and he looked into everything thoroughly. Turns out my car is outdated. Nobodys fault. I am retired now, so that said, I have had many experiences in buying cars/trucks over a lifetime. Most, I am sorry to say, have not been a pleasurable experience.That all changed when I bought a 2021 Ford Ranger from Johnson Ford in Pittsfield, MA. I went to a general Ford.Com site to build the truck I wanted. That prompted Ford Dealerships in the proximity of my home to engage and reach out. Johnson Ford did, however I already had found a 2019 truck I was ready to buy. It was in another state so I was working logistics to go get it. But Johnson, actually Analisa, the sales person, called me and with no pushing or pressure asked if I needed any help and also wanted to share trucks she had access to just in case my other deal fell through. Turns out they had a 2021 with a better color, many more features and only 7k more than the 2019. That sales experience was wonderful and resulted in a sale. Ana, knew her stuff and made everything go quite smoothly. Dillon, the Finance guy was also excellent and with no pressure or rushing, handled everything really well. Today, 5 days later, I was visited at my home by the President of Johnson Ford personally, to deliver the truck back to me after the Simonize service. All in all a great experience and very satisfied across the board. Highly recommend Johnson Ford and would buy again for sure.

I had service several weeks ago and meant to write this review as soon as I got home. But, better late than never. I brought my car in for new tires and while I was there, Marisa Danylieko, Service advisor was able to also get my oil changed at the same time. I was impressed with all the members of the service team, very cordial and very professional. But, my main dealings were with Marisa and she was absolutely amazing. She would constantly keep me updated on the progress of the service. I am very impressed with Marisa and she is certainly an asset to the service department along with the rest of the members of the service team. Highly recommended. Vast improvement in service department. Service reps listen to issues at hand and act promptly. Sit down and relax in the lounge and the work is performed without any further ado.When work on vehicle is performed a service rep will come out and explain the services that were executed and any possible matters that might be a little suspect down the line.Been purchasing Fords for 50 years (yup, half a century) and I know a snowjob when Im getting one, but absolutely none with this service department.Even my sales rep Martin comes out and greets me like an old friend I like that !!

Ever walk into a place and know that your going to run into someone you know, or that your going to be taken care of, well that was Johnson Ford for me, bought 2 cars from them and always went to them for my vehicle needs. That atmosphere is gone, I know no one, and was not taken car of. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and when I asked about it, they said I was dropping, not waiting. No that’s not what I said, and if the woman making the appointment was not rude she would have understood me. I will not be taking my car there as I’m sure there are other Ford dealer ships that will take better care of it’s customers.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Test drove a vehicle on a Friday. I informed the salesman that there were some mechanical issues that needed to be addressed. He stated the vehicle would go through the shop and he would call me on Monday. After not hearing from the salesman all day Monday I messaged him at the end of the day. He ignored my message Monday afternoon and all day Tuesday. Called on Wednesday and spoke with the sales team leader at 10:00am. He told me he would look into it and give me a call back as the original salesman I spoke with was on his day off. Six hours later still no call back. Had to call twice just to speak with him prior to closing. He then informed me that the vehicle was no longer available. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

They secured the exact vehicle that we wanted (trim, options, everything) even though it was at a separate dealership in NY, and they had to make a trade for it, which Im sure took extra effort on their part. They had the vehicle ready on site within a matter of 24 hours. They made the financing approval process a breeze and did a great job of making us feel reassured that the process would be a success, and were able to secure us Fords 0.0% APR even though we only have average to mediocre credit. They made the signing and sale process as simple as possible. We brought an entire folder of documents just to be safe (registrations, tax forms, pay stubs, bills for proof of address, etc..), and in the end they handled everything. All we had to do was sign a handful of times on an iPad and we were done. Our folder never even opened.This was one of the most painless and enjoyable processes I think you could ever ask for when buying a car.Let me sum things up by saying we live about 2.5 hours from Johnson Ford, as does most of our family, and even then, I will still be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a Ford. Its worth the drive.

I have NOT been having a good experience with my Explorer. I already have had to bring it in twice. I have a part on order and it is only a month old. I am now having a noise under my steering column. Not a great experience for my first brand new vehicle.I am editing my review to let you know that my problem is STILL not taken care of and I have to bring my car back again. This will be 4 times within a month. I was very clear on my slip what the problem was and they never took it for a ride to check it out. I have to come back again.I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY FORD PURCHASE.

The car was not clean upon pick up:I dont think it was sanitized as promised.The front of the hood was covered with greasy fingerprints.The white leather drivers side has black grease fingerprints in various places.I was told the service would be completed in one hour and I finally called after three hours and was told we just finished.I did not get any indication that the tires were rotated, fluids checked etc. (usually I get a checklist from my dealer in Florida).

I have to admit? I was not happy at first. There were a couple of misunderstandings and after leaving a deposit for a vehicle that I wanted from an out of state dealership, I left driving angry. I slept on it. I woke up feeling that nobody (including me) is at their best in this interesting time. When I returned the next morning I explained to a different sales manager what had bothered me about the evening before’s experience and what had worked for me and the rest of the deal was smooth as silk. Thanks very much to Nick Virgilio for patiently handling all of my obsessive questions about my very first truck! I could not be happier with my Transit 150 and I can’t wait to come in for my first oil change and share my adventures! Updated. Worst place ever. Been trying for over 2 months now on why I was told my car was covered under warranty and then when I went to pick it up I was charged . Have been calling and they are avoiding me. Worst experience ever!!!did what they asked called back 4 different times and still no response or resolution to them saying they take our customers comments s(eriously!recently brought my ford edge to Johnson ford and although the guy was nice and professional on the phone. I belive I was o er charged for what they did seeing as we basically told them what was wrong and we ended up doing what they should have done as part of the job. We asked other mechanics about it and they all said that it should have been done as part of what was being worked on. Not happy what so ever. More than likly not bringing car back!

Unfortunately the experience was extremely poor. After test driving two vehicles, I informed the woman which one I was interested in the following day. It was a complete runaround while just looking for a bottom line number. After several hours of this nonsense, the woman texted me stating, “Listen- I don’t think this vehicle is for you.” I was appalled at this treatment. Anyone with experience and customer service would not begin a statement with “listen” and proceed to tell me what I want. Because of this, they lost my business of purchasing a new truck. And, I may add, any vehicles for my three teens and partner.

I have never had a good car buying experience until now with Johnson Ford! Honest!! My last 2 car buying experiences were a nightmare to the point when I walked into Johnsons the 1st thing I said to Jeff Shepard is I hope your not a snake And he still nicely put me in touch with a sweet guy of a salesman Jeff Snow! This guy was nice, honest and NOT pushy!! He did his job by telling me all the features in the car I was looking at, including the auto parallel parking ( which I may never use again since it freaked me out that the car CAN park itself..lol) They never once were cold to me as I had my defenses up due to past car salesmans. The entire thing took less than 3 hours! Other times it took all day which I hated. This was so smooth and professional! I never thought Id say I liked Johnson Ford but hey..I do..Even the money guy Dylan was super nice and NOT pushy! Oh and If you go ..fyi they have nice pens there ..lol ;) Over all this was my best car buying experience. Jeff Snow just called me to check on me since the car had so many features I felt over whelmed when I left he was making sure I was doing ok with it. Thats nice service! Give them a try. I did and they were all super nice!

I used to think of them very highly. however I took my car today for a sticker change and I was promised to have it done in half an hour, an hour and a half later guy kept telling me they need few more minutes for this or that. Then they charged me for something I didnt ask for. Dont go to their service dept.

On Christmas Eve I had an issue with my 2016 Escape. Despite the service department at the Johnson dealership being very busy pre-holiday, David was able to schedule me for service! Within a very short time the issue was resolved and I was on my way! As I was waiting, Mike Alkinburgh, the service manager, came over to wish me a Merry Christmas. Mike was dressed with a Santa hat and the entire department seemed to be enjoying themselves. A great example of Mike and his entire teams upbeat and positive energy (other than his awful Santa singing, ha, ha!) Thanks David and Mike, for the exemplary service that you provide! My Ford Escape has not lived up to the what the salesperson told it would. jave had yo sink $1000s of dollars into it. No one has even tried to compensate me or go above and beyond to help. Not one thing that has gone wrong has been covered under the extended warranty that was recommended by the Finance Dept at Johnson.

This is a service issue. Brand new truck with 100 miles has been in the shop for 6 weeks. Part was back ordered for 6 weeks which I understand somewhat given the times, but now that it arrived, the dealership doesnt know how to fix the issue or the issue they said it was is incorrect & the part ive been waiting for is no good. Ford is supposedly going to get back to them and try and walk them through how to fix our troubleshoot the issue, but there is absolutely no urgency here. Ive had to call 4 or 5 times to get an update and youd think theyd be more willing to put pressure on Ford given that ive been waiting almost 2 months. Ive been nothing but patient and polite; but this is ridiculous.

Brought my car back after having the gas tank replaced due to recall. Got car back and had gas odor inside of car. Took it back and they told me I needed a tune up. Just had a tuneup 8,000 miles ago. They said that’s why I could smell gas. Did not have the problem before I took it to you and a tune up if I did need it doesn’t create a smell of fuel in the car. Not happy and probably won’t return for any future work on any of our cars. I feel like I was being swindled and lied to.

Id go 2.5 stars, but google doesnt do halves.First off, I would like to say that I purchased my truck last year here and had a very pleasant experience. This is my first experience at the repair shop.I went to Johnson Ford 8/15/2017 for a grinding sound I was hearing coming from the front end when I accelerated. There was also a sound that I compared to a whistle, but I wasnt entirely sure if that was legitimate or if my ears were playing tricks. I dropped my truck off in the morning and was given a ride to work, which is a very nice service for them to offer free of charge. I received a call mid-day that my brake pads were worn and that the rotors were rubbing against the pads and causing the grinding I was hearing. After a couple questions, I was convinced that this was the issue and gave them the okay to make a fix.I went back to the shop and paid up for the new pads and brake lining. After a quick test run around the parking lot, the sound was still there. I went back and spoke to the service rep, and he asked for me to showit to him. We took another spin, and he immediately attributed it to the heat shield rattling. What I had mistaken for a grind was actually a rattle. He graciously offered to fix it free of charge.After 10 minutes in the shop, my truck came out quiet as a mouse. So after a nearly $400 repair, I found that my issue was attributed to simply tightening some loose components and applying some lubrication. This begs the question, why didnt they hear this sound when pulling my truck into the shop? Im surprised they didnt take it for a spin and listen for the sound themselves, because after about 10 seconds of driving you could hear the rattle. Did they check for the sound I was describing, or did theyblame it on the first possible issue they could find? The moment the rep heard the sound, he was absolutely sure of the issue.To spend $400 on a fix that didnt actually solve the issue I was experiencing, and then come back and have them say Oh! Thats 100% the heat shield!, and have the repair done in 10 minutes had me feeling scammed. The service reps and mechanics are very friendly, and the sales team is top notch, but my first experience at the repair shop was quite disappointing. I have an extended service plan, but unless its covered by that, Ill be going elsewhere.

Man listen, in all honest I recommend this dealership to those who want to just get a car without hassle, scamming, and extra pressure. They worked with me. Im from Harlem, NY. So if your from outside of MA they will accommodate. I went to Long Island motors and they SUCK no lie. For a 15 Ford Mustang they wanted me to sell me with 21% interest rate, change the sales price from 17k to 19k because apparently the sales price is based only on a 750 credit score or higher even though I do have good credit. They even wanted me to still leave my money while I declined just so I could wait till they give me a better proposal and they said itll take a few days to get my cash back for refund. Terrible experience nice car. However thanks to Johnsons ford Lincoln I got a 14 Ford Mustang for 16k they showed all the prices and I was even approved to the same bank the other dealer said I was declined... no bogus interest nothing.. oh yeah if you want to know...ASK FOR ZACH! Good dude and real cool. No fast talking, pressure talk nothing.

I once again contacted Bryan Beauregard at Johnson Ford and he was able to locate an F150 xlt Sport in Ruby Red .... I took delivery within days and will continue to highly recommend Bryan and the entire Johnson family as THE PLACE to fill your transportation needs... be that new or used !
