We called as we noticed in ads no pricing was giving. we talked with sales manager and was told that they base pricing on what going price is for that day. I said they the dealership buys car for a set price and has a set markup MSRP. He said they feel as this is a small dealership and small area they can and will mark the price up as they have a hard time getting all the cars they need. I said that this was not right, they said thats the way they do business.I checked with many other car dealerships and not one that I called would dream of jacking up the price!!! All of the dealers clearly marked the pricing in all ads
Ally was great and took a personal approach to selling me my car. She even went so far as to help me install my toddlers car seat so that I didnt have to wrestle it in myself! Through the whole process she was always readily available when i had questions, and made me feel at ease.

Price out gap insurance if needed prior to signing. Price out parts department. Limited inventory for most finance deals... but end of year purchase. Great car. Good sales experience.

Reading review about your pricing, I will not be shopping at your location. Just because you can name 4 other places marking up prices over MSRP does not make it right. Was traveling from Bethel, ME to Cleveland when I started to hear a crazy noise on my car. I stopped at a Chevy dealership to see if they could take a listen and was sent on my way without the guy even looking up. I drove to this Subaru dealership instead and they immediately for in the car and took it for a ride. They then got the car right in for mez showed me exactly what happened, got it so I could get back on the road and did it with a smile. I cant recommend this place enough. Very pleased with them.

I brought the car into Haddad to get a second opinion on an indie mechanics $6500 quote. Mark was fantastic with me and came back with good and some bad news. The good news was that the only repair I needed in that moment was $133.41 - a far cry from $6500! The bad news was that I needed other work on the car, but that was not a big surprise. I drive for a living and I need to be able to depend on my mechanic. I actually brought the car back a couple of days later, for another potential issue, and once again, Mark took very good care of me. I will be back and hope to establish a long term relationship with Haddad Subaru.

Buyer Beware!I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Subaru from here. After 4,350 miles the brake pads were deemed critically worn and the tires bald. When I expressed this concern to sales they told me it was likely due to usage. After 4,000 miles, even rough driving should not necessitate all new brake pads. This is probably an issue with the pistons (and the car they certified). I bought CPO from Haddad because I thought it would be more reliable, but looks like wouldve gotten the same quality from any old used car dealer. Not worth the extra price to buy CPO @ Haddad.

I went in knowing the exact car I wanted and ended up with that car. I live in NY so it was worth the hour drive. My sales person was Joe, and he didnt do any of the things you hear car sales people do like upselling and trying to coerce you into a more expensive vehicle. Unlike their Toyota site that tried to get me to buy a car $5000 more than the one I got. I left there and went here. Call the dealership first to make sure its there because the site said it was at the other location
My experience at haddad Subaru was above and beyond the call for customer service and kindness. Their honest and real approach to sales was not only refreshing but extremely professional, yet comfortable and personal. I will come here for a car till the day I die. POOR COMMUNICATION AND TEAMWORK AT HADDAD SUBARU! I called last Tuesday to inquire about a used 2011 Subaru Forester and initially spoke with Macy. She was unable to determine if the veh was avail. I asked to speak to someone who may know as we were 3.5 hr drive away. I spoke to Joe Rogers explained we were looking for that exact model but couldnt get there to Pittsfield til Sat. I asked to put a hold with deposit so it wouldnt get sold .. he said Haddad doesnt take a deposit.. I thought that odd but he said hed callback on Friday to advise if car would be ready for test drive on Saturday. I again explained we were coming from Southeastern Mass and have had other dealerships sell out so quickly so again asked to put a dep .. he said no worries. He did call on Thurs to say car was inspected and ready to test.. we made appt time for Sat. We called again Sat morning before heading out to the Berkshires.. was told ok- come on out. When my daughter arrived within the appointment time, she received the keys from Joe, went for a test drive, came back to discuss w Joe and he told her sorry, we already sold the car this morning to someone else!!!Poor communication and procedures within Sales Dept! They totally messed up and I was SO Specific as to asking to hold it with Deposit and the long drive, yet they allowed her to waste her time when she couldve and in hindsight - SHOULD HAVE SHOPPED ELSEWHERE! I called and spoke to manager, Ben when my daughter left there because I feel as a young woman there alone she was treated poorly and taken advantage of. BASICALLY, WE GOT SCREWED! I would be very careful in dealing with this dealership - They were the EPITOME OF A USED CAR SALESMAN EXPERIENCE! You need to up your game guys! Shoddy experience.
Got a new car from Haddad Subaru. Surprisingly, I was very pleased with the entire dealer/purchase experience (my last experience at another dealer and out of the area was not a happy one so I sort of dreaded this process). Ben, Eli and Sean made the transaction smooth and all were very helpful during the entire process. Recommend this location very highly for getting a new Subaru. Best Subaru dealer out of three that I have used.
I had three different experiences and I think all are important to share.The first was the buying experience. Wow, I was so impressed how they rolled out the red carpet for my daughter and I to test drive a little red beetle bug that had been traded in by someone else. They were so nice and even let my daughter take it home for the weekend. We returned on that following Monday and purchased the car.Now for the second experience. When my daughter picked up her car there was a rejection sticker on it and they said that is common because the battery was unplugged so the car needed to reset itself. They told my daughter to drive it around for about 50 miles and then she could go and get it inspected. This was a surprise to me because when they sent an email letting me know the car was ready, they never mentioned that there was a rejection sticker and only told my 17 year old daughter. She was very very upset. They also didnt fixt he floppy molding on the door which we asked them to do when we purchased the car. I called them immediately and said we werent happy about this and they said it is common to have to do this with a used car but they will come get the car (we live 30 min from the dealee) after we drove it for a bit and they would get it reinspected for us. I very much appreciated that and agreed. A few hours after speaking with them, and after my daughter drove around for a while, the check engine light actually came on which meant there was actually something a little bit more wrong with the car, so I called the dealership again. I spoke with the manager and he was very kind and said they would take care of anything that was wrong.Now for the third experience. They were really amazing with solving the issue and wanting to make it right. They came to us and got the car, fixed whatever was wrong with it, and then brought it back to us. Again, I want to add that we live about a half an hour away from the dealership so having them pick up the car and then return it was so important. They also left us a loaner which was great.So, other than a couple of hiccups, we are so far mostly happy with everything.
Came in here with my girlfriend to look at a specific car we told ourselves we wouldn’t leave that night with. Josh our salesman was incredibly helpful and patient with us, he spent over 2.5 hours answering our questions and was the last man in the building. He was honest, kind very personable/ friendly. We felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything which I was weary of after reading the negative reviews on google. Their financial office head Mark was also amazing. He was fast, direct, and honest. They got us out in a few hours, and gave us our best options for warranty’s! We got a great deal on our 19 Impreza (and I’ve heard sometimes they match other deals but don’t know) and I will definitely be switching Subaru dealers for my service work on my legacy. I will never buy another car there! I started my search for a Subaru there I traded a car (Honda crv) with 2 keys after I purchased my used Subaru legacy 2015 (signed the papers) I was told Id only get one key and I was responsible for the second over two hundred dollars... So I brought it in for a recall last week and said it was making a noise if they could identify it would be great... They told me I needed 2 rear hubs 716.00 dollars... I brought to my local mechanic who fixed a rattling pipe for 20.00 (problem fixed) and I watched him do it and check my rear hubs that appeared to be fine, overall their estimate was close to 1000.00, and I get dealer parts are more expensive but never again .. I would rather drive to VT than deal with them. I know many people who use Haddad and they will all know this!

Days of online car shopping lead me here, where I failed to call ahead before arriving to find the car I was looking at has already sold. Thankfully, staff member Jordan Smith quickly help me find exactly what I was looking for in a replacement car. Highly recommend for the painlessly swift experience and great deal.
I drove 3.5 hours from Vermont to Massachusetts last friday to look at an Outback Premium at Haddad Subaru. Got a call the following morning to tell me they sold it to the first customer that walked in the door. They convinced me to come in and look at their other inventory anyway so I did. The salesman was very friendly and personable, but the managers first offer on my trade in was about $2000 short of what I eventually got for my car (He raised it by $1750 while we were trying to make a deal). They were trying to sell me a car that was more expensive than the one I originally saw, and frankly out of my price range, but would not take no for an answer. The more expensive car was covered in dings on the passenger side and the tread on the tires was worn to the point that it definitely would not pass any inspection, and they did not want to replace them or fix the dings. The whole time we were talking to the salesman, the manager was holding onto the keys to my car. I asked the salesman to bring them back twice and he did not. It finally took me holding out my hand for the keys for him to give them back. I will never go back to any Haddad dealership. I felt like I was being bullied by the managers to purchase a car that was too expensive for me and also needed some fixes that they did not want to take care of. Haddad is sleazy.
I highly recommend Haddad Subaru. They went above and beyond to help us with a vehicle for a family member . Chris Kramek the general manager was wonderful in his communication with us and personally attended to all the details. We appreciate their hard work and help with the car. This place was so unprofessional and sneaky. When we arrived it took them 40 minutes to find the keys to the car we supposed to test drive. They knew we were coming. My daughter was going to purchase her first Subaru and they tried to screw her every which way. They offered a warranty but couldn’t offer her the premium with GAP coverage because of the car being used. Fine, so we went on to purchase the cheapest one basic to keep her payments low, when reviewing the paperwork with her grandmother who is on the board of the bank noticed she was charged $2000 for the premium warranty. We called the finance manager and he told her that they didn’t offer basic warranty. Which was totally opposite of what he said to my daughter. She proceeded to add everything up and the taxes were double of what they were supposed to be. Then we decided not to deal with them and they refused to mail my daughters title back to her and made her drive an hour to go get it. We were shocked at the rudeness we experienced there and we would not recommend this dealer to anyone who is a first time car buyer.

Went to Haddad, met the salesman and went for a test drive. He couldnt answer many questions about the car, but friends had raved about it, and I knew the answers so I pushed on anyway. There were wonderful reviews. So I asked him how long it would take to get the exact car I wanted. They couldnt get me one for months. I went to another dealer, had my car in a few weeks.There was a recall. Subaru said I could take it to any dealer I wanted, Haddad was closest. They refused to take my car. Subaru insisted they should take it and give me a loaner because it was a national recall. They refused.They were supposed to fix my car and provide a loaner. I went to another dealer. They were great.Haddad was not
A huge thank you to George Kelley. George worked with me for 2 weeks to get me into a car I could afford and liked. He was always professional and upbeat, even driving me to another Haddad store to look at a vehicle that wasnt on the Subaru lot.
