I had a great experience with Charles. My project was a 2 car garage door replacement and the opener. I ordered the door during spring of 2021. While I was placing the order, Charles informed me that the delivery would be a several months out due to supply chain issues. While I was waiting for the delivery, he was quick to respond anytime I reached out to him to check on the status.Once he received the door from the factory, which had a custom paint job to match our house colors, he called and scheduled the install right away. He was very friendly, professional and thorough during the installation. He went above and beyond to make sure the end product looked finished and functioned at its best. Did an absolutely amazing job. Went from a simple compair price to the job is done same day as call. Started working on it and did not stop working till it was done. was polite, talked, and welcomed me to the state all while working on every detail he could to make sure the door would go up and down as smoothly as possible. I can not not express how gratful I am, now that it is fixed and in what feels brand new.

Our garage door loudly struggled since it had been installed but we didn’t know how to fix it. The guys that originally installed it were kind of jerks and didn’t tell us anything about the system. Lately the panel stopped working and the system was very glitchy. I called Charles at Revamp and he was able to pop over and assess the situation quickly. A couple hours later he came back with parts and just like that! All was well! All the buttons work and it glides so smoothly. Bonus, Charles mentioned our system had an app that we could use anywhere in the world and a timer to make sure it was closed at night.
