Had a issue with our door not closing properly. Called for a appointment and got one for the next day. The gentleman called and said he was on his way. The job was quickly done and the door works fine. The employee whose name was Brandon and he was very friendly and very accommodating in answering each of my questions and also in giving me some things that could be a concern down the road.

Excellent service. Prompt inspection and quote without trying to upsell me anything, great dispatch system (they texted me 30 minutes early before they showed up so I could leave work in time to be there), great value for the equipment, they even had to do a little drywall removal to put the new unit in and didnt charge extra. Will continue using this family team for all my garage repair needs.

Cody did a very good job of explaining what he would do during install. He discussed any issues that could come up with installing new door lifts on old wood doors. He advised me on replacing the old doors when we are ready to do so, then proceeded to do a very nice, professional job with the install itself. We are satisfied; nicely done all ‘round!

Leet and his team has been helping me with any garage door/opener issues for me, my friends and family for almost 10 years now. They are really honest, never try to sell something that you dont need. They are also very professional, show up when promised, give you a quote before they start the work. My garage door was making a lot of noise, the track and the machine, I called Leet asking him to install a new opener. He showed up, said the unit I had was good, serviced the tracks, spring and the motor and said there was no need to get a new one. I highly recommend the Garage Door Doctor.

I have been a customer of garage door doctor for years. Had a good relationship with them or so I thought but I called a couple of days ago to book an appointment and left a message. The garage door had been installed improperly, and a portion of the frame had twisted and bent.The technician was professional, explained all the issues, and how he would address each problem. I was impressed by how quickly and thoroughly they were able to get the door operational and running smoothly. I was also very happy with his honesty. I was prepared to replace the entire door, but he told me that was unnecessary at this point, and was able to repair it for a small fraction of what I was expecting. We added a third garage to our house and really liked the garage doors we had on the two original garages. We called three different garage door companies and expressed our interest in matching the original garage doors. Two of the three companies said these doors were no longer made and had not been made for quite some time - they were trying to sell us all new garage doors. Leet, the owner of The Garage Door Doctor, met with us and said he would get back to us in a couple of days - which he did. He called back in a timely manner and informed us that not only could he match the original garage door style but that he found the original manufacture who was still in business. We ordered the door from him at a very reasonable price. Leet personally installed the door. After installation one of the door panels warped and after inspection Leet agreed that the panel needed to be replaced. He drove to Ohio to personally pick up the panel and reinstalled it. This was our second time working with this company and this experience was just as pleasant as the last. We ordered a WalkThru door from Canada which meant for a unique situation trying to coordinate the delivery, unloading, and installation of the door. Leet very kindly and patiently went through the process with us and coordinated with the door and delivery companies. He measured, proactively verified the safety features, and made sure the team was here to unload the door upon delivery. The unloading was no small feat, but they never seemed flustered or frustrated. Again the installation was outside of the norm because of the type of door, but their execution was flawless. They are true professionals and couldnt be any nicer. It probably goes without saying that we highly recommend them!
