The service is outstanding. A repairman came within a couple of hours. His work was spot on and the price was very very reasonable. I can recommend them highly!

Accurate put this door in in 2012 and it has been working fine except lately it makes noise and seems like it is struggling. They immediately sent a very professional repairman out and made adjustments andlubricated the door and it is now excellent. Could not ask for better service

Pleasant people. Nice garage door. Good value. Did take a bit longer for the custom length door to arrive than estimated. I doubt Ill ever need another, but if so, would use them again.

Made an appointment and they gave me a two hour time frame. They no showed. I called several times and phones went to voicemail. Luckily, I was able to find a reputable company that handled the problem quickly and efficiently. Called the owner the next day, and asked what happened. He said he would call me back to let me know. Yeah. That was at 8:00 a.m. Guess what? No return phone call. Dont use this company. They are not reliable or trustworthy.

No call no show then had the nerve to curse at us with my 7 year old in the car to hear. All we wanted to know was if they were still planning on coming. Unprofessional and ignorant. Not to mention unreliable.

Accurate has been our go to for more years now than I can recall. At one time or other, weve had all 3 door openers replaced by them. Also, my husband once forgot to open the garage door before he backed out and Accurate came and replaced the door for us since it couldnt be repaired. Weve also had them insert springs around the cables on the doors for safety purposes. Theyve always arrived within the given time frame. They check the ball bearings and lube them before they leave free of charge. Ive referred them to my neighbors & friends.

Accurate was on time. Their work was excellent, the opener was top of the line and the price was right. I could not have asked for a better experience.
