After shattering my back window on my brand new car yesterday at 6:30 in the morning, I gave them a call as soon as they opened to see if they had a window. Everywhere else I called couldn’t get me one for at least two weeks, they had one in stock and had it at the shop by noon. These guys were fast and efficient and super professional! This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They lie about what parts they are going to use and what they are going to charge for services. They rely on lack of communication to deceive customers out of money. They have the most unhelpful management and customer service reps I have ever dealt with. Absolutely do NOT use this business unless you want to pay twice as much as they quote you for and come up with as many lies as they can to attempt to get out of giving any sort of refund.

I cant tell you how long it took for them to replace my windshield but it felt like 30mins to an hr it was super quick theyre really niceFYI: You want to park on either side of the actual building not across the street as the dealership over there will defininitly have you towed

Was a good $60 cheaper and a whole day faster than satelite. People where nice and took less than a hour to do the rear window. They went above and beyond to make sure all the glass was cleaned out from the back of the van. I think the work van left cleaner than it arrived.

Looked at a few places charging 500 for a new windshield. They did it for half the price. Also finished in 20 min. Awesome service.

I ordered a window for a customer vehicle that we accidentally broke. We waited a week for the window, and got the customer a rental vehicle for the day of installation. When we got there, they told us the window they got cannot be installed in the vehicle because they dont have the mounting hardware. They told me I need to contact the dealership to get the part. In addition, they still attempted to remove the window and broke it significantly worse than it was when I got there. Extremely disappointing!

I had a very nice experience here, everyone was very friendly and they replaced my windshield in no time! Not to mention the price was fair too! Im the type to find a place I like and stick to it, and Ill without a doubt be returning here for any of my auto glass needs.

I was told to park on broken safety glass.Wrong part was ordered despite my registration being in hand while placing the call.Employee was nice enough to put her mask on AFTER realizing an error was made and blaming it on me, 5 minutes into interaction.Then to cap it off, the ‘wrong’ window was same dimension but I was told I was too dumb to understand why it didn’t fit.I wish 0 stars was an option.

They were very fast. I called and got my appointment four hours later... and I was in and out in 25 minutes...Their auto technician is on point and knows what he’s doing....Their sales clerk is an outstanding lady... They make you feel right at home and take great care of you. And there’s a great pizza shop right up the street.

I scheduled a appointment with them and started a job unexpectedly and missed appointment called and spoke with them was told I could reschedule for Saturday and called to see what time I came in and find out my appointment was never scheduled with the same person I spoke with wouldn’t suggest using this business and then to say I don’t know what to tell you a straight joke

Really great price and very helpful installer. Only thing was, I had glass pieces on my floor, dashboard, and SEAT!! I theres a scratch on my dashboard (in a hidden spot so no biggie there)..Im gonna try and use some Armorall to make it less visible....not cool!! BUT, for the price, what can you expect now-a- days. I would still recommend the place...

Wow, Kristy, Brain & Kyle are amazing! Broke the rear window of a 15 passenger van at Midnight last night. Traveling band on tour. Called them at 8am this morning, got the order in, were in there at 11am and back on the road in less than an hour. These guys are professional. Quick response to my request for quote. Price was WAY less than what Safelite and Ryans quoted....WAY less. Also beat out a few other local quotes. Came to my work to install. They sent Josh out to replace my windshield. He did a great job, a seasoned pro who knew exactly what he was doing. I also saved about $100 bucks going with them over safelite. Done, bang. I called them Monday, they were there to perform the work on Tuesday. Not one complaint about the work. Thanks guys!

Great price on 🚚 window and it didnt Take them a long 🕙 to do it 📞 one day in advance and the next day they hooked me up with my windshield. I had little girl minion with me they had crayons and a coloring book to keep her entertained.Some coffee if needed for grown focus and chairs. They were doing window shields for half price so if you need a place to check out maybe you want to check out this place here.

Did not get a windshield done, but the customer service (specifically Andy) was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place on their customer service alone. plus from what I understand they have the cheapest prices in town from calling around. Next time I need a windshield replacement I will be contacting them again!

Good price. Unfortunately, what should have taken an hour ended up taking almost 3. Installer was incredibly nice but broke the first windshield and then had to get another.I understand things happen but that is not what bothers me. Installer got black tarry windshield adhesive on my front door when he left gloves on when he knocked on my door. Then, he tried to get it off and ended putting a large faded area and scratches on my front door. I helped him place the second windshield as he was stressed and behind.I then got the adhesive all over my Swiss Army watch and pants. Really, a nightmare.Nice price, nice installer, bad experience.

Cheap price the lowest I can find.. but I went to get one of my windows tinted a few days after the glass was replaced an it was sort of an issue they said whoever did the glass did not do it right!! But hey you get what u pay for.. AND THEY DO NOT CLEAN UP THE GLASS AFTER THEY REPLACE YOUR WINDOW!! Hopefully I wont have to go through this again but if I do I would not recommend this place at all nor again

So I came to get my windshield replaced and was originally quoted about 250, then after telling the woman I would call back after getting some other quotes. After 30 minutes she calls back and says she quoted me wrong and said it would only be $165! Well I came in and found out she quoted me too low, but they knew it was their mistake so they only charged me the $165 which was awesome! Everyone is very friendly and kept me updated. (He said the lowest would have been $220 which is still awesome compared to safelite) Would definitely recommend!

Broken windshield, called 4 places, this one was half the price and had same day repair. Well worth the commute.

Cheap....in every sense of the word. I had an appointment with Safelite to have my rear window replaced but opted for this place due to the lower price. I had dropped off the car, but had to wait an extra day due to an unspecified issue with the first replacement windshield.When I did get the car home and lifted the hatchback, it sounded like a rainstick with all the broken glass left inside the door. I took of the interior panel and was able to get the vast majority of the glass out in 10 minutes with a vacuum and compressed air can. When I was in there, I noticed that THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CONNECT THE DEFROSTER on the new windshield! The ends of the wire were connected to the remains of the shattered windshield.I took the car back to the shop to alert them to the shoddy workmanship, and they treated me like I was being ridiculous. No sense of responsibility for the fact that they had done a lousy job. They seem to think that having fistfuls of glass shards left in the door to be inevitable (and Im not talking about a couple of lingering flecks of glass, which is to be expected -- this was about a pound of glass shards).To their credit, they quickly connect the defroster, but only after they made it clear how little they thought of me as a customer. There was no acknowledgement that they had messed up.In hindsight, Id rather spend a few more dollars to get the job done right the first time by someone who values good workmanship and their customers.

Super nice people and very knowledgeable. Prices were better than the competitors and they did the work same day. My tacoma had a lot of rust behind the windshield and water was leaking into the cab. They ground the rust out and primed it with rust preventative for $20. They couldnt guarantee that it wouldnt leak because of the rust but it doesnt leak at all now. Very professional installation that looks better than the original. Couldnt be more satisfied with this shop.

Very painless process. Called yesterday and got a 10am appointment for today. I chose to drive there instead of them driving to me but it did not take long at all. Very friendly staff and the best price I found.

I dropped my car off right when they opened to have my windshield replaced. They told me the part will come in at noon, and it would take between an hour and an hour and a half after that. They called at 1:15, to tell me my car was ready. Oh, and the price was way lower then I expected it to be. This should be everyones go-to place for windshield repairs/replacement.

Waste of time. I walked to the shop few days, and I got a quote to replace the windshield of my 2012 Camry, they gave me an appointment three days later. On the appointment day no body showed up, and when I went to thier shop to ask about the appointment, the manager told me somebody called and cancelled this job!!! It was NOT my phone number they have on file that called!! and they didnt confirm the cancellation by calling me on my phone number they have on file, they simply cancel the job and waste 3 days of my time. And when I complained, they were so rude !! Dont waste your time with them.

This is the second time this year I have needed these guys. Both times excellent service . Karen in the office is extremely helpful and accomidating. This time they came to my work to do it which is an awesome service without and extra fees. Ryan the tech was super fast and friendly and did a great job. The price is the best you will find and without sacrificing quality. Dont waste time calling around this is your best option. Highly recommended! I will be using them again in the next month!

Auto Glass Now inexpensively put a drivers side window in my Miata but didnt clean out broken glass in the door! Glass kept coming out of door drains after glass was installed. Had to take it to Xtreme Auto Glass to have it removed

Windshield put in my car & camera mounts dont line up with the vehicle safety camera so now none of my safety features work - automatic high beams, front impact collision warning, etc. I now either have to pay for a whole new windshield or hope that they will correct the problem on their dime. Heres hoping!
