The technician was very professional and efficient. He did a great job on my car and I have a glass roof. I have used Precision in the past for another car and was pleased before so when it comes to auto glass replacement this is the company to call.

They sold me 2 defective windshield. Both had the exact same stress crack appear after sitting in basically empty parking lot at work, 2 weeks apart. They warranty replaced the first one, but wouldnt the 2nd. They had the exact same issue, single crack starting from top passenger side thru middle of window. The exact same crack but claimed it appeared chipped, it wasnt. So I spent $300 on 2 cracked windshields. Called to disput, kept calling talked to a manager who didnt argue it wasnt a stress crack, but said needed to be submitted to a higher technical team. I had pictures, appears like at least 2 air bubbles under windshield were attachs to car. Havent heard from them in more then a week. Terrible, spend your money somewhere else.
